Honestly, I'm so upset that we even gave this place a chance after reading all the reviews! We were excited because this place was open on a Sunday, and took us in at 5:30 to get our daughter's nails done... It is also about 7 minutes from our house. It took all of the strength in me not to get up in the lady's face, or make a scene, because she was MEAN! The tech was rude and rough. She kept giving my daughter attitude, and let out a loud, annoyed sigh, and got up as if she didn't want to continue doing the nails when my daughter could not hear the questions she was asking her. She kept giving my daughter rude looks too, in front of me! She was annoyed when my daughter asked her to repeat herself, the mask wasn't making it hard for her to hear, it is that the tech was whispering, and wouldn't raise her voice until she got annoyed and raised it with an attitude. She kept pulling her arms/hands when she needed to switch, and was also very rough when buffing and filing. When I asked her how long she did nails, she said, "3 years." and I said, "they're very nice." and she didn't respond anything back to me, just kept pulling her arms to switch over. The lady actually impacted my teen that she asked for the manger to provide the feedback. The manager didn't even talk to us after I asked him twice if we could speak to him privately; it was another nail tech. The manager was working on a customer; but so was the tech who took the complaint, so I'm not sure why he wouldn't come. Even after she told him that she had a bad experience the tech said, "she doesn't understand English." So I responded, "She seemed to understand me just fine when I tried to talk to her." And he just stayed quiet. She doesn't like people, doesn't like her pay, or is just a jerk! But we will never come back. She is lucky I like to set a good example for my kid, because my kid does not deserve that!

I've been going to Nail Zone for 10+ years. They always come through. Highly recommend the Detox Pedicure with tangerine . Excellent hot stone massage, feels amazing. The salon is always so clean and the music is soothing. This is a full set with color 100 Purple Secret. Beautiful! Thank you to Steven and Kim for always making me comfortable. If you haven't tried Nail Zone in Henderson, treat yourself to an incredible time. The best always!

I walked into a packed salon with a chaotic vibe and in a desperate need to fix my nails and toes. My usual spot was booked. They looked packed with maybe only 4 technicians but graciously took me in. I asked for a dip set with a tip and a pedi at 2 pm. While I soaked I told them I didn't want to rush them but I'd get my toes done and come back later in the evening for my set as I had another place to be, my request was unacknowledged albeit I trusted it was understood. They proceeded with my feet. As the girl is taking off my gel I can hear her discussing my toes with the gentleman next to her, then tugs on my toe and loudly asks if what's wrong I have fungus on my toenail. 1. My feet are tended to every 2 to 3 weeks, I do not have fungus on my toenails, I did have an accident that bruised my nail bed. But that is none of the other patrons business. 2. They proceeded to discuss my toes in, I know this because she was basically doing show and tell with her seat neighbor and even another person from the back came to look while they mumbled to each other At this point I'm annoyed and ask for just polish. I don't want gel. To say it was a pedicure is an overstatement. Her service level went down as I chose to spend less. She took way longer than I was expecting and was sloppy on purpose, so when I tel her I had to go, another gentleman grabs me while still on the chair and tells me he can do my set and have me out on time. I agree because I didn't want my hands to look a mess and I still had to let my toes dry. I tell him I need to be out of there at 3:45 tops. He says he can do it. I get the set I asked for bi-weekly, so I know it doesn't take an extremely long time. He starts gluing the tips while I'm still on the pedi chair, and then I get moved to the table, no big deal. Once he's ready to dip he used every product in the little box and clearly had no idea what he was doing, he had several people come give instructions, the product proceeded to bubble. He sees my face, I see his face, we both know It's a mess, I told him I didn't want them, he said he would fix it. He filed them and added gel color. I was 20 minutes late to my meeting and had on my hands and feet probably the worst looking set I've ever gotten along with the worst pedi. These are the worst services I've ever had done. He apologizes and blames the product, whatever, I need to go. I pay (receipt in photos) as I understand they're more than likely pressured to sell and probably not their fault the product in not up to par. My nails started chipping 4 days in (service done 5/20), I'm not in town, and I call on the 5th day to get them fixed. I was polite and so where they over the phone and then suddenly I couldn't book an appointment over the phone because "they didn't understand what the issue was" I called again and was told it was too long now that I probably didn't take care of my nails. Honestly, I just wanted the FrankenNails off. I would have not even posted this them if they'd been accountable and accommodating. Don't waste your money. Nails and pedicures are not cheap. Take your business where you'll get $100 dollars worth of services.

