There are many stations for both pedicures and manicures, and a room at the back for waxing. The first time I went, I got shellac done on my finger nails. It lasted for over two weeks with no chips. The second time, the shellac lasted maybe nine days. The third time I went, I got my eyebrows done. I felt like the worker was a bit rushed and didn't take her time to pluck the small hairs remaining on my brows. When I got home, I spent 15 minutes plucking hairs she claimed were too short to remove.

Today I called at 1:19pm to request a pedicure with Kim at 2:00pm. I was told she would be available at 3:00pm. I made the 40min drive and waited in the parking lot until 3pm. When I walked in, I was told Kim is on vacation and they asked me to come back another day. They did not offer for someone else to serve me, but for me to leave. I insisted I needed the service today, and pointed to another tech who was finishing up. She hesitantly accepted to do my Pedicure. No Apology, No Solutions offered. Just bad service. The prices go up and the service goes down.

She was very accommodating to my allergies (no almond oil for me), and to what I wanted to have done. The prices were reasonable, and Tracy discussed costs with me before proceeding. I went on a Wednesday evening, and it was busy, but walk-in customers didn't have to wait. Tracy also gave me some advice on my pregnancy and birth, which made the 1 1/2 hours go by quickly. I've been to many nail salons, but I definitely will be a returning customer to this salon! They also don't do designs or French tip on real nails because they said it doesn't last long, so this is as good as it gets if you're opting for real nails. This Mani+Pedi cost $45 plus tip. The pedicure wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped - no foot or calf massage She just squirted some liquid scrub on my calves and feet and dunked my feet into the water, it was actually a little painful when she used the scouring filer on the top of my feet instead of the bottom of the feet so it felt like my skin was burning but thankfully she figured it out after doing it four times. The nail polish was applied nicely though, I mean after all it is a nail place so I would expect that as a minimum skill set. Oh but she did cut my thumb so it bled -- acetone on a cut is SO RELAXING

I find this very rude. What disturbed me even more was when I was paying my bill. The total came to $60 for my services. Great price! But, I was charged $3 plus tax for paying by credit card!
