My last visit here may truly have been my last, literally. A friend & I went in together on a…read moreSaturday morning, the place was practically deserted, and we still felt like we got rushed out of there. To be fair, the owner and another young lady seemed to be training a new person, but I had three different people working on my pedicure. Only one foot got massaged. My nails were barely trimmed even though I asked several times that they be cut shorter. One person worked on one foot, she got up and someone else did the other foot, then someone else came over to paint my nails. It was the same for my friend. As much money as we've spent here, we felt really short-changed this visit and time before, so we probably won't be going back. The salon is always spotless and the atmosphere usually friendly; we just felt like we were regulars being taken for granted.

The woman who did my nails was not talkative but that's ok. They had a good selection of gels and colors. They take appointments and walk inns, prices seem comparable to most other nail salons.

I will say the leg massage is weak and not that long. $80+ is a lot to spend on a spa pedicure to not have a decent leg massage. The massage chair function didn't really seem to work very well on my back either, but honestly that didn't really bother me. Everything else was fine. The polish looks nice and neat. Nothing about it was bad or subpar. And I suppose this is about the going-rate now in Ohio. I sure do miss the price of pedicures (and eyebrow threading for that matter) in NYC. It always struck me as odd that it is so much cheaper in the city than anywhere else in the country. I guess it has to do with competition there. This venue is about industry-standard for Ohio.

However it was $85 for a fill in. $40 for the fill. $20 for gel & &15 for cat eye polish. It kind of felt redundant. I wish nail salons would have the price listed fully in this day and age who isn't getting gel it should be included . . My nails came out okay! However my cat eye I wanted the dark in the middle it didn't turn out like that. I have gotten compliments on my nails so there is that. Shop was neat but also be aware they changed my requested clinican bc the tech could not do basic design. I asked for a plaid design on an accent nail. They were nervous when I asked about designs and told me they couldn't do it or get anyone who could.

I would go again just to sit in the chair for a while as it had strength settings (which I've never seen elsewhere). The pedicure itself was great with a very long massage. I did not feel rushed at all, nor like anyone was rude. I am a quiet person, though, and usually like to read or shop online during pedicures, and don't really like to be disturbed. Prices are a little on the high side, but for the massage and attention I received, I do think they are fair. I did not realize they want cash only tips, and was not prepared for that. If you go, bring cash to tip them.
