I made an appointment online which was pretty easy, when I arrived I checked in and sat down. I was taken to the chair pretty quickly. The gentleman that did my pedicure was VERY nice, however when I mentioned I had an ingrown toenail starting, I was informed that they charge an ADDITIONAL $10 for the removal (but since it didnt bleed they wouldn't charge me this time). $55 dollars for the service that doesn't clean under nails, barely trimmed the extra skin around the cuticles, doesnt remove ingrown toenails, and had a VERY limited "regular" nail polish selection. I will say the leg massage is weak and not that long. $80+ is a lot to spend on a spa pedicure to not have a decent leg massage. The massage chair function didn't really seem to work very well on my back either, but honestly that didn't really bother me. Everything else was fine. The polish looks nice and neat. Nothing about it was bad or subpar. And I suppose this is about the going-rate now in Ohio. I sure do miss the price of pedicures (and eyebrow threading for that matter) in NYC.
