They were offered, I declined, end of story. I return today to start treatment for periodontal disease and bone loss. Less than 24 hours after my initial exam. Yes...treatment is expensive but that's life these days. Medical care is expensive....it's not the staff's fault people have bad or no dental insurance. People really need to stop taking it out on staff. At the end of the day....they are a business, not a charity.
