Horrible experience! Dr.Smith wasn't even in the room 10 mins. I was still asking questions about a…read morepossible thyroid surgery and he was walking towards the door. He didn't order any pre surgery bloodwork or updated ultrasound so he was planning on doing surgery based on my last ultrasound that was over a year old. When I spoke to the scheduler she asked what day I wanted to come back to get the drain removed from my neck. Dr. Smith mentioned nothing about a drain. I was completely lost. When I spoke to the clinic director she didn't want to hear me out and defended Dr.Smith not explaining the procedure with since the scheduler did it was ok. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Please don't waste ur money on this unsafe doctors office for yourself or your loved ones

Small dirty waiting room, rude staff, in and…read moreout visit after a long, long, wait, doctor didn't answer any questions I asked about my vertigo or nose issues, insisted I have an on the spot hearing test w/ his on site Audiologist than without further discussion nurse advised I needed to be seen two more times! Once for a very important Balance test and the other for the reading of the hearing test! I later cancelled both. They were running patients in and out of there like a herd of cattle! When calling to pay my bill over the phone they happily took my credit card information but could not give me a confirmation number, they were too busy seeing patients and they have no email accessibility!!! I was cut off and put on hold by a very rude Michelle, I was on hold 10 minutes, than Michelle comes back on the line to rudely tell me she had to interrupt Debbie from a very important meeting to handle my confirmation request, cuts me off and than Debbie appears on the line w/ a confirmation # for me. I let Debbie know that I was very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of the entire office, yet I was referred by a family member of the doctor who is a co-worker. I strongly do not recommend this doctor, or his staff to anyone! Bonnie

Julie Zickefoose is my usual audiologist and always informative and friendly! Really work hard to keep hearing good and issues solved! She makes transition to hearing aid smooth and without hassles! Parking is their free lot and elevator to second floor a breeze! Stairs are right next to elevator for a few steps up! Been to and used aids in the pass, but this is the best service and best transition yet! Love doing business with them!

Made an appointment WEEKS ago with this office for Dr. Vogelsang, I specifically asked for him when…read moreI called because he is an ENT and who I saw as a child and that's who I was calling for, got to the office for my appointment, my appointment was for 2:30 they told me to be there at 2:15, at 3:45 the receptionist comes over and says "Dr. Given is running behind he will be with you next" i said i'm not here for dr. given Im here for Dr Vogelsang, I go up front, she says "im so sorry the girl who scheduled you is new, she put you with dr given" I told her it was fine, no big deal, but since I left work for an appointment I needed a slip saying i was here, The RUDEST nurse i've ever met in my life came out and said If i didn't see anyone they weren't going to give me a slip, i advised her it wasn't my fault I didn't see a Dr, they didn't book me correctly which the front desk clerk admitted, so she comes out with a slip that says "the PATIENT cancelled her appointment with us today" I told the clerk this was unacceptable, I cancelled because I was booked with the WRONG doctor who didn't treat what I was there for, after waiting another 20 minutes they came out with a slip that said I rescheduled, I took the slip because I was done arguing, but now I get docked at work for the offices error and the nurse wouldn't even come out and speak to me herself. very poor office procedures I will not be returning!

They all have been extremely compassionate towards me. I feel a sense of comfort while I'm there. Everything is run very smoothly, and I always leave happy and feeling like I'm in good hands.