First and last time going here (I was a walk in). I originally had Doug as my nail tech, but he stepped away after filing two of my nails (which I was fine with, because I asked for a suggestion for a "nude" and his response was basically "people know what they want"). Kim stepped in and at first I was relieved. She was very thorough with filing and making sure my nails were even plus got a lot of my cuticle (I genetically have a lot of cuticle). This happiness was short lived though. I have air gaps/bubbles on my completed nails, nail polish residue on most corners, and after paying plus tipping over 20% (I gave a $10 tip on a $35 gel mani) I asked if she could get more of my hang nails and her response was straight up "No".

I love this nail salon and have been coming here for years but on my last visit I got a fungal infection from getting a pedicure. It's been so painful and I can't walk for the past 3 weeks. I hope they would use clean tools for their customers! Don't think I will be back at this location. I will find a cleaner place.

This is my eyebrows when I left this place, they did a great job on my pedicure but I would never go for my eyebrows. I give them a 2 star for the pedicure. Thank goodness they didn't charge me.

I always go to Jason ! Very patient and friendly and does such a wonderful job each time. I've tried many places and this is the best treatment so far :)

I love this nail place. I always look for Kim and Jason. They are both very nice and patient people. They take care of my nails and make sure I get the right color. I even get a hand massage after they do my nails. Great customer service!

Sometimes you don't know you've got something good until you don't. Started coming to Nail Zone in Dec 2018, in July 2019 after a disappointing experience I decided to try some other salons. First place was great for the first few visits but they started getting sloppy. The next place was ok... If you like the look of FAKE nails, they were so thick it was sad. I got my nails here a few times and never had been treated horribly wrong and the service is great my nails are pretty good and bright colored also the massage on the feet and legs are great I've been to many places in Las Vegas but this place is amazing!!!! Fantastic experience ! First time here came with my 7 yr old daughter just walked in and were helped immediately we both received pedicures and loved the friendly staff , I came here based on its original great reviews and I'm so happy we we did! ill start off by saying Kim was very nice and did my husbands pedicure INCREDIBLY! we both paid for the $40 Lavender pedicures with scrub, paraffin, & massage, which in my case lack there of. i was getting a gel pedicure with it (an extra $15) my nail tech was an older gentleman who was on his phone the whole time watching a soccer game and didnt know how to remove cuticles or in grown nails so he had to get up and Kim had to do it for him, which honestly isn't the biggest issue. the issue is that when he came back to finish my pedicure my massage was under 5 min long when my husbands was almost 30 min...the nail tech did apply any pressure he just rubbed oil all over my legs and it was super uncomfortable. again, Kim was great, clearly my husbands feet feel and look amazing, and unfortunately im leaving a pissed, slimey, oily mess, bc my nail tech was extremely lazy and under qualified, which is disappointing bc i was actually getting polish on my feet- i was given the most inexperienced tech. super unfortunate, will not be returning. read more

Come see Joey! He does such amazing work! I came from having a regular nail lady in California and was searching Yelp for help on a new nail tech, I saw Joey's work and decided to give it a try.. I was NOT disappointed! I am now his regular customer. The nail shop is clean and had many colors to choose from. He takes such great care of my natural nails and is great at shaping too! I came to nail zone because I love the atmosphere. I had not been here in awhile because I was going up the street but then my nails weren't coming out like I liked them so I returned to nail zone . Steven took my ingrown that was bothering me and fixed my nails completely, he's great. read more

