poor communication of cost! did not communicate that it is a different cost if you want long vs short nails spent $50 on a acrylic nails that were short and not what was expected or what my daughter wanted when I picked her up after I confirmed the cost... should have explained it would be a different cost if the nails are long maybe someone who does acrylic nails often knows this but someone who is not versed on the types of nails and this service should not be expected to know this and this should be explained before we commit to that nail store honestly will never bring my daughter here again not recommended at all this is my first ever review, not one to complain at all read more

Andy always takes care of me. I come here every two weeks for an acrylic fill plus gel polish. After my first time, I was hesitant. I wanted to like this place, and I grew to love it. He is so precise with my shaping and I always leave happy. Very accommodating schedule as well. Also, a huge bonus- they use these sanitary bags inside the pedicure basin which prevents bacteria spreading from the basin to your feet. Basically only your feet will touch your own water. No need to worry about potential toe fungus! The girl who did my pedicure (can't remember her name, sorry) is great. She gave me a great pedicure and listened to my wants and needs. I came to this salon last minute and I'm glad I did. It was a Sunday so it was not busy at all (walk in) virtually nobody was in there. The nail tech took her time with filing my nails HOWEVER she was soo ROUGH when she was filing my nails . Overall the service was good BUT BE CAREFUL!!! I asked for an acrylic set which was 20$. I went to select a nail Polish and they said no choose the shellac colours. I assumed it wasn't extra because they said no to the nail Polish. the freaking nails came up to 40$ ‍ they did not mention any of the extra cost at all. WHEN THEYRE DOING YOUR NAILS CONSTANTLY ASK THEM "IS THIS EXTRA MONEY" BECAUSE THEY WON'T TELL YOU!! last but not least..the design. I asked for "marble" nail and it clearly doesn't look like marble. Great!! A man named Andy did my nails and they came out amazing! They recently have undergone new management and it's done the place good. I got a bio gel for 45 and it took a while to get them done but the effort and attention to detail they had was amazing. You also get 5 dollars off when you refer a friend. I called about 15-20 mins in advance to make sure they could accommodate a nail refill. It started off with no AC at the salon on a HOT summer day. There were 3 spa employees sitting around eating in plain site. Ok, so that's all fine (eyeroll). The gentleman who was supposed to do my nails finally graced me with his presence 10 mins after my arrival. He kept stopping (I am not even exaggerating) every 5 mins to check his phone AND REPLY to his friend. At this point I was curious how long he would keep doing it. He kept doing it, probably taking over 15-20 mins in total. Then when I went to wash my hands, he had a little bowl with snacks. He apologized for 'taking for long' bc I think one of his co-workers realized I was pissed off at this point. I let him finish my nails, but OMG absolutely WORST customer service. read more

Just 6 days later and I decided to completely take the shellac off and go to a different spa for regular manicure. My regular manicure is much nicer and is holding up way better.. No cracks or chipping in 2 days vs the shellac done at AT nails that cracked in the same amount of time. read more

I do my own nails usually and don't get fake nails but decided to try the biogel set since I heard they don't damage your real nails. I called and asked the price and was quoted $45 for a full set. Fine. I went in and the first thing I was told was to pick a colour. So I did, I was NOT told this was additional $10, I was just told to pick a colour. Never having my nails done how was I to know this is extra? I was served by two people, bounced back and forth because they were too busy. Eventually I got one person and she did a great job. They don't offer you water, coffee ... nothing, so bring a drink you will be there a while! I have been going to AT Nails for a few months, and I have to say- my nails look nice...but the service is awful. I just got home and vowed never to go back. Andy who does my nails never speaks to me, disappears, talks and texts on the phone and basically ignores me the entire time I am there. I tip very well( unsure why).
