Oh my lord!!My fav place to get a mani done.They just do a brilliant job period.So this is a decent size nail spa with ample amount of parking outside in a busy plaza. Ambiance:This isn't any fancy nail salon it's one of those neighborhood nail stops.They have 6 water chairs or whatever those are called and I believe 6/8 tables.Its neat and clean I would give the ambiance a 7/10. Ladies working here are perfectionist I usually go to Susan whose amazing.Tammy is the owner and is always there, she's a ball of energy. It's easy to get appointments there if you call ahead and I recommend booking one cuz they are fairly busy. read more

I recently had a full set of Bio gel nails put on because my own have decided to be crappy. Honestly the service was meh, ok. It felt a little rushed and the final job looked sloppy, one nail was even crooked. The first night some of the nails began to lift off and 3 days after that only 2 nails remained on. To say the least after spending $80 I was very disappointed. I called early on the 5th day and they got me in right away. This time she spent more time on the little details and they came out looking fabulous. Not sure if I will go back but they re-did the full set with no hassle. If you do go I highly recommend being picky and make sure everything is to your liking. read more

Went in to get my nails done. I had an appointment so I waited maybe give minutes, though they were mostly full. I first got shellac nails, and I wanted just polish without the manicure. He asked me if I wanted glitter on my ring finger and I said no, also said I "needed" the manicure. I said no and they were not that pushy. I am happy it's how the nails turned out though they are shorter than I wanted. I then said I don't have too much time but wanted to get my toe polish changed. I said twice, and as she was starting, just polish. She starts applying moisturizer and I'm like... I just wanted polish. Of course she doesn't understand so I tell the girl next to her, which then says oh she did pedicure already (no she hadn't but she had started) after that she kind of just didn't say anything but stopped and started just with polish. She forced my feet into my own sandals and then hastily applied polish, which didn't turn out that well. I didn't say anything as I just wanted to be done at that point. Over all I like my nails but not the best experience. Probably 3.5 stars. read more

Such friendly, honest, professional service! It was my first time at this salon, I had a pedicure done and I am extremely happy with the service. My pedicurist took her time giving me the perfect pedicure from cleaning to painting. My toes look great! She was also very knowledgeable about nail and skin care and went above her job, being honest and sharing with me great ways to care for my feet for example. STAY AWAY! I requested a shellac manicure, and I'm not sure if the quality of the polish was cheap or the manicurist just did a terrible job. The polish did not end up looking smooth and clean. After 2 days, one of my nails was chipping and I contacted the salon to request having the nail fixed. They offered to fix it, so I drove back to the salon based on their schedule and all they did was simply put a top coat. My nail was not fixed and was still chipped, and they were not willing to repaint the nail! I've never had such worse customer service at a nail salon. There are many other good nail places in Milton- just not this one! read more

Nail Zone is an amazing nail salon! And a great place for all waxing! The managers ensure that all nails are top notch before customers leave. I have been going once a month for two years straight, and am always impressed. My shellac lasts 4 weeks. I go in for free touch ups in between. Tammy and Suzanne are so wonderful! And ensure you get what you pay for! The only thing is you have to make sure you tell them how long you have! They take their time sometimes to ensure a wonderful outcome that they 100% stand behind. read more

I've spent the past two months having horrible trial and error trying to find a decent place to have my nails done and I finally found a place that exceeded my expectations at a great price! The consideration they give to making sure your nails look perfect is simply amazing. I had a pedicure with Helen and my toes have never looked so good! She shaped them correctly, painted them correctly, scrubbed the bottoms of my feet correctly and even when I smudged nail polish off after I left, they allowed me to come back the next morning to touch it up. Don't go here. I called and they said they had time for a walk in appointment. Instead of soaking my shellac off, the technician ground it off to the nail, along with bits of the nail. It hurt. I told him he was hurting my fingers and he just kept going. I'm sure my nails are now wrecked and will chip and break for months. On to putting on polish. I chose a grey/purple colour. When he applied the colour it was distinctively pink. Not even close when the sample was compared with the polish. I had to choose another colour, which I was not that happy with as I felt rushed. The chosen colour ended up looking chalky and white. The shellac was sloppily applied and doesn't look great. It has chipped on the thumb after 1 day. I'm not impressed. I will NEVER go here again. read more

Really disappointed. Booked an appointment for me and my sister at this salon after reading the great reviews. We had to wait half an hour passed our appointment time. They took my sister after the 30mins, but after an hour passed, I decided to not go through with my appointment. Everyone seemed nice, but the wait time was outrageous. read more

One of the best nail salons in Milton, although very expensive!! I always get long acrylic nails and their prices are normal, but they charge per length. I don't mean just a base $5 long length charge, but literally how long u get them. They wanted $15 for my length.. i was baffled. I paid $70 for a full set with ONLY shellac. Yes $70 altogether because of the length charge. read more

I always have a hard time picking colours to do and the staff are always helping me !! I have only walked out of this place being happy with my nails!!! I normally have a great experience here and have been going here pretty much since it opened. The last time I went in I had the worst experience ever. First they left me soaking my feet for 40mins until they could get to me. Then they were trying to rush and do my manicure while I was getting my pedicure and they didn't cut my nails evenly or file them leaving them odd shaped and with rough edges. While I was getting my pedicure done she continued to cause me discomfort even though I had indicated numerous times that my toe was sore. I showed her what colors I wanted on my toes and which toe I wanted the other color and she didn't understand me apparently. Then I wanted my nails painted with a 2 accent nails and she only did 1 accent nail and that was after I pulled my hand away so she couldn't paint it the wrong color. She kept talking on her phone the entire time she was doing my manicure and when I tried talking to her she didn't respond and kept talking to another woman there not in English. I will go back but I will make sure that I don't get Hannah again as I found her to be worse than any other nail tech I have had. Overall this is a great nail salon that is always clean and has very friendly staff, but that 1 nail tech has soured it for me for sure. I can only get out to have some me time a couple of times a year and I was definitely disappointed with this experience. read more
