Honestly, I'm so upset that we even gave this place a chance after reading all the reviews! We were excited because this place was open on a Sunday, and took us in at 5:30 to get our daughter's nails done... It is also about 7 minutes from our house. It took all of the strength in me not to get up in the lady's face, or make a scene, because she was MEAN! The tech was rude and rough. She kept giving my daughter attitude, and let out a loud, annoyed sigh, and got up as if she didn't want to continue doing the nails when my daughter could not hear the questions she was asking her. She kept giving my daughter rude looks too, in front of me! She was annoyed when my daughter asked her to repeat herself, the mask wasn't making it hard for her to hear, it is that the tech was whispering, and wouldn't raise her voice until she got annoyed and raised it with an attitude. She kept pulling her arms/hands when she needed to switch, and was also very rough when buffing and filing. When I asked her how long she did nails, she said, "3 years." and I said, "they're very nice." and she didn't respond anything back to me, just kept pulling her arms to switch over. The lady actually impacted my teen that she asked for the manger to provide the feedback. The manager didn't even talk to us after I asked him twice if we could speak to him privately; it was another nail tech. The manager was working on a customer; but so was the tech who took the complaint, so I'm not sure why he wouldn't come. Even after she told him that she had a bad experience the tech said, "she doesn't understand English." So I responded, "She seemed to understand me just fine when I tried to talk to her." And he just stayed quiet. She doesn't like people, doesn't like her pay, or is just a jerk! But we will never come back. She is lucky I like to set a good example for my kid, because my kid does not deserve that!
I have found a special nail place where I can truly relax and feel pampered. Building that kind of rapport with a nail technician can be incredibly rewarding. Enjoying my "me time" to the fullest! I highly recommend this place. If they're all busy just please have more patience especially if you don't have an appointment I promise you - it's worth the wait.
I've been going to Nail Zone for 10+ years. They always come through. Highly recommend the Detox Pedicure with tangerine . Excellent hot stone massage, feels amazing. The salon is always so clean and the music is soothing. This is a full set with color 100 Purple Secret. Beautiful! Thank you to Steven and Kim for always making me comfortable. If you haven't tried Nail Zone in Henderson, treat yourself to an incredible time. The best always!
Always fast and beautiful nails. Been going here for years and won't go anywhere else. They are always gentle when getting fills or a new set. I love going to this salon.

I walked into a packed salon with a chaotic vibe and in a desperate need to fix my nails and toes. My usual spot was booked. They looked packed with maybe only 4 technicians but graciously took me in. I asked for a dip set with a tip and a pedi at 2 pm. While I soaked I told them I didn't want to rush them but I'd get my toes done and come back later in the evening for my set as I had another place to be, my request was unacknowledged albeit I trusted it was understood. They proceeded with my feet. As the girl is taking off my gel I can hear her discussing my toes with the gentleman next to her, then tugs on my toe and loudly asks if what's wrong I have fungus on my toenail. 1. My feet are tended to every 2 to 3 weeks, I do not have fungus on my toenails, I did have an accident that bruised my nail bed. But that is none of the other patrons business. 2. They proceeded to discuss my toes in, I know this because she was basically doing show and tell with her seat neighbor and even another person from the back came to look while they mumbled to each other At this point I'm annoyed and ask for just polish. I don't want gel. To say it was a pedicure is an overstatement. Her service level went down as I chose to spend less. She took way longer than I was expecting and was sloppy on purpose, so when I tel her I had to go, another gentleman grabs me while still on the chair and tells me he can do my set and have me out on time. I agree because I didn't want my hands to look a mess and I still had to let my toes dry. I tell him I need to be out of there at 3:45 tops. He says he can do it. I get the set I asked for bi-weekly, so I know it doesn't take an extremely long time. He starts gluing the tips while I'm still on the pedi chair, and then I get moved to the table, no big deal. Once he's ready to dip he used every product in the little box and clearly had no idea what he was doing, he had several people come give instructions, the product proceeded to bubble. He sees my face, I see his face, we both know It's a mess, I told him I didn't want them, he said he would fix it. He filed them and added gel color. I was 20 minutes late to my meeting and had on my hands and feet probably the worst looking set I've ever gotten along with the worst pedi. These are the worst services I've ever had done. He apologizes and blames the product, whatever, I need to go. I pay (receipt in photos) as I understand they're more than likely pressured to sell and probably not their fault the product in not up to par. My nails started chipping 4 days in (service done 5/20), I'm not in town, and I call on the 5th day to get them fixed. I was polite and so where they over the phone and then suddenly I couldn't book an appointment over the phone because "they didn't understand what the issue was" I called again and was told it was too long now that I probably didn't take care of my nails. Honestly, I just wanted the FrankenNails off. I would have not even posted this them if they'd been accountable and accommodating. Don't waste your money. Nails and pedicures are not cheap. Take your business where you'll get $100 dollars worth of services.
First and last time going here (I was a walk in). I originally had Doug as my nail tech, but he stepped away after filing two of my nails (which I was fine with, because I asked for a suggestion for a "nude" and his response was basically "people know what they want"). Kim stepped in and at first I was relieved. She was very thorough with filing and making sure my nails were even plus got a lot of my cuticle (I genetically have a lot of cuticle). This happiness was short lived though. I have air gaps/bubbles on my completed nails, nail polish residue on most corners, and after paying plus tipping over 20% (I gave a $10 tip on a $35 gel mani) I asked if she could get more of my hang nails and her response was straight up "No".
I love this nail salon and have been coming here for years but on my last visit I got a fungal infection from getting a pedicure. It's been so painful and I can't walk for the past 3 weeks. I hope they would use clean tools for their customers! Don't think I will be back at this location. I will find a cleaner place.
This is my eyebrows when I left this place, they did a great job on my pedicure but I would never go for my eyebrows. I give them a 2 star for the pedicure. Thank goodness they didn't charge me.