I'm a pedi girl, in-grown toe nails are a shit to deal with, and most nail places in Vegas offer mediocre pedi's at best, most with no clue what to do with in-grown toenails But here at Nail Zone... Haley was AWESOME! She may have shredded me, but the in-grown's are now gone-gone-gone... and the pain is gone-gone-gone... ALL THANKS to her hard work! THANK YOU, HALEY! I ended up calling Nail zone for an appt due to my usual nail place lady being out sick. They got me in same day and even though I ended up being late, they were still very nice and accomodating!! Sorry guys won't happen again. Lol anyway, I love this place. Joey did my pink and whites & he knows what I like without me telling him...that comes from a lot of experience. The guy that did my toes, didn't ask what his name was but he looked young like still in high school..he did an awesome job though! Everything is just right here...glad I found this place!! This was my first time here, came in to get my eyebrows waxed. I was seen right away by Ana, she was super sweet.and really took her time and did my eyebrows the best that I've had done so far. AMAZING!!!! I've been coming here for a long time and I get an amazing service every time no matter who I have. Everyone is great! I like how they have a stamp card for every visit so you can get a discount in the future. The only thing that would be better is some better music and something different to watch on the tv. But honestly that's stuff that doesn't really matter. One thing I always hear when I'm here is people being rude to the staff. Like why? People are too picky and rude. I wish they wouldn't treat them like that. I will always be a customer!! read more

This place is awesome! Tina did my mani-pedi. She's so nice and she did the best job! We talked about everything and she threw so many compliments my way that I was feeling pretty fabulous by the time I walked out the door. I couldn't be happier with my gel mani-pedi. Great Nail Place! It's very rare that you find a nail salon with great customer service! This place has it all... super friendly staff, great color choices, and awesome designs! I booked an appointment with Tina based on the other Yelp reviews and she did not disappoint! She's extremely talented and takes her time to ensure she does a good job. I got a pedicure, which was mediocre at best since they left my nails crooked and my color uneven. Then my manicure was worse. The woman extremely rude. They didn't have the color i was planning to get, and she sat there rushing me to pick a random color. As I prayed that my color would look nice, she didn't ask what shape i wanted and on top of that she was extremely rough. Maybe i'd return for a pedicure...maybe. read more

John did a wonderful job on my pedicure and gel manicure this evening. He was very thorough with my pedicure and made sure I was happy with my color choices. He took his time to remove an ingrown toenail that was causing me a lot of pain. My gel manicure looks amazing and is so pretty and sparkly. He took his time and made sure I had a great experience. Mom and I stopped by for mani pedis Very nice salon! They did a great job we love our white diamond pedicures! They are very friendly and we loved the warm lava rocks they used on our legs and feet for the pedicures very relaxing! This is our new spot! They gave us 20% off discount and we have a card that they sign every time we come in so once we fill in each space we get a free treatment. Ever Time I come here they are always busy but also always fully staffed. So wait times are short, but I recommend an apt. Everyone does a great job but my favorite guys are Joe and Andy. Nail zone is always clean and I always walk away happy with my beautiful nails/toes. read more

No wonder reading all Reviews they changed owner. It was excellent before! I went there 2 weeks ago had the worst nail experience ever! The guy didn't even know how to do nail Art or proper glitter. This place is unacceptable. Worst nail salon. Don't even waste your time.The service, the attitude, the disrespect and laziness of the employees is ridiculous. I came to the salon to remove my gel nail polish and get a basic manicure with regular nail polish. Super simple. I told the lady before we began anything that I had a stamp card that I had forgotten here at the salon my last visit and I left it with Ryan (my usual manicurist at the salon). I told her this time would be free for me. She said okay and proceeded. She was rough and the job was sloppy. The next day I already had 3 chipped nails. During he process I did ask her to fix a few things like the shape of my nail and she did -with attitude. We moved on even though I wasn't completely satisfied. She clearly wasn't doing her best job. Come the end of the process a man by the name of Andy tells me that I have to pay today it'll be $20. Okay- I told him the story of my punch card and he just keeps telling me that I have to pay today because he doesn't see the punch card anywhere (he didn't even look). I told him that he's got to figure it out and call Ryan, the employee who I left my punch card with. He refused to call Ryan until I kept arguing then he finally called. He didn't answer at first so I texted him as well, I ended up having to pay. And I left and sat in my car. Ryan texted me and told me he spoke with Andy and the card is in his drawer. WHY COULDNT ANDY DO A SIMPLE TASK OF CHECKING RYANS DRAWER. I don't know, laziness and ignorance. I came back inside to get my $20 back. Andy proceeds to make a snobby remark,"you don't have enough gas to get home?" I naturally snapped back took my $20 and left. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. Oh yeah, on a side note, the nail guy Ryan continued on to text me and ask how I've been and then asked me for a massage with a happy ending!!!? How in the hell do you go from how have you been to give me a hand job ?! From my nail guy, really?! Unprofessional. And disgusting. read more

