I appreciated the easy online booking, and although the owner fell ill the day before my appointment, she messaged me directly to let me know and we rescheduled to another time that was convenient for me. The space itself is small, but very nicely appointed and comfortable. The small waiting area is cozy and there is bottled water and tea available, as well as some nice products to browse. The treatment space is simple and hygienic, and her threading technique is very good - my brows look great! Also, she noted my super sensitive skin and suggested natural products that I could buy at a health food store, rather than trying to sell me on any of the products that are available for sale at the spa, which I appreciated. I googled the natural products that she recommended (diluted rose water as a toner and pure argan oil as a moisturizer), and there appears to be good evidence for both with respect to my skincare needs. All in all, a very positive experience and no high pressure sales tactics. Treatment pricing is a little on the high side, but no different than what I would pay at my other spas, one of which is in the area. I do plan to return for threading, and am now using the natural products, as well.

Each of them are highly skilled, gentle, thorough and friendly. Of all the places I've been to, this is where I am most comfortable and satisfied. The decor and ambiance of this wax bar was soothing and welcoming. She uses a lot of different types of waxes - she will show you the jar of different types of waxes all in one once you walk in. However, she was so quick and efficient that the pain was most definitely worth it. My appointment was at 13:00, and I arrived just a few minutes early, and I was out of there by 13:13! Unfortunately, my most recent online order was marked "delivered," but I never received it. The package was left unattended, and although a delivery photo was provided, I did not sign for or receive the parcel. When I contacted the company, they declined to reship or refund the order because the carrier marked it as delivered. My request to escalate the matter went unanswered. It's disappointing that a longtime customer was left to absorb the loss without any meaningful resolution. I valued this brand and intended to continue as a customer, but this experience has changed that.

This is my go-to place after I had a bad wax experience with an esthetician at another salon/spa. They pour the wax from a larger pot into a disposable tin, which is a nice touch. It pretty much drives the point home that they are fastidious about hygiene. You are in the room and out at the counter in less than 20 minutes. Prices are very affordable. $40 for a Brazilian, but they often have a special for $35. It's quite small--a few waxing rooms and two tables for manicures. I've taken a friend there and she only has rave reviews as well!
