I came to this nail salon over the weekend and really enjoyed my experience. The salon was very clean and the technicians were very professional. My normal manicure took 15 minutes to perform and it only cost $15.00. I found the price to be phenomenal. At this salon, the gel manicure is also priced really well. It is only $30.00. One of my friends comes here all of the time and her nails always look amazing. She gets gel nails, shellac polish and might even have them add designs. I would highly recommend this salon. If I wasn't in a rush the day I was there, I would have gotten their mani pedi combo for $40. This salon is really nice because they have pretty waterfalls running in the back of the salon and the massage chairs are in excellent condition. They offer nail care and waxing services. I went to this place yesterday to try it. This is my second time in a different nail salon; I explained to them my bad experience in the last one and they were really helpful. I loved the work that Susu did in my nails. Updating my review because, let's face it, sure it's 5 dollars extra everywhere else, but the salon is incredibly clean and the staff is very professional. I called in to tell them I was going to be 10 minutes late, and the second I walked in (10 minutes late) I had a spot waiting for me and everything. Alina was so great and gentle, she gave me actual goosebumps! I got a manicure and shellac done, all under 30 minutes. She wasn't rushing at all, even gave me some time to choose from the huge selection of shellac colors they offer, and made sure I got good color pay off with three coats of polish and two coats of clear top coat. It all came down to 30$ at the end, which is not a lot to pay for great efficient service and a pleasant experience. TLDR: Great (efficient) service, clean facility, professional staff, and they save your time for what matters. +5$ give or take over other places. Call & book in advance. I never leave negative reviews but today's experience just ruined my day. Quality of service in diva nails was never good or consistent but now it's also customer service that is just unacceptable. I went in for pedicure and polish change for hands. Well.. They told me it was gonna be done at the same time which is great BUT the girl who was doing my hands was absolutely disrespectful, rude and had the biggest attitude. Pulling my hands, hurrying working on my nails like she wanted to finish in 5 minutes. (I also must say that their chairs are not appropriate for doing both services at the same time since you need to balance your hand on the opposite side of the chair which is tiring and annoying) The best part is that i asked her to keep the same shape I had when I came in and she started doing it wrong. So I've shown her the shape I wanted again (picture was of my own nails) and she did completely different shape AGAIN. I pointed that out to which she sighed, rolled her eyes and started talking to the other girl in a different language while just ignoring me and started to put polish!!!! I told her again that I'm not happy with the shape and she just turned around and left :) came back with a manager Tina and a different girl to whom I've shown the picture of what I asked her, they all talked in front of me in a different language, I guess agreed that she didn't do it right and the other girl took over from there. I was honestly shocked. Ive been nice and respectful the whole time while I've never felt so disrespected in my life tbh. Later I called the manager and she apologized for the first girl saying her kid had problems in school so she has been in a bad mood all day :) what can I say. Great customer service! Let's ruin everyones mood right? :) And do you think I was offered a discount or something? Nope. I paid in full and actually tipped the 2 girls that did my nails. I felt bad punishing them for what the first girl did but I'm never coming back as well as all of my girlfriends who have been going to this salon. Good job losing 6 customers who were coming for various services every 2 weeks. Also there is a great nail salon just across the street that is clean, modern and has friendly stuff that always treats you well. They are finally reopening after renovations. I get my my nails done on June 14th, it chipped a lot Whithin a week. I lived very far from the store, so I couldn't get it fixed right away, I called in on the 23rd to see if they can fix it for me, they said it's over a week, so they can't do anything for me. Many other stores can guarantee for 2 weeks no chip, shellac for only one week? Why did I spend $30+tax+tips for?? I wouldn't go there again. I've only been here once, but I had a great experience. I got white shellac done (no manicure, just colour) and they lasted a good month! I loved the manicurists, and the interior design. I would only give it 4 stars though because it's kind of expensive ($23) compared to other places. read more

Very disappointed. The staff is extremely rude and not welcoming. You ask them a question and they ignore you. I had chosen a design the day before and asked them if they could do it and instead of answering me they just threw a bucket of nail colours and said choose. The staff is not patient with you and you feel very rushed. Also the staff speaks in their own language right in front of their costomers which made be feel very uncomfortable. I had acrylics done and they weren't very good. They nails very all different shapes and that is not what I asked for. My experience was horrible. read more

