My friend was coming from Brampton and was a bit late, so they made a huge fuss about it asking me firmly when she'd be here. Other clients were listening. When asked if they could add in some massage - again made a fuss about timing and said you should have mentioned about it while booking since we have other appointments. I was only asking for a 5 min massage. For the next 30 min there were no other new clients seen. Extremely disappointed and won't return!

My wife went in to have her eyebrows waxed and the technician pressed so hard onto both her eyes, she is badly scarred and has been in significant pain since then. While she was being waxed, she had to tell the lady to stop, that she felt that her bone would have broken. It has gotten so bad that we are now heading to the hospital. When she spoke with them and told the owner, he said sorry and was very nonchalant about it. No conversation about when it happened or who did the waxing, nothing. It was simply they didn't care about the fact that she was injured, and wanted to steer clear of it.
