First, there was a previous receptionist who would remind me every time I called of a no call no show I had already apologized and explained what happened for. Yet I was given attitude from this lady every time I would call when it happened many months prior and was (I thought) a past issue. That lady is since gone but I also dealt with many scheduling issues on the dentist office's part. I've had multiple appointments that had been scheduled out 6 months in advance be cancelled on me last minute. I request these times off work and the office seemingly had no regard for my time, cancelling and trying to reschedule too many times to remember. This recent cancellation of theirs resulted in them not reaching out to me to reschedule and then ignoring my messages asking when they'd be rescheduling. My teeth have been bothering me following a root canal at this facility and they never rescheduled my cleaning. It was scheduled 6 months ago so as to not have any scheduling issues, yet time and time again I'm being cancelled on last minute- literally the day before my appointment. At that point I can't tell my boss I'm free and I'm losing out on income. VERY disappointed and frustrated to have to switch dentists but my entire family is leaving for the same reason.

What stood out to me immediately was how caring and helpful they were before I had even stepped into the office. When I called to explain my situation, they listened with so much compassion and urgency and made me feel genuinely cared for right away. They worked quickly to get me scheduled and reassured me that they would do everything they could to help. From my very first appointment, the entire team went above and beyond. Dr. Isakov took the time to explain every step to me. He used digital scanning to quickly send images to the lab and personally followed up to ensure my front crown would look natural, feel comfortable, and be the most hygienic, long-term solution for my implants. He was able to rush everything through for me, and I was absolutely blown away that my crown came back perfect on the first try. He wanted to have a 3D scan of my tooth before he removed a crown or took an impression to verify whether the root was fractured. His "Colonel" at the VA since did the 3D scan and redid the root canal yesterday. The VA advised me that I would need to get a new crown installed within the next two weeks. However, when I called today to make that urgent appt I was told that Dominic is booked up until July 18th for "VA patients" and that the office manager was out today. It's a sad state of affairs when Veterans like me get the shaft and yet civilians get preferential treatment.