See photo: mint-colored mani Wow. How disappointing. I came in today for a mani-pedi. The pedi was mediocre. I didn't get much of a massage Ok, I can live with that BUT WOW my nail technician told me to pay after the pedi, but before the mani. Pretty odd, since I'm supposed to pay tip AFTER I see my nails done I paid with card and she looked directly at my tip (around 18%) and already I'm feeling uncomfortable Maybe that upset her, I don't know. But she rushed so FAST through my mani. She didn't let the paint dry between coats. And the paint was blotchy and sheer She asked how I liked them? I said I didn't like them, I felt she rushed, and they didn't dry properly. She gave me a fan and said they'll dry now Later, I asked for another coat so they'd look less streaky. She did it standing up and rushed that too :( My nails look awful. I could have done this at home. read more
Ok, I cheated on Nail Envy, but I am glad I did! Allison S. and I met here for pedicures on my lunch break. She beat me there, and they had hot water awaiting my arrival. Bonus points already! There were three technicians working, all very friendly and made conversation with us, but did not interrupt our girl talk either. We were happy with our pedis. Great massage, & hot rocks. Not too quick, and I will be upgrading to the deluxe next time for only $10 more. The salon is an average size, but clearly still new. There is not a HUGE variety of colors, gels and styles. However, on my second visit for a gel mani, I realized they can do just about anything you ask. I showed the girl, Tina, my Halloween costume and she asked if she could make up a design. I love what she came up with. I also noticed the girl next to me showing her nail guy a picture. So basically if they don't have the color or design you want, they will come up with a way to make you happy. I am glad I found this place early on, because they are going to be busy this holiday season. I can't wait to book with Tina again and see what she comes up with next. read more

I moved to Henderson about a year ago and really needed to find the right nail salon. I started coming to Nail Zone because it's so close to my apartment and let me tell you they didn't disappoint. They are always so nice and accommodating and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your nails and pedicures. Kristina is amazing her attention to detail is incredible. My nails always looks amazing and I always come out of there feeling great. I will continue to make this my go to nail place. If I was able to give 10 stars I would. read more

I think I went in with really high expectations after reading some reviews. My experience was just average. First, I was warmly greeted by a gentleman and another lady. However one of the things I got frustrated with was definitely communication. At one point I didn't even bother asking a question or request because of the language barrier.. She never introduced herself and never talked so I dont know who I got my nails done from.. lol. Also, she kept looking at the TV while doing my nails, which wasn't so professional and worried me a little.. Other than that she did a great job. Basic gel is $28, glittery gel i paid for was $33. You also get a stamp card worth $25 after 10 visits. read more

This was my first time at this location and will definitely be back! The location was just recently remodeled and looks amazing. It's a very relaxing spa like ambiance which I can definitely appreciate. The staff is attentive and very nice but I think what we all look for is the cleanliness and this place earns at 5 star for that. Oh and most importantly my pedicure was awesome. This place is very close to my house, besides my current nail salon. It's near the auto mall. There's not a lot of parking in this plaza. There's a few in front of subway and the nail salon but it's 30 minute parking only which I think they should change. The nail salon itself is decent size and they're clean. This was my first time here. I made an appointment that day for 4pm. However, I was not seen until 20 minutes later. Mai was my nail technician and was really good. She was very quiet but she was good. She took her time with my nails and she was incredibly gentle. Their prices seem fairly good too because I had acrylics initially. I had them removed and then I wanted a gel manicure. Altogether I paid $35!! read more

