I've been going here for over 6 months, ignoring rude behavior due to the convenient location but after yesterday I'm done and so are my friends. I was told I should come in every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks for a dip (over $60 with tip and they should last at least 3 weeks) so my nails don't crack and the nail tech yelled at me for having tense fingers and actually slapped my thumb. I was dumbfounded. Absolutely not acceptable behavior or customer service. Also they have told my friends and me they don't take appointments, but as I'm sitting there I hear them take calls for certain people and say, "how does 11 sound?" Good bye. Meh... went in with others for mani pedis and would say it was low end to mediocre at best, and probably overpriced for that reason. They didn't offer specific services like standard or deluxe, the color options were very limited, and the salon overall was ok. I went for a light color polish and when I asked her to add another coat she acted like it was an inconvenience. I would give it 0 stars if possible! I've ALWAYS gotten my nails done very long and have never had a problem, until now! It's been 11 days since I got them done and my index finger nail split in half and broke my natural nail as well! It is so painful and I am still puzzled as to why this happened! I'm definitely going back to my old nail salon because it's obviously worth the 35 minute drive since this never happened at my old salon. I'm so unhappy and in extreme pain! I've been coming here for a few years and it's slowly gone downhill. I started noticing they don't use sanitized tools, and they don't talk to you enough to know what you want. I just went in for a pedicure and gel polish. My pedicure was rushed and she barely used anything on my feet to make them feel and look refreshed. She then filed my nails COMPLETELY down for my gel polish and hurriedly applied it. My total was $61.77 and I still left a $15 tip. I wish I could find a good place for these prices :( read more

The wait to begin is bad enough...once I got my nails finished this gave me a poor matte finish that began wearing off before I even left the building. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Had an appointment for 11:15 for 3 people for mani/ pedis. When we walked in nobody greeted us nor let us know where to sign in, we had to ask. Not one of us sat down to get started until 12:00. The color was not the color that matched the wheel, then the nail tech argued with me about it, and to top it off sighed and rolled her eyes when I told her I also would be getting my toes done!! I wish I could mark zero stars. They told me they were closed at 6:45 when on the door it said 7:30. That was money out of their pockets and I most definitely will not be back. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. Sweeping the floor while customers are sitting there. Disgusted and unimpressed. Also charge extra to use credit cards and debit cards.
