They are GREAT. They do excellent work, making my nails more beautiful and long lasting. They make every effort to accommodate my schedule. Both manicure/acrylic as well as pedicures are really great!! read more

Ridiculous attitudes, treat customers like shit. made an appointment for 2 acrylic fills, come in wait a while then finally the bitch technician that had a attitude to me the previous time calls me over i sit down and immediately shes saying something with a attitude i didnt understand, as if im inconveniencing her i show her the photo of the nails i want she immediately says another thing i cant understand then says she cant do the two small kiss lips i wanted i say ok can we replace it with 2 hearts she says no i only do one heart. immediately no because im paying you dont tell me what i can get, she then asks who did my nails last time i said you and she got offended and had a rancid attitude the entire time. last time she didnt do what i asked either she did what she wanted and over charged thru the roof. after sitting there dumbfounded for 5 minutes while she keeps asking if i will change my mind about what I want done i say nope ill wait for someone else and walk away to sit. I already made it something simple because she cant do much. So i wait while my mom gets her nails done by Annie and annie switches out the polish my mom had picked without saying a word my mom says thats not what i picked annie immediately gets a annoyed attitude and foams out the mouth at my very nice and understanding mom for awhile until i finally shut her down she charged extra for my mom wanting the polish she chose in the first place we were there for four hours when we had an appointment. disgusting and ridiculous not how to treat a customer at all and they let this little dog run around the place barking at everyone even little kids and the idiots do nothing! do not come here unless you want to be bitched at and disappointed and pockets drained for medicocre work. came to relax and instead blood pressure was raised fuck annie and this place and her bitch employees read more

I arrived a 1/2 hour before the salons opening time. I was placed at a chair for a pedicure. The technician began my service only to have Annie the owner stop the technician stating that people who had made appointments had arrived. Only one technician was on duty for three customers. I was a walk-in. The two people with actual appointments were placed in chairs as well. Their service, then was begun by the same technician. Then a fourth customer arrived who had an appointment but apparently had specified a technician. The only technician on duty was again moved down the line to this fourth customer who requested said technician! None of us customers were pleased!! Instead of moving the technician twice, why didn't the owner assist?! The owner did not assist until later on! The new owner, Annie, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and extremely unskilled at owning and managing a small business. I am a American citizen, born and raised in the Stroudsburg PA area and am a US military Veteran!! This is clearly NOT the way we Americans treat one another! A lesson in Civics is encouraged here! Nail Trix in the Stroud Mall gave the poorest customer service!! The owner also allows a dog to bark at customers as they approach the entrance of the nail salon!!! read more

My son purchased a gift card. When I tried to redeem it the register wouldn't accept it. The gentleman kept asking me for the receipt. I explained that it was a gift and I didn't have the receipt nor was there a denomination on the card. He acted as if I was trying to pull some sort of scam. He reluctantly agreed on a gel fill even though I'm certain that the card was for a greater amount. read more

Went there last Friday to get a Full set with French. Guy took forever to do the French tip for the lines to not even be straight. In less than a week one nail broke, I went back to the salon to get the nail fixed and was told I had to wait 30 minutes which I did. 30 minutes passed and still was unable to get the nail fixed, yet they took two people who walked in after me. Since that time another nail has broken, and all my nails have chipped polish on them. I wasted my money and will never go here again! read more

Services sucks went in to pedicure waited over na s hr just to walk out wonderful places don't waste your time please

They charge $10 to take nail polish off that's highway robbery. Also the wait time even if you have an appointment he's very long because they take walk-ins read more

DIRTY EQUIPMENT! I came to this salon off and on throughout the years. Nov. 2022 I came to the salon to get my nails refilled. The nail technician cut my pinky finger with her equipment. I didn't think anything of it til 2 days my finger started getting swollen, then later underneath my nail, it started to fill with green fluid. To make a long story short- I went to the hospital 2x I had to get my finger drained and had to go on antibiotics. I followed up with my primary care physician and I was told I will lose my entire nail. I went to the nail salon to let them know to make sure the equipment was clean - I needed to remove the acrylic that was on the damaged nail (I needed it done professionally because of the damage) I waited almost an hour for service and when I asked for them to clean the equipment in front of me- the nail technician had a nasty attitude and was rough with my finger. Today my nail has come off completely, my nail bed is completely destroyed. I will never return here and I do not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Nail Trix - My finger today after getting my nails done at Nail Trix (Stroud Mall) I am very upset. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bartonsville, Pennsylvania

I've been coming to nail trixs In stroud mall for over 15 years. Now there is a new owner Annie that treats her employees like crap. Today my nail technician was doing my nails and her lights under her table kept going out. I need those lights to dry my nails and the owner was interested in giving her new lights so she can finish my nails. I'm the mean time I've mad my appointment a week ago . I use 1 tech to do my nails and another to do my feet. Unfortunately why my nail lady was finishing my nails she was 10 min from finishing and then I was gonna get my feet done from another tech that I had an appointment with also .. well the bitchy owner gave another lady my slot and I was told I had to wait an hour to do my feet . I told the owner why was my appointment given away and of course with her crappy attitude she said you are next. Really this owner Annie I'd terrible stay away she treats customer and employees terrible read more