Been coming here almost a year and there's always new staff. Only the owner is good at nails so if you get someone else you never know what you're going to end up with. Last time I went new guy wrecked my real natural nails. Drilled off my gel polish it and left my nails with a pink deep drill mark next to the cuticle. I didn't even have him put more polish on. I was so devastated how careless he was with my real nails. read more

let me just start out by saying that I am SO EXCITED about the nails I got done today ! I came in with a design I found on pinterest hoping they could do something like it... A gentleman who's name I didn't get started my nails, he checked with me the whole way through the process just to confirm I was happy- which I totally was! My nails fit perfectly to my fingers, you know how sometimes they are like sized too big ? Well anyways mine are PERFECT. So he finished up my acrylic and painted a couple solid nails and Tina stepped in. I showed her the picture that I had brought it and she executed it perfectly ! She was very sweet, took her time, and made sure I loved my final product. I am totally going to get back into the habit of going to get my nails done on one regular basis and I can't wait to bring her in lots of cool ideas that we can bring to life together !! This is the second time been here. They have yet again impressed me. They have wonderful customer service. I got a mani/pedi and my eyebrows waxed. They did a wonderful job. Even though there were 3 people in line wanting pedis, they didnt rush me to get them seated. They made sure I was happy with the results. $55 for a mani, pedi, and waxing eyebrows. And i got the deluxe pedi. It was wonderful! read more

Came in for pedicures with my daughter. She also got her nails painted. There was just a 10 minute wait, but that's no biggie especially since it's Valentine's Day & Saturday to top it off! I think I got a new technician, as he was young & very quiet & hesitant but my toes ended up looking great & I'm very pleased. My daughter enjoyed her pedi too. Tina seems to be the boss along with a guy but I didn't get his name. They both are very professional & super nice. Tina apologized for the wait, even tho it was nothing at all & worth it. They offered us water also. Overall a great experience & we will definitely be back as regulars! read more

This was my first experience at Nail Zone and it was a great and relaxing experience. I did do the mani and pedi combo. When we first entered the nail salon, we were greeted with a welcoming smile and a warm "Hello." This is important to me as a customer. We also got seated quickly but we did call ahead to set up an appointment for 5:30pm. I'm assuming you may have to wait a few minutes until someone can see you but they try to get to you as soon as possible so you are not just seating around. At least from my visit, I witnessed them greet a new customer and try to seat her within 2-3 minutes. They are also very helpful if you don't know want you exactly. read more

Overall I was very pleased with the service I received here. I got gel pedicure. May was the one doing the pedicure, she was really nice and when she was done she asked me if I liked what she did so she could fix anything if I wasn't pleased. I really enjoyed her customer service. The place was clean and sanitary. The only reason I deducted two stars is because of the man who I believe is the owner. I wanted a gel manicure and I asked what the price was, he told me it would be 40$. Then I said I wanted French and he told me $47. I understand French is more tedious and typically costs more, but according to their prices French tip is only 5$ extra. So the owner was trying to get 2$ extra, which doesn't seem like a lot, but I appreciate honesty in places that I take my business. read more

Do no go here! I went to get a pedi and gel mani today. I received Richard. The pedicure was fine. I had told him the wrong number so when I saw the color at first, I had asked to change it. He obliged but decided to go over the old polish with the correct color. I asked him to fix it because two of my toes were now a different color than the others. No biggie, he tried to fixed the mistake. BUT then I move to get my gel mani. Richard began using the dremel on my nails to remove the existing gel polish. I told him I did not feel comfortable with him using that on my nails to remove the polish as I was wearing soak-off gel polish, my nails are thin, and I did not want extreme damage done to my nails. He told me he knew what he was doing... We continued to argue, and I told him that I knew what I was talking about as my family members are licensed cosmetologists. He finally stopped using the dremel and went to soak my other hand off as requested. He let the cotton swab sit on my nail for only a few minutes (not long enough to lift the polish). He used a medal tool to grind the polish off and it was HURTING. I told him that the polish was not ready to come off yet and he needed to wait. Then he used HIS BARE FINGERNAILS to grab on to a lifted piece of the polish and went to pull it off my nail. I watched a part of my nail come off with it. I told him to stop and that I didn't want him to touch my nails anymore. He went to add some topcoat to my toes (as my two toes needed to be finished still) and that's when I noticed that my big toe was cut into a weird shape and much of my toenail was missing. Two other workers chimed in and began to tell me that I told the technician to cut my toenails and that's what he did. But I did not tell him to cut it diagonally. The nail is so close to the skin, the other worker couldn't even file it to make it straight. I just told them I wanted to leave and did not want to pay for the ridiculous services. They told me I had to pay, and that I could not leave. We argued. Then, they came to me with a cotton swab and polish remover and said that they needed to remove my nail polish from my toes if I didn't want to pay. Ugh. I did not even want to be touched by a single person any more. I paid them the $15 they wanted and left. I have two major life events coming up in the next two weeks and now have two diagonal toenails and no gel on my fingers. read more

Who does the best acrylic toes for this nail salon?
I would go with Owners wife or Eric. I don't do Acrylic or Powder or Gel I do the regular polish. But honestly you may have to try someone and then decide or ask for the Acrylic expert at the Nail Salon! Hope this helped if not so sorry.
What are their prices for gel and acrylic nails?
Sorry I don't do anything but regular polish. But you can call them.