I have had a wonderful experience at Nail Zone for the past 4 years. Alena is the current store manager and was so friendly and helpful during my recent visit. I am a military spouse, mom of 4 and a full time registered nurse. Going to Nail Zone is like a "retreat." The massage chairs and peaceful environment make it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. I have also been getting my eyebrows waxed there too and have never had any issues. My kids love going their also to get there nails painted too. I would definitely recommend this place. This is the first time that I visited this salon. I was impressed from the moment that I walked in the door. There was a wonderful ambiance, and quite a happy atmosphere. It was early morning (9:15 am), and there was only one tech there, with several clients. She handled the situation very well, and mde sure that everyone was acknowledged. Within a very few minutes two more technicians arrived. I had time to "take in" the salon color scheme, and how it was arranged. I was there for a mani/pedi, and was quite impressed to see that there is an actual "menu" for pedicures that includes different lotions and scrubs. Iwas made to feel that I was listened to during both my mani and my pedi, and was very satisfied with the service. I will certainly be going back here! read more

I would like to start off by saying I'm not from Henderson, NV...I came into town to visit my boyfriend whose been working out here for a couple of months. I needed my nails done badly and didn't have a chance to take care of it before I came out here, so I was extremely hesitant to try and even find a shop that can meet the standards of my LA spot. I yelped the the nail spots near his hotel, and came across Nail Zone. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot and to say they did an amazing job, would be an understatement. I would go with Owners wife or Eric. I don't do Acrylic or Powder or Gel I do the regular polish. But honestly you may have to try someone and then decide or ask for the Acrylic expert at the Nail Salon! Hope this helped if not so sorry.

I went yesterday to get a full face threading plus eyebrows done. There were a couple ladies there,…read moreso there was no wait time, which I appreciated. I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. Needless to say, I'm disappointed because I chose this place based on all the great reviews I had seen.

