What a disorganized free-for-all. The last two times my wife and daughter have gone, with an appointment, they did not get seated. Basically, if people walk in and are bold, they can get seated, regardless of whether or not they have an appointment. This most recent time (tonight), we had a 5:00 appointment, sat for one hour and 15 minutes, and walked out. People who walked in behind us did get seated. just terrible. I came in for a pedicure. I was ignored once they finally sat me down. The water was too hot. Then I asked if they could adjust the water. They told me no and didn't understand what I was asking. The worker then asked for assistance and instead of adding cold water, which is an easy fix another staff. Member said that she will adjust it later ... I sat for 45 minutes and then walked Out. I've been going here for years and the new location has ruined. If you go it appears you should get a gel manicure, I asked for regular polish and they don't really offer that option. My nails lasted 2 days so I was very disappointed. They do an amazing job. I've gotten both pedicures with gel polish and manicures with dip and gel. Never had an issue with chipping or lifting. I went in for a pedi and wanted gel but the way he left my toe nails shaped!! He cut my toe nails without asking what shape or how short. I had to tell him to stop since he cut my toe nails really short. I did change gel to regular since I knew I wouldn't like my pedi either way and wanted to go the cheap route. Ladies! not only did he cut my nails short but he also put 5 layers of polish on my toes! and i had to sit under a fan for 25 mins so my nails can dry completely. When u proceed to check out one of the older ladies was giving me a nasty look and started talking to her friend that was sitting next to her. I will Never! And I mean ever! Go there again. Service sucks! And don't bother making an appointment, you will continue to sit and wait like the rest. read more

Let me preface this by saying I'm a truck driver from Los Angeles and have had my nails done all over the country (with my favorite being at home, of course). This place does excellent work. All of my nails are symmetrical and filed straight. I've had many fills that had to be corrected once I come off the road. The pedicure was relaxing and thorough. I got French Tip on my toes and they did it masterfully by hand. Tammy did my fill as well as my nail design by hand and it's picture perfect. Honestly the best pedicure I've ever had! The interior design in here is SO cute. I loved that the pedicure chairs had built in massage chairs with a remote to control-- the chairs also lit up! They took their time and gave me an amazing pedicure and even verified after the color was on my toes that I liked it! Really wish I still lived here or else I'd be a regular. A little skeptical about the completely perfect five star reviews for this business. I wouldn't go back. My friend and I had appointments last night for mani/pedis (I had regular, she had gel). It was totally dead - so they got started on mine right away but my friend sat and waited about 10 minutes before they started on hers. Her toes were bleeding within a few minutes. Mine didn't bleed but REALLY hurt because of the cuticle picker tool. (I get pedicures regularly in Atlanta where I live and they never use that tool. Last night I had trouble sleeping because my toes were so raw that it hurt every time they brushed up against the sheets. The ladies doing the work on our toes tried to laugh it off.) They didn't bring my friend the gel color options until she asked for it twice, and then they didn't have the color she wanted. Even though our appointments were an hour before their closing time, the whole staff seemed to be in a big rush to get out. One of two women who were switching on and off doing my nails complained of a headache (I can imagine it sucks to work in there with the chemical smells, but it was strange that she was telling me how quickly she wanted to leave). My friend's gel nails had to be re-done several times due to rushing and the nails not fully setting. We stood in front of the checkout area for an awkwardly long time, staring at one of the women in front of us who was giggling and texting on her phone. Waiting for her to look up. "Ah, we are ready to check out now!" my friend finally said as politely as possible. "Ok" she said, without looking up. Several more seconds go by .... finally one of her coworkers comes up, gently pushes her and her texting aside, and checks us out. Price list isn't posted so I was a bit surprised; $50 for mine and $65 for my friend's. Those prices are WAY HIGH for the quality we received. I would have expected more like $30-40 range max. I suppose we should have checked that first. Plus, beware, they don't accept credit card tips. read more

Made an appt with Best Nails and Dennis. He took care of my nails and spent a lot of time with me getting me a new set that look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Best Nails. I am very disappointed in this salon, I had my technician remove all of my acrylics and give me a fresh full set and had gel color on top... 3 days later my thumb nails breaks off in half.. I go back and they fix it.. then then next day I picked up my dog and my middle finger breaks in half... it hasn't even been a week and this happened. I wanted to like this place. However, I had an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes to be worked on. My appointment was for 12, they started at 1240 and I didn't leave until 240. No huge deal but a little frustrating. Pedicure was awesome!! Dennis did my dip nails and I've NEVER paid that much for them in Ohio, Florida, Nevada or Texas. $70!!! I was not told there was an up fee for every little thing. No "design" just ombré white nails. To top it off they lasted 5 days before one coming off. Stay away!! First, I had to wait half an hour past my appointment to be helped. This salon does not practice safe hygiene. I was placed at a station that had someone acrylic nail and other fingernail clippings on it, which the nail tech ending up flicking on the ground. There is no proof that supplies are sanitized. The nail tech shaved my already thin nails even thinner, causing them to break even with the "strong" dip powder. The man at the front is rather rude and unprofessional. In 6 days 7/10 of my nails started peeling on the back and one cracked in half. I called to make an appointment, which the man was rude about. I then had to wait over an hour past the appointment time, along with three other ladies who were waiting. Not good in customer service or quality of services received. read more

WOW! I am so glad I decided to try this salon. As a male that loves the outdoors and hates shoes...I NEED my calluses removed and nails trimmed. This place also massages your lower leg and foot with scrubs and lotion. I am melting into my chair as I type this. I will definitely be back for this Fanta service and atmosphere. I went in and the tech asked me if I want a round shape and did not inform me that would include a $10 extra for shaping. I've never been charged for shaping. I've asked others and this seems to be out of the norm to charge extra for shaping. He was kind to inform me that my original color I chose would include extra charge but did not inform me that shaping my nails would include the extra charge. Just want everyone warned to ask!
