After two more visits (1 to condition and the next to re-color) my hair was still not anywhere close to the pictures that I had shared and remained damaged. I was devastated. I needed to share so that a buyer can beware since the salon comes with high reviews. We arrive 10 minutes early and we're ready to go when they called us back for our pedicures. My friend got to soak for about 2-3 minutes only. We paid for the callus treatment, my friend has a through job... my lady started me late (I soaked for a good 20-30 minutes... which I didn't mind...but the rest of my time was RUSHED) They dropped utensils on the floor and cleaned them in our foot baths. She barely took the calluses off my foot and only did the bottoms.... She left the sides flaky. My hot towels were burning and lasted about 20 seconds before she moved on rushed. My friend ended up with an infected big toe. My feet have never looked worse and my polish wasn't good. When I was getting polished another lady started yelling and then took over and they used a different color. I paid early because they were rushing us out (they closed at 7....
