Horrible experience! Dr.Smith wasn't even in the room 10 mins. I was still asking questions about a possible thyroid surgery and he was walking towards the door. He didn't order any pre surgery bloodwork or updated ultrasound so he was planning on doing surgery based on my last ultrasound that was over a year old. When I spoke to the scheduler she asked what day I wanted to come back to get the drain removed from my neck. Dr. Smith mentioned nothing about a drain. I was completely lost. When I spoke to the clinic director she didn't want to hear me out and defended Dr.Smith not explaining the procedure with since the scheduler did it was ok. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Please don't waste ur money on this unsafe doctors office for yourself or your loved ones read more

The doctor harmed me. He did not help me in any way but he did bodily harm. I advise seeking help elsewhere.

The Drs and the Audiologist are amazing. I have a problem with wax buildup in my ears and I see Mackenzi every 6 months. Dr Ramsey took his time to help hubby and finally get hearing aids. The staff is friendly and attentive. read more

Horrible staff, patient account lie to get money from you. makes you pay co insurance before an actual amount bill is even sent out or billed to you. they "guess what the cost may be" and 2 months later still waiting on refunds and new undisclosed costs are added to your bill, so once those go through we can send a refund. We are guessing at the cost and once things go through new charges may be added. tons of hidden charges and fees that are NOT disclosed at time of payment or patient notified until AFTER they take more money from you. read more

I do not like writing negative reviews but I just left this place with my daughter and almost walked out crying. we had a great experience the first time and now this time I had to make a new appt for her because something came up concerning me as a mother and the person that took us to our room and that dr we saw today were absolutely awful! The experience I just had with the staff being rude and speaking over me and making me think I'm going crazy with the things she kept saying were mind blowing. I've never been treated that way in a professional setting, I will not ever go back again! People really need to start being professional again and leaving their problems elsewhere. read more

Had my visit at Dr. Brescia?s office for dizziness. My first contact after check-in was with Kristine who did some initial testing and made sure I was comfortable. When Dr Brescia entered, he listened intently and did not make me feel rushed or unimportant. He is knowledgeable, kind and understood my issue completely. My next appointment was scheduled two days later, which I was grateful for the quick follow-up time when my issues were resolved. read more

Apparently the Doctor I saw in my previous review (Ossakow) is no longer at this business. Thank God for that IMO. Unfortunately, my granddaughter had a similar bad experience this week with yet ANOTHER physician who works there, last name Brescia. The rest of the staff of very professional but the doctors, at least the ones our family has dealt with, not so much. I advised her to go elsewhere for her follow up or, as my wife and I have, seek treatment elsewhere. read more

If I could give zero I would. My mom saw a doctor there for 18 months and at the end of that period he said there was nothing he could do so referred her to University Hospital. She was diagnosed with a MERSA infection at UH which had started to eat away at her bone. She had to take more infusions with antibiotics than are normally given. She now has hearing loss and will have followup appointments and take medication the rest of her life. read more

Worst medical office is Stark County, and I would know since I work in healthcare and have also lived here my whole life. This office decided to schedule my daughter's surgery, then wait until the day before surgery to inform me that I owed over $1200 and that Dr. Brescia is refusing to do the surgery until this is paid. I have never dealt with a medical office that does not disclose fees and then threatens to cancel important surgery on a child if you can't pay less than 24 hours before. I offered to pay once my HSA funds get reloaded in January, but that wasn't good enough for these greedy shady people. I told them to cancel the surgery and they need to get it together and actually communicate with patients and disclose all fees. It seems pretty weird to me that none of these fees were ever mentioned to me until the day before surgery. Today, I received a call letting me know they have reconsidered and are willing to take my payment after the first of the year. At this point, I'd rather stick hot pokers in my eyes than have to deal with the morons who run this place. Would you let such rude, greedy people do surgery on your kid? We will go elsewhere. They are good doctors, they didn't disclose any extra costs, and then I get a huge bill in the mail for about a five minute treatment , I had paid upfront for the office visit, which wasn't cheap either , they claim they told me that upfront it would be extra for anything he did in the office and they didn't say anything like that. read more

