My experience was great and they worked with me and were very patient as I'm terrified with the dentist.

My grandson went in for a check up before heading to college. He was told that he had 13 cavities and the cost would be over 5,000.00. He asked for the paperwork but they didn't give it to him. He went in for a second opinion to a different dentist and was told he had no cavities!!! He's only 19 years old luckily he didn't sign up for the dental work! Buyer beware!!! They were trying to take advantage of him! A similar story just happened to my sister in-law !!! She went there for an exam they gave her a 14,000.00 estimate!!! Scheduled an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Was told I had periodontal disease with a bill that was going to cost me $1,000. I quickly denied that and went to my regular a month later when I returned home. My teeth were perfectly fine and did not have anything close to periodontal disease. Don't waste your time here, seems like a scam 100%. read more

RUN RUN RUN!!! I went in and had 2 extractions on Friday, and ended up in so much pain with a hole to the jaw bone. when I called Monday morning noone called me back so when I called back they told me the Dentist said to take my pain meds and wash with salt water!! No Antibiotics, not even a call back from them in the first place. I HAD TO CALL THEM! Go figure I cancelled my other appointments with them and requested my refund (since I paid 3600.00). Had an appt scheduled and was denied service since I was an established patient and not a "new patient." Appears they're more focused on getting you in multiple times and billing insurance for every little thing instead of addressing the patient and their issue. I'm so upset about this. I stated 4 different times that i was interested in dental implants. I finally get to the dentist chair and he doesnt even want to discuss it. Instead he wanted to do thousands of dollars doing that he wanted. After the visit I was told that I can do the implants, and would get in by end of year. They seem like they just see dollar signs. Getting evaluated for several extra tio s and lower dentures. Dr. V was great. He did explain everything to me and answered questions I had asked. Looking forward to my next 2 appointments. I went back to Aspen, because I received my upper dentures in 2011 and they are still looking great. I would recommend Aspen to anyone that wants a caring facility in what they do. 5 Stars read more

Never even made it into the Dentist's chair. Filled out all the paperwork as a new patient and waited to be called. The office manager eventually came out and told me that their X-ray system was down "nationwide". She said I had 2 options. Wait for an unknown amount of time until the system is working again or come back later that day. I explained that I had to go back to work, so later that day was not an option. Also explained that had a broken tooth that got infected and went into my sinuses, so all I really needed right away were some antibiotics, x-ray not necessary. She insisted that all new patients must receive x-rays and that if all I wanted was antibiotics, I should "go to the Emergency Room". I informed her that was all I wanted that day but that I also need extensive restorative dental work and would be sure to get it elsewhere. She sarcastically told me to "have a great day" as I exited the office. read more

They will find a way to scam you out of money everything was paid for and fine with my account now all of a sudden I have to pay for everything that was paid already paid ever since they switched over to a new computer system and when I asked them what did I get done that I didn't pay for they couldn't explain it just do not go here pure chaos! read more

I went to the Green office to get one tooth pulled. They informed me I needed full upper dentures. I am scared to death of the dentist, so they said they would give me a pill that would put me in lala land and I wouldn't care. The pill did nothing. My blood pressure was way up and they still pulled my tooth. I called the next day and talked to Britney who said she was the office manager. I told her I was terrified to get the rest of my teeth pulled and I wanted to be put out. She argued with me to come in and try and about my insurance going into the next year. I told her I didn't care, I knew my blood pressure would be too high. And I wanted the oral surgeon to do it. So she said she would call me back. She called like 2 minutes later and said she called him and he would not do it because I am on pain management. There is no way she got ahold of him in 2 minutes. I have already paid them $2000. I want some resolution to this or I am calling my lawyer. read more

This company is a perfect example of a medical policy scheme. I will never return to them. It tool 3 attempts to get a crown to not cause constant pain from an improper fit which fell out months later, not years but mere months. Then they told me they couldn't give me a cleaning because my gum disease required a specialized cleaning and I was no longer allowed a basic cleaning. I went to a new dentist who instantly gave me a cleaning, confirmed my gums were not in bad shape and said there is no such type of cleaning required by any insurance company. These people are trained to scam, watch your pocket book with them and go to someone who will do not only a good job but have good ethics. Shame on you Aspen Dental! read more

Absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment for 8 am for a cleaning, and I had to be at work at 9:30. More than enough time for a 30 minute cleaning. Well all they did was sit me in the chair, left to go talk and giggle to each other in the hallway for 40 minutes, poked my gums for about 30 seconds and told me I should reschedule for a cleaning. Are you kidding me? Yeah I will never come back and I will make sure no one I know ever goes here. read more
