For my booking today, I booked for a shellac manicure -- looking for an elegant and simple style for upcoming Lunar New Year festivities. She removed my previous shellac using lots of rubbing alcohol using the metal wrap. Again she did not wear gloves for my appointment. She double booked my appointment with a client. She interrupted my service and served the other client. I wasn't expecting my appointment to be interrupted. I changed my future appointment with a different technician with a more experience.
