I'm absolutely nail obsessed! I worked in a salon and spa for 5 years and was known as the polish queen. Anyone who does my nails know that I'm a nightmare - I am so picky! The shape, the angle, the length and the polish has to be on point for me to be happy. I refuse to settle for less when it comes to my nails (I'm sitting at a desk typing all day, I need something pretty and perfect to look at). I tried this place, as my regular place was fully booked. I'm so glad I did! I love how attentive they are, and how much colour options they have. They really invest time into your service and that's what I love about this place. I have never ever felt rushed, if anything, sometimes I feel bad because they seem to spend so much time on me. They are also so accommodating - sometimes I get off work late, and the girls are willing to stay late for me. The owner is a doll! She's so friendly and takes the time to talk to you. Actually, everyone who works here is super personable. It's almost like going to your friends house to do your nails. I would highly recommend this place. I would have given a 4.5 but that's not an option. Great manicure and the shellac lasts long. They had a great selection of colours. The girls working there are really friendly and do speak English which makes it easier to explain what you want done, converse and know what's going on. This place is pretty new and really nicely decorated! Convenient for ttc users as it's right across Downsview station, and they offer free parking in the back. The pricing is average, 35 bucks for a shellac mani. But a nice thing is on certain days of the week they have deals for discounted services. The only reason for an imperfect rating is that it wasn't THE best manicures (in terms of shaping my nails, as they were too short and not as square as I prefer) I've had.. But definitely one of the better ones- Will for sure be going back! read more

I had my nails done here yesterday. They've got really great staff. The place isn't as big as others but they do a good job. Appointments are recommended, although you can try to walk in and see if they have an opening. They also do make-up and waxing. My friend got waxing done, she was really happy with it. They have nail polish that changes colors under different temperatures, like a mood ring, thought that was pretty cool. Used to come here whenever I needed my nails done when I lived in the buildings attached to it. The staff was always friendly and courteous and would remember what colours I liked even though I didn't go very often. I went there recently to get an acrylic set done and the girl doing it did a horrible job of shaping the nails. She didn't make sure they were consistent with the other nails so they all had different shapes and sizes. In some cases the nails/nail polish didn't even cover my whole nail. I went there because I had a gift certificate from mother in law that I figured I'd use up since I don't live there anymore. When going to use the GC, they were asking why it didn't have a business card stapled to the back. To which I said "I don't know, my mother in law bought it". They gave me such a hassle about the GC even though it says their company name on it. They finally found the entry in their own records and said "ok well next time, make sure they staple a business card to the back" EXCUSE ME? That's not my job?? Train your employees better, how about that? I told them it's fine, I won't be coming back anyways. read more

Such a great experience here today for a pedicure. While I was waiting for my nail technician to finish off with her prior client, I was directed to the cafe next door to have a complimentary tea. The massage chairs were great and the place appeared to be super clean. Great selection of polishes and the pedicure itself was relaxing and thorough. The only thing I wish was that they had stainless steel bowls instead of the tubs with jets. Nonetheless, can't wait to return and try a bio seaweed gel manicure too! Thanks AKA! read more

The area of Allen rd. and Sheppard is very empty and barely has any stores. So having a nail spa right where nothing else can be found is in itself awesome and very convenient. The salon itself is very nicely decorated. It's obvious they've spent time and money to make the place look very modern. It shows that the owners actually care about the business and having the clients enjoy the atmosphere. The owner herself works there and is very pleasant and personable. Herself and the other ladies there will always strike up a comfy conversation with you while they do a fantastic job on the nails. They speak English 95% of the time, which I appreciate a lot. If you're a regular nail salon visitor you know that sometimes when everyone that works in the salon is speaking a different language, you can't help but wonder if they're speaking about you. So it's very nice to know what's being said the whole time I'm there lol I usually get shellac nails, and I've had different ladies do my nails. Each time I've requested my nails the specific way I wanted it and they gave me exactly what I wanted. They also have lots of new products and colours all the time. They had a big variety of the colour change shellac before even my other salon that's in the mall had any colours at all. So you'll be getting the latest trend for sure if you're looking for variety and fun. Service is great, the ladies are friendly, atmosphere is relaxed, price is on par with every other salon....what else could a girl ask for? Or a guy ;) read more

The owner is very rude. Was busy getting her pedicure and did not even attend other customers. When asked to book an appointment, did not seem very interested. No customer service!! I went to this place after reading the reviews, however i just discovered that the reviews are not genuine as they are all the relatives who work there and have just posted reviews to attract customers!! read more

I've been going to this salon to get my nails done for about a year and I have no complaints about the job they do, they always look excellent. The owner is very sweet and the place is clean. I do however have a complaint about one employee Karen that works there, she is extremely rude. A couple other customers have told me this about her, that she has no class, swears a lot around customers, and has a bad attitude but I always defended her since she was the one who would do my nails but after the experience I had with her the other day I completely agree with them. She needs a lesson in customer service, she is snappy and rude with customers. I walked in the other day to make an appointment for me, my two daughters, my sister and her daughter (which she wasnt aware of yet maybe she thought i just wanted to book an appointment for myself) and she acted as though I was an inconvenience to her and she was to "busy". The owner wasn't there otherwise I would have talked to her, but I just left and made my appointment elsewhere. The last two times I went back I requested someone else to do my nails and Karen has a very bitter attitude towards me. I'm a paying customer, this isn't highschool. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost a lot of clientele because of her. But anyways other than that, its a great place. read more
