Anyway once my friend made it, they barely did any treatment to our feet during the pedi's. Literally zero massage - not even 30 seconds. When asked if they could add in some massage - again made a fuss about timing and said you should have mentioned about it while booking since we have other appointments. I was only asking for a 5 min massage. For the next 30 min there were no other new clients seen. Extremely disappointed and won't return!

While she was being waxed, she had to tell the lady to stop, that she felt that her bone would have broken. It has gotten so bad that we are now heading to the hospital. Wish they had a coat rack for winter coats though, so long jackets weren't falling over on the back of my chair. Otherwise, the space was decent, and similar to most salons. For my booking today, I booked for a shellac manicure -- looking for an elegant and simple style for upcoming Lunar New Year festivities. MiMi was able to get the exact look I wanted in record timebased off a photo, and I am thrilled with my new Molten Gold French nails. Really happy and will be back!
