To be fair, the owner and another young lady seemed to be training a new person, but I had three different people working on my pedicure. Only one foot got massaged. My nails were barely trimmed even though I asked several times that they be cut shorter. One person worked on one foot, she got up and someone else did the other foot, then someone else came over to paint my nails. It was the same for my friend. As much money as we've spent here, we felt really short-changed this visit and time before, so we probably won't be going back. The salon is always spotless and the atmosphere usually friendly; we just felt like we were regulars being taken for granted.

I've had better spa pedicures for cheaper, but this was not bad. I may come back again anyhow, but I probably would remove my own polish first and not get gel.

Shellac polish frequently made my nails brittle and weak and they would constantly break. I was told that I needed to try the structured gel and I'm so happy I did. Highly recommend it if you like shellac, but it makes your nails weak/you don't like the soak off process. The nail technicians are nice and the ones I see do a great job. I have been able to get designs on my nails that look like what I want them to. I feel like other places I have gone, they never quite get it right. Their scheduling system is pretty easy to use.
