I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they got her in by the next day! They also called me back prior to the appointment to explain they do not offer "laughing gas" but advised they will ensure she is comfortable and the dentist is wonderful with kids. The check in was fast and easy - allowing you to register and fill out all of your patient information and insurance information on their website prior to the visit, which was very nice. The receptionist was wonderful. They then took my daughter and myself back to the procedure area. The dental assistant was so nice and comforting towards my daughter, making her feel more at ease with explaining the X-rays and procedure she was about to experience. The dentist, Dr. Joseph Jurcak was amazing. He made my daughter feel at ease - from making jokes with her to even singing (and making jokes about his singing as well). This was perfect because I LOVE to embarrass my daughter with my angelic singing. He went above and beyond for her and I can't begin to explain my appreciation for that. After the procedure, the woman that handles the finances came out with her microphone and we all had a couple minutes to have some fun. She will be going back for another procedure soon. I arrived before the scheduled appointment to ask about these pre-meds. The younger one told me that they do not give pre-meds to patients with my condition. Additionally, the receptionist was not wearing a mask, but told me masks are required. She said she was vaccinated, so she was not required to wear one. I informed her that even though one is vaccinated that individual can transmit Covid like anyone else that is not vaccinated. After hearing all of this, I did not feel comfortable having dental work done by this office and will seek other options.

I went in and was initially impressed with the front desk people. They are so pleasant and not staring down their nose if I worried about paying for the service. First, it was so much less expensive than dentists I called to have a single tooth pulled. I was never left alone and the person (I am horrible remembering names but I will never forget how awesome she was) that stayed with me and took X-rays made a calm happen right away. I say that because I do not, or I should say, did not like dentists or doctors in general. But....when the dentist came in, he treated me like I've been there a thousand times and calmly suggested a treatment plan. I feel like a turn coat when I have to admit, there is a dentist that I trust....like immediately. The treatment plan could have included expensive root canals, but the Dentist explained the best course of treatment, far less painful in my mouth and wallet. So thank you everyone on the Next Door app and i hope this review helps someone find a good local dentist if you are anywhere near Norton, Ohio. I found my new Dentist.