Loved this salon! Super clean and aesthetically appealing. One of the best pedicures i've ever gotten. They use a hot stone to massage your legs. They also have a huge colour selection. I called ahead and they made sure there were open spots available. They are more pricey but totally worth it. Also they were playing ABBA which obviously scores brownie points. I had another young lady and she was very good as well. The guy who books appointments and answers calls is friendly and helpful. However the lady I got my first time here was terrible! Her name is Kayla. She is Incredibly rude and sighs if you tell her the nails are not shaped evenly. I showed her many times and she kept saying no it's same. To the point where I got frustrated and left it because each time she tried to "fix" it she was making it shorter and shorter to the point where my thumb looks completely off from the rest of my fingers. All my nails are not properly shaped to the almond shape I wanted. I got so frustrated I showed the man at the end of the service and he agreed it looked different while she wouldn't admit it was! He told her again and she filed it down even more to the point where the side has no polish on it now. I couldn't bare it any longer and left. They should not charge full price for service like this! I made an appointment and yet they made me wait for 30 minutes. Their staff was busy when I went but within 10 mins one of the girl was done doing nails for her client. Instead of her putting my nails on she went on to do pedicure for the girl who came after me . I was very disappointed waiting. SAVE YOUR MONEY ! This place does not provide good customer service, they take appointments and rush clients. They don't care about doing a good, detailed oriented job and offer poor customer service satisfaction. The employers are stressed due to a disrespectful, lousy, and pushy boss. They do not know how to do nice intricate designs and are expensive for no reason. I made an appointment for my daughter to do her nails (hand and feet) for graduation via phone, and confirmed it upon my lunch time appointment with my nail technician. When my daughter showed up after school they said they could not do her toes. When I called to clarify what the issue was the manager was rude and hung up the phone. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE. If you want lousy customer service, and horrible nails then go all you want. Updating my review because I went yesterday evening and was quite disappointed. The woman was really nice, but the polish was quite sloppy as it was not even and it was on my cuticles on many fingers. I had to clean up the job myself which I don't think I should ever have to do when paying for a service. Also, the filing was very aggressive as the tips and edges of the tips of my fingers are still quite tender and sore. While removing the previous polish, the spinning file (I don't remember what it's called haha) got really hot and at several points I felt like it was burning the skin under my nail. I was cringing at every finger but the lady removing it didn't seem to notice as she seemed to be in a rush despite the fact that I made an appointment. The length is also a little bit inconsistent with one of my index finger nails being a lot shorter than the rest. The girl I got during my first appointment was named Jenny and because she was very thorough I will be requesting her next time, as I wasn't happy with the results this time. The problem with this place is that when walk-ins come in they try to rush everyone else to get as many customers in as possible, which I understand to an extent but it doesn't excuse rushing those who booked an appointment in advance and expect to get the full treatment without rushing or getting cut off. I even showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and still got rushed. read more

I have been a repeat customer at this salon for quite some time now all the ladies know me well. I also brought my mom and sister because I spoke highly of diva nails salon however recently my nails are breaking after a week of getting them filled. I always only apply bio gel & shellac which most technicians claims are suppose to be better than a regular powder so I believe the problem is the techs filing my nail too thin because my nail is breaking in the middle causing a lot of pain and of course bleeding which is awful. I prefer not to go to a salon that is not knowledgeable about protecting nails although I am applying fake nails but they need to consider the preparations before the fake nail is applied after all I'm spending soo much money weekly after a fill to reapply nails due to the breakage and in the past I didn't incur this issue. I won't be going back because of this needless to say the ladies are lovely also the environment is clean which I like. read more

I never write reviews but felt compelled to on this one, I also had Jenny who Sara mentions below. I found that her not being able to speak any english was an issue for me because I could not understand what she was asking me and because of that would forcefully move my feet and hands to where she wanted them to go and she also did not understand me. She kept telling me to put my shoes on after my pedicure and I said I needed my socks first and I asked my friend to pass me my purse since my socks were in there but Jenny had run around taking three other people's pairs of shoes thinking I was telling her that my shoes weren't mine and while the other woman were yelling at her saying that she was taking their shoes, she couldn't understand them either so never stopped. On top of that, she cut my big toe which I am now on antibiotics for because it was badly infected. Its a very deep and long cut that she somehow managed to do with the cuticle cutters. Ive been cut at places before but the fact that it got so badly infected makes me question how clean their tools are. read more