My husband was suffering from severe congestion, sinus pain and several other issues when he went to see Dr. Aaron Brescia. We were impressed with how intently he listened to us and how patiently he answered all of our questions. Dr. Brescia recommended a Septoplasty and it completely changed my husbands quality of life. He finally wakes up every morning feeling normal, after suffering from sinus/congestion issues for over a decade. I highly recommend Dr. Brescia, not only for his knowledge and expertise, but also for his compassion before and after the surgery and during the recovery phase. Thank you, Dr. Brescia!! read more

Went to get hearing aids here, an in-network provider, when insurance sent the EOB for the care, showed a $2400 discount for staying in-network, and, as I've already well surpassed my deductibles and after payments by secondary insurance, am responsible for $0 out of pocket for the care. Ohio Head and Neck made me pay $2400 upfront, and now refuses to refund the money. When confronted, they said they do that because otherwise they "wouldn't make any money", and had no answer to my question of what benefit there is to choosing them as an in-network provider to the patient if they ignore those commitments governed by being in network. I returned the hearing aids and am awaiting my refund, and I swear if I broke my neck right there in the parking lot I would demand they take me to another doctor. read more

This office handles both a great group of doctors and a full service Hearing Aid center! DOCTORS: The doctors are many here, but I have seen DOCTOR Ossakow! He was a super nice and listening doctor that examine me for hearing loss issues! He realize that my only course was to go back to hearing aids, but an improved model. See below! I went to him again a few years ago per my doctor! After much review and testing, he ask about my meds I was talking! I told him that my doctor had started me on a new med! He said that can ruin your voice! I told him I do sermons and teaching! He said to stop talking the med and I explained my family doc refuse to stop! I took two more visits and finally doc Ossakow said I wrote him twice! I am going to tell him you are going to change doctor unless he changes your meds. Family doc finally change meds and about 6-8 months my voice improved so I could resume public speaking again! HEARING CENTER: Doctor Ossakow introduced me to the Audiologist in their Hearing Center! They have several Audiologists! They tested my hearing and I explained my on/off use of aids for years! I tried several with only marginal luck. They had me trial two aids! One aid for my partial hearing ear and a transmitter in my near deaf ear! The transmitter sent the sound to my better ear allowing me to hear on both sides! After several years, I have experienced better hearing! Hearing aids and technology keeps improving! I am hopeful that perfect pitch of sound is still possible! Julie Zickefoose is my audiologist, but there are several audiologists to choose from! read more

If I could leave only one star, went to office explain what was going on with me he told me I was wrong he is the doctor and gave me medicine that another doctor has given me for the last 2 to 3 years and has not worked they charged me $700 $120 to be paid up front and wants me to come back I would never come back to this facility ever again nothing but a scam read more

Had two appointments with two of their ENT'S...both were very curt, cold and appears not knowledgeable or just doesn't give a damn! Not a bit of respect shown to me...would never recommend! My friend told me not to go but had to because of insurance...changing insurances asap! read more

Misdiagnosed me with losing 50-70% of my hearing for good. Thankfully I have a really good Family Doctor who figured out the problem and resolved it. Hearing is now back to 100%. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a doctors office in my life. I called on Friday to make my appointment and they asked for my insurance and I told them what I had and they told me it was accepted (I have NO copay). Upon arrival I had to pay $125 because my insurance wasn't in system and then the doctor spent about 60 seconds with me, never introducing himself, or explaining what I should do from here on out. He also never addressed the pain I'm in or any potential remedy for it. I will not return. read more

Allergy front desk is rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Didn't know or try to educate herself on my medical situation/file prior to jumping down my throat in the waiting area. Dr was a little to arrogant for me. Never before have I had to pay $125 to be held on a card to be seen. When I told her I have never paid that anywhere she said, well if you don't end up needing to, you will get refunded. I'd rather not tie up $125 for their policy to hold. Which they don't tell you about till you get there but then try to say the voice mail said that. When I pulled it up and told her it said have my deductible ready which I new was $25 she said there is no way for her to know that cause they see so many people. Dr. Aaron Brescia performed a septoplasty with turbinate reduction on me last week. I could not be happier. The procedure was very successful. Friends had similar procedures by other physicians/practices and suffered loss of their sense of smell. My sense of smell is actually heightened. Further, I had no bruising. I went to see Dr. Ramsey nice guy and his staff is nice also, but when I went to try and call to set up surgery for my uvula to be removed it's a game of phone tag no one over there answers the phone and everytime I leave a message they call back when I'm unable to answer and they only try once... it's been two weeks of this and I'm getting very irritated. read more
