I have had a few of the wax specialists there and everyone has been very very nice and professional. They are understanding of last minute cancellations and are very accommodating to you schedule. They have products that they sell there as well, but I've never felt pressured to buy more than what I need from them. In fact, on my first time in the wax specialist told me that the length of hair was not long enough to wax and that the treatment would be uneven, so she rescheduled me for a week later instead of just doing the wax just because I was there. The store is clean and each room is private with a door that fully closes from top to bottoms. Their rooms aren't like stalls that could potentially make you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this place to others, and I will continue to go back as well.

Rebecca (don't quote me on that name) was my waxer, she is very soothing and nice and likes to incorporate crowd participation. She has you pull back your skin as she yanks, she thinks having some control of the process makes it less painful. Let's be honest, you're ripping all the hairs out of my lady pocket, nothing short of full blown anesthesia is going to make this go any better for me. She is quick and pleasant and even did a clean up with tweezers at the end. I was happy. Until I got the mirror and got real personal with myself. I didn't just pay 80 american dollars for you to not do everything. A Brazilian is not just a glorified bikini waxing, it is supposed to leave me bald as Telly Savalas. This one didn't. I've had cheaper, better, and more complete waxes everywhere else I've been. Lesson learned, make my appointment far enough in advance that I can go to my first choice (MC Hair in Cuyahoga Falls) rather than jumping on this. Let me reiterate, for what she waxed she was thorough, but neglecting to wax everything is not going to work for me.

The gentleman that did my pedicure was VERY nice, however when I mentioned I had an ingrown toenail starting, I was informed that they charge an ADDITIONAL $10 for the removal (but since it didnt bleed they wouldn't charge me this time). $55 dollars for the service that doesn't clean under nails, barely trimmed the extra skin around the cuticles, doesnt remove ingrown toenails, and had a VERY limited "regular" nail polish selection. So because we don't want to have a drill remove color we get scrappy colors? I guess I won't be returning
