I'd give a zero star if I could. Bad dental work anymore practice is gone downhill in his old age. The place is in disrepair same disgusting wallpaper since I was a kid. Holes in the wall dated equipment that is taped together. Bad business practices. They mess up the billing you pay your current then they send you a bill and threaten to send you to collections before your next visit. One time he failed set the crown in place correctly so when I bit down for the glue it shattered. He then brought in paperwork that I would pay right then for the crown. Even though it was their fault it shattered. I paid that bill in full. Then literally two visits later they come after me for a $70 bill that was in between visits. I suggest for anyone to use a new dentist one that has gotten a new piece of equipment in the last 20 years. Also look up their court records they sue everybody for tiny amounts of money I clicked the random one and it literally matches mine $70 sued I'm sure it was between visits for them too and they take him to court to then pay court cost is somebody in bed with the judge I think so never go here don't trust them bad practices all together horrible horrible people. Was my dentist my entire life always seemed creepy around his all female staff in the comments he made to other females all the time always very unprofessional. Had to go to emergency dentist somewhere else to fix his mess up and that's when I learned how amazing a dentist could be they actually take you in when you have your appointment scheduled and not wait 3 hours and they have new equipment it's crazy and clean. I did try to go pay my $70 bill but of course they weren't open during their posted business hours so they'll be sending me to court for their corrupt bs. read more

Great office. I was a new patient and they got me in the next day for an emergency appt. They have a very nice staff, and doctor. Made you feel comfortable and was quick to do the procedures you came for. They also helped me with financing which was awesome because those totals add up quick! To start, I came to him with an infected wisdom tooth. I wanted relief and didn't care who took me, I just wanted my infection taken care of. I felt like he was a little weird, the whole office was dirty, cluttered, just stuff everywhere. But hey, he was going to fix my tooth, right? They tell me they run my insurance and that everything was covered except $160. Made a big production out of telling me how good my insurance was and how he would know because he's the head of the regional Dental Association or some schtick. I was like whatever, and paid. Then, I get an additional bill for exactly the same amount in the mail. I call them, and tell them I've already paid. They tell me no, that what I paid before was just an "estimate," and that I conveniently actually owed the exact same amount a second time. I look for an EOB with my insurance company. Never ran a claim. I ask for an itemized statement from them, I get nothing. Instead, they send me to small claims court where he attempted to sue me for $160. First walking in the office was not very professional looking very cluttered with item everywhere. Staff was nice and respectful. They were our second opinion and said that my son did not need the work the prior dentist said he did. My son had 2 appointments and everything went fine. My husband then went and had a procedure done. We later got very large bills from them, when we have dental insurance that should of covered it. I called them several times and they just stated that we owed that. It took me calling my insurance on my own to find out that all of the information that they entered was wrong. They used social security numbers and our address for the insurance information. The dentist office decided to serve me and my husband with COURT PAPERS for our non payment. When I spoke with them about this before they said they wouldn't send us a bill until we got all the insurance stuff fixed. The dentist told us they would call the court house and inform them and the did not. AFTER the court dates they sent us a new bill with the fixed amount WITH the insurance covering almost all of the bills. They waived the court fees from our bill but unfortunately now that is on our records when it was THE MISTAKE OF THE DENSTIST INSURANCE DEPARTMENT! I have heard several times of this office doing the same or similar. Please be aware of your bill and what you are being charged for and make sure your insurance is being covered if you go here!! read more

I apologize for the mistakes in my original review. I was so quick to share the experience w/the world that i not only got a name wrong, but made some horrible grammar mistakes that i want to correct now. Following is my original review w/corrections: I DON'T DO REVIEWS, because i honestly think that most businesses do a pretty good job of customer service...as every business should if they want to stay in business. But then u have those few businesses that stand out. I have at least a few dozen dentist much closer that i could have went to; however, my veteran's group recommended that i make the 50 mile drive to Thomas. My experience was/is ( with absolute honesty ) life changing. I went online to read a few reviews before i went, and saw that a couple of people weren't very happy with their experience. But now, after my own experience, I say this: Is there anything that's perfect?! My experience in the beginning certainly wasn't. I imagine that all/most dentist depend on outside labs to do support services. And that's something they CANNOT control... as with what happened in my case. My whole treatment plan was blown up with the lab finally coming back and saying that they couldn't do it because mine was "too periodontally challenging"...lab's words, not mine. ( And believe me, i'm not even upset at the lab. My mouth [ because of accidents,etc ] was a junkyard.) But it was what the staff & doctor Thomas did next that my experience became almost unreal. They refused to just let me walk away without doing something. I only had a very limited amount of money and was hoping to at least get some cosmetic cover up. How Tanya, and Doc Thomas pulled off what they did next i will never know, but they put together a treatment plan for me that was ( trust me ) beyond my means. Perhaps they thought the lab was being a bit unfair not wanting/being able to do what should have been done. So, they took my chevy budget... and gave me the Lexus treatment. They ordered full ceramic permanent bridges for all my my missing teeth, and didn't stop there. The doc then had Diana and Kathy ( aka; Leno ) go to work on the other half of my junkyard, and what the two of them did was nothing short of miraculous. Telling u, you wouldn't believe me...u have to see it. When u come across a business that is owned and staffed with people who are that compassionate/caring u tell the world. So for me, i can look past a little wait time ( which i've never experienced ) or a little smudge/stain on the wall... because at the heart...the core of what they do, and what they are, transcends all of that.
