Love this place but there is a key to going -patience. Yes you may have an appointment and yes there's a lot of walk-ins and you may have to wait a few minutes BUT the wait is worth it. All of there techs are too notch. They have every color of paint, dip and gel possible and their prices are super reasonable. For pedicures they have tons of room that make it great to go with a friend or five and sit in the massage chair while getting your feet pampered. For manicures it's always great ending with a ha d massage and the best hand lotion on earth. Also, while I don't have any tiny humans, I see people getting their kids nails done and they seem to be great with children. Lastly, it has to be noted that in times like this they are super covid friendly. When you arrive, you wash your hands. Social distancing is enforced and there is plexiglass between you and the tech. Great service, but take time to enjoy it. I don't recommend you go there if you're cranky and in a rush. read more

Showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early then waited another HOUR to be seated. Once I was seated 3 different people did my simple polish. I didn't have any crazy design or anything they just didn't have the time for me apparently even though I had a scheduled appointment! Not a walk in! Ended up not even getting the design I wanted cause there was so much miscommunication between the three nail techs. I've gone to this salon doezens of times and it's always the same thing. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not they don't have time for you and you'll still be waiting at least half an hour to get seated. UPDATE: the pedicures are still great, but I feel a bit foolish this time around as far as the manicure is concerned. I normally don't go for acrylics because I keep my nails short, but falling behind in my nails some of them broke with the gel. And I've still got some acrylic on my fingers, typically when my nails are done the under portion will be cleaned after filing and I'll typically be asked to wash my hands after filing as well before polish. I don't know if it's normal to get a full set and not have your cuticles address.... I'm almost embarrassed to post these pictures of my hands as well... but, here we are. read more

It was our first time here. My two daughters and I went to get nails ready for her wedding. We had an appointment at 1, and was promptly taken back. All of our nails came out great, we had fills and fell polish and my daughter getting married had a full set. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD Worst nail salon I've been to in canton Ohio- my mom and I wanted to get pedis for a mom and daughter day but waited 30 minutes to even be put in a chair. Once we got to a chair we soaked for another 40 minutes until they started one of us. My toes got all the way done and NO ONE even addressed my mom so she didn't even end up getting a pedicure. UPDATED: I planned ahead and tried this place again the other day. I called for a reservation this time. Other guests there also seemed to have reservations. They now have a receptionist and it is 100% better than before. She is there to take reservations, greet people when they arrive and cash customers out. This frees up the time of the manicurists and you no longer have to stand there waiting to see if anyone saw you walk in. They have added Shellac colors and it is much more organized than most salons I have been to. I will most definitely be returning (with a reservation). If you walk-in, be prepared to wait. First Review: I've been here three times, but have only actually had a service done once. The other two times I waited in the waiting area for over 20 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged that I was there. The one time I did get gel polish on my nails the woman didn't even take the time to prepare my nails for the polish so it peeled right off in a week. She never filed them, just put Shellac on and under the light for 30 seconds and I was done in about 15 minutes. I loved this place when they were in their old location (next door), which is why I decided to give it so many chances. I was excited when they had this brand new salon. It's gorgeous! But service is terrible! I went to another salon down the road after I left tonight and was greeted and seated within a minute. This one was far busier too. I was very impressed. 2nd time I went (which I had an appointment then as well) I waited for over an hour for them to start my pedi. I was getting both done that day. I went there twice and the nail tech did an OK job, not the best, but my long time nail tech moved out of the area. Each time my appt. was at 1:00 PM and the same for the third appt. After 15 minutes I asked why I was still waiting and was told that they were running behind. Yeah, I figured that out on my own. I waited for 40 MINUTES and still no appt. My nail tech had taken a walk-in instead of keeping her appt. w/me. UNACCEPTABLE. Also, I was bothered by how dirty the work stations are. The one next to my nail tech looked as though someone had sneezed on it repeatedly and was never cleaned. I told the girl at the front desk when I arrived that I had two more appts. after this one but it didn't matter. So I left. If you're that desperate to have your nails done, wait. Visited in a Wednesday afternoon. Three customers in process and one waiting when we arrived. After waiting 30 mins we asked how much longer...a few minutes they said. 5 mins later they took us back to pedi chairs where we sat for another 45 mins!!! Then one tech did my daughter. 45 min later I am still waiting to get started. I told them I was going to skip it bc we were out of time. They apologized but still had the audacity to charge me FULL PRICE PLUS UPCHARGE FOR GEL!!! Guess they were not THAT sorry! My issue here is be honest and tell me when I walk in that you are short staffed and the wait could be longer than usual. We could have gone elsewhere this time. The first time I came here I was obsessed and swore I would drive 35 minutes to Belden Village no problem ! (The tough part was the drive back) they did my nails beautifully, my nail tech listened and chattered with me the whole time and I got a shellac acrylic French and it was gorgeous. The second time I went to get mine taken off was like going to an entirely different place. After making me wait for close to 30 minutes, they took me back to soak my acrylics off, and just left me for over an hour. They would walk past me and just completely ignore me. When I tried to get them to come back she just told me that I wasn't ready yet. She didn't even look at my nails! I felt so cheap and cheated. Then I made the mistake of asking for an eyebrow wax, my nail tech got in my face and pushed me to give her my card for her to ring me up while I was there, and somehow I paid almost 50 dollars for taking off acrylics and a eyebrow wax. I might as well have just gotten them redone. The technician that did my eyebrows didn't talk to me, had a bad attitude, and worst of all she didn't ask me how I wanted my eyebrows done. She waxed them super thin without asking me. Now I can say 100% I will NEVER return to top coat. I thought I found my perfect nail salon but sadly I was wrong. read more