Seen I sold my business in May 31 2019 as that time Kimmy were pregnancy they had 5 nails tech left them As a coworker I know them so they called me to come their business for help First I came in June 5 worked with them till July 2019 they both hush and wife asked me and offers step in to being business partner and I did so I completely was happy at least I have partner so that lil easy to have sometime off Long story to short And I bet most of Client knowingness... followed me for last 8 years I have a lot good client turn out like a best friend I work with my passion I brought a lot business and we were on the award 2019 second best nails in Henderson I was there help them over a years I did changed renovations the shop to look nice and clean for respect the customers sometimes good to Change Now Kimmy m'y business owner came back worked last two and half months she changed the price and changed a lot of thing ... not supervisor for nail Tech the right way and they don't care or sanitize sterilizer The equipment also after Covid quarantine for three months then I told her try to follow the law sanitizing spray and clean all the chairs after each client so when I said that I thought we work like a team but she turned around she said I'm too picky and try to kick me so many different way not verbally she used all negative physical try to hurt my feeling She tried to asked me to buy me out of business few times and I asked why ?? She responded cuz I'm picky she Cannot work with me better split at 1st I'd realize and confused myself but she was show some disrespected no trust no passion and she told someone of my friends she doing ok and she want her bus back 100% ... so I'm sick of that cuz she been abused my kindness my honesty and I dont want to have any drama ... so on July 14 I came up to her make a deal with verbally I might selling my 50% share I told Her just wait till I come back on July 26 and we will talk Cuz I'm Not sure I will selling or not But when I came back on July 23 I found out they call cox remove my name and the phone I used for business I so piss off cuz I still a business part until I sign the paper But they were stow my code my passion to removed my name off without let me know I confronted them Three times I asked them why and they're both denied till I told them I will investigate with Cox to see who did illegal ... and I told them I will bring it up let the law step in so after all day till the end after work the wife Partner ( Kimmy) called me and told me her husband Steve called by accident!!!! So please everyone tell me what to do ... ? I forgive them after she cried said sorry and please me not to bring it up to small claim at court ... so all that I don't want being bisou partner I except my offers to her buy me out on Friday July 31 cuz I don't want any drama before I signed to step out I told Her I don't might to stay work for them Cuz I don't want to move my clients different place She agreed i helped her on Saturday 8/1 to let her and her husband stay home to have a babe one years old BD I WORKED on Saturday 8/1 all day long none stop no lunch but I'm Ok till she can back worked on Sunday 8/2 She did something I didn't expect it I don't want to repeat myself here ... I've been going to Joey/Tina and his family or over 10 yrs, that's how good he is! I used to bite my nails a lot and when he would put my tips on I used to get worried that they were going to break off on my already very short finger nails but not w Joey,the way he dies nails and his techniques are FLAWLESS and I'm a hard girl to please being from Brooklyn and the way I had my nails done my whole life till I moved here. My whole family goes to him, he and Tina are very down to earth and that's another reason I love to go there cause of there cause of them not only there BOMB nails and Tina can do sick ass design's. On May 21st, I came in for a full set and a pedicure before leaving for a trip. During my appointment, I noticed the shape of my nails looked uneven and mentioned it several times. I was told they looked fine, despite the fact that each nail appeared to be a different shape and size. I also requested regular polish on my toes but gel polish was started instead. When I pointed out my concerns again, I was told only one nail was an issue and that there wasn't enough time to fix the rest. I decided to leave and move on, but the very next day my pinky nail snapped in half while I was simply cooking and opening a cabinet. Because I was leaving town that day, I returned right when the salon opened. I was initially told to come back the next day, which wasn't possible, and then was asked to return an hour later. When I came back, the broken nail was repaired, but it was noticeably thicker than the others. I also pointed out again that several nails were uneven and that one thumb wasn't fully painted. I was told the manager was on vacation, but that when I returned from my trip the set would be redone at no cost since the issues were the salon's mistake. After returning from vacation, I called to schedule the promised correction. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude response, was told there was nothing they could do, and that I should have had the nails fixed before leaving--even though I had already attempted to do exactly that and had been assured they would be redone when I returned. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was not the initial service, but the lack of consistency, accountability, and customer service after I repeatedly tried to address the issues. I truly wanted to give the salon the opportunity to make things right, but unfortunately that never happened.

(See photo attached) The French on all my nails are different sizes as well. The shape is ALSO wrong, I asked multiple times for tapered square, was ignored. There was also another previous incident where one of the lady's was overbooked and her client came in and so she started rushing my nails and kept ruining them then getting mad at me because I asked her to fix them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is crazy unprofessional and the work isn't even good.

The people here are absolutely AWFUL, especially the girl at the front desk. I walked in the girl at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me. I said hello and she looked at me as if I had just totaled her car. I said that I had an appointment at 12, she with an attitude asked my name. She told me to go pick a color, literally pointed to the opposite area of where the colors were. I explained that I wanted a gel color and before I could tell her which one, she rudely said "the gel colors are there too" as if I were dumb. I should have walked out then, but I sat down and the tech came to do my nails and didn't even acknowledge me. Like, whether you speak English or not, friendly is a universal language. I sat down, she told me to put my foot up, hen the other, she literally pushed my foot into the water. I said never mind and walked out! I just moved to the neighborhood and didn't want to drive all the way to the southwest, but I will from now on; driving 40 minutes to get my nails done where I know people are kind, good humans is much better than driving 3 and dealing with disgusting, rude jerks.

They open early which is great for a busy schedule & they are extremely nice, experienced & gentle. You get quality here. I had a bad experience of getting an ingrown bc they cut back too much at another salon close by. You don't have to worry about that here. They know how to keep things healthy & follow the natural way. Great & comfortable experience here, I will be coming back.