This place is clean, but they never open on time. They open at 10 am and always do not open until almost 10:15. That means they are always running behind on appt. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I visited this salon on Thursday June 15th, 2017. I got gel polish on my nails with no manicure, which I have had done at other places before. I only went here because I was going with other people and this is what they chose. I will not be returning. This place did not even clip my nails or push my cuticles back. They filed them with the oldest nail file I've ever seen. I should have known to get up and leave then. After filing, and only filing, we stepped over to the weird bar where he proceeded to paint my nails. He painted them one at a time and had me put my hand into the drying machine after each one. He did not paint my whole nail with the primer to assure that the gel polish would last. He did not paint down to my cuticle, I'm sure it was hard since they were not pushed back. My nails were not in the dryer long enough and they were not all the way dry when I left because I got a small knick in them shortly after I left. The man that did my nails had no idea what he was doing. It has not even been a week and my nails are chipping and look terrible all around. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality gel nail polish painted on natural nails. Go somewhere else. read more

I am giving 3 stars because the first time I visited this salon, Ryan applied my shellac nails and pedi perfectly. The best ever! ! He was polite and friendly. Great hand and foot massage. When I returned for a soak off and a reapplication, I had Ryan again. The second time , Ryan was unfriendly , rushed me out , and was angry. My shellac was messy and all over my cuticles. Hopefully, he was just having a bad day. The manager was really nice and offered to have some one redo my nails. I didn't have time that day, but appreciated the offer. I will go back to try a different nail tech. Overall the place is very clean. Much cleaner than Finest Nails and my shellac nails stayed on much longer than Finest Nails. I advise making an appointment, they seem overworked and walk ins seem to make them morph into their unpleasant angry selves from being overloaded. There are NOT alot of good nail salons in canton. This is the best nail salon definitely at the top of the list. Im from Akron and there are a couple options for nail salon but none as clean and nice. It was the cleanest and nicest nail salon I've ever been to. They did a great job on my nails. They took there time and made sure I was comfortable with the shape every step of the way since I like stiletto nails and most places mess it up. I think this will be my new nail place for every 2 weeks. Not to mention house hunters was on TV and I love that show. I got a full set there prices are a little higher then othet places I've been to but totally worth it. I also gave a great tip because my nail tech did a great job. I hope he is available next time I go. I went just two days ago because I needed a repair because one of my nails had broken within the week now I have two more broken nails and haven't even done a thing I hate that I don't want to keep going to a place that my nails are braking before I even get my first fill. read more