I got my nails done for the first time here two weeks ago. Had a woman who powder dipped my nails and applied tips to them and I was so happy. Just went back today and asked for them to shorten my tips a little and do another color powder dipped. The man instead took my tips completely off, so I just said "do my natural nails in the powder dip color." He seemed to have NO idea what he was doing. there is powder dip color on the sides of my nails and there isn't even color on some spots in my nails. Plus, the clear coats he applied somehow still managed to chip off already. There was also an argument about the one lady who started doing my nails and then the guy took over. I wish he would've let the woman do them! read more

Nail Trix - Nail Salons Near Me - Bartonsville, Pennsylvania

The prices may be affordable, but the service is horrible. The male technician has no idea of what he is doing. I came in do refresh the sns gel powder and the guy did such a terrible job. He had the gel powder all of my nails and sticking out on my skins and didn't even notice. He even ruined the shape of my already shaped nails from a previous gel powder manicure. They were also done unevenly. The most terrible manicure I could have gotten. Definitely not worth visiting. read more

I will never return to this place again. The male technician ripped my normal nail off trying to remove my gel nails. Three of my fingernails are extremely painful. Instead of taking his time he tried yanking them off with another nail. I complained to the owner and she ignored me and kept watching a movie on her phone. It is what it is. I'll never return. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. As soon as I walked in the woman was extremely rude and seemed like I was bothering her. I needed to remove my acrylic nails. Every time I asked a question, she rolled her eyes and turned to the man behind her and said something in a different language (which doesn't bother me) but I clearly couldn't understand. Very disappointing. The last time she rolled her eyes at me I just walked out. Definitely would NOT recommend to a friend or anyone for that matter read more

Good service for the most part. I went there to get gel manicure but they couldn't do the design I wanted, not sure why. Overall, good service and my nails still looked great with the modified design. read more

This location is the only nail salon I trust! I know my nails will come out beautiful and exactly how I want it. I've never left unhappy. All the staff are very kind and hardworking and especially Doan who is my absolute favorite! Sometimes I get caught up with work and the days seem long until I finally can relax...I go here. Definitely recommend this salon! read more

Horrible! The male tech doesn't know what he is doing. Got a pedicure and had more polish on my skin than on my nails. He tried to put toe separator on after he painted my toes. He was so rude to me. Don't go there!!!!! It's dirty as well. read more

Your shop does such a very poor job of servicing clients in a timely manner. Today was not my first visit to your salon. But I am tired of your lazy workers not giving accurate times for your availability. It is a waste of time for me to come there and hearing that you have a 10 minute wait, when in actuality none of your technicians can complete their tasks in under a half an hour apparently. Poor management skills at the very least!!!! read more

This place use to be called LA Nails...I was a happy customer. Since they switch to Nail Trix I've have the 2 WORST pedicures of my life and will never go back. Rude, inefficient and bad technicians...very distracted...left my station for long periods of time...cold water. I paid extra for the spa pedicure...absolutely NO massage component...the first time the guy just rubbed my shin bone...weird and painful. This place is terrible! read more

I will never return to this place ever again. Been going to this location for 15 yrs and today will be the last. First of all, place was renovated which is a good thing. Looks nice. Other than that my experience today was ridiculous. Had a lady that was never there before work on my feet for a pedi and it took her 45 mins to just cut my toe nails and the cuticles around the toe nails. Then she started to exfoliate the bottom of the feet and had this wand looking thing and that is when I stopped her. I mean 45 mins just to do the toes. I go there every other week so my feet are in great shape and does not need all that time on them. Even though I did not get my toes painted or the massage or exfoliation I was charged $30. Not even a full pedi and charged that price and the girl who was front girl had a major attitude and claimed she was the owners sister. She is very nasty and unprofessional. I will from now on go to someone that knows what they are doing and does not take 45 minutes just on toes. Unfinish$30..totally ridiculous and such a shit show!!! read more

Idk why the reviews for this salon are so bad. My pedicure was amazing and probably the most relaxing one i've had so far! The massage is good, she used hot stones (which i've never gotten before), & most importantly the color and shape looks great. I got many compliments when I wore open toe shoes. 4 stars because customer service wasn't the best. The nail tech looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there read more

Better than Nail Trix in Easton. One of the better places locally. Fast service but very professional.

I have been to all the nail salons up here. Trust me this is the best one up here. If you happen to come in when they are busy, note to self appointments are awesome. The owner is amazing and I have never had an issue with any of their workers. To each his own, if you do not like them, there are many, so help yourself. But as for me, this place is the place! read more

So I went to get my eyebrows done, and the one Asian lady who did them, rushed through the whole process which caused her to mess up and make one thinner than the other. Mean you, I told her to not make them thin.... and she did. That salon is the worst fucking salon out there. She was very rude and I will not be spending my money there ever again. I also got my nails done two times there and both times they came out bad. I decided to give them another chance by getting my brows done but nope. Definitely don't recommend this salon at all. If anything head towards mt pocono to Main Street and get them done up there. They do a much more fantastic job then any other salon around here. read more

This review is mainly for the old Asian woman with short hair since that is who did my mani pedi. She definitely rushed through the entire thing. She was done with my feet and hands before other people who started theirs before me. At first I assumed this was because she was more experienced but that wasn't the case. I had a torn toenail that she simply painted over instead of filing and shaping. As for my hands, my fingernails were filed uneven. She used her fingernails to clean up any polish that got on my cuticles. The polish was also uneven and bubbly when it dried. I'm sure other people are much better than this woman but because of her I wouldn't go back to this place. read more

I had a.great service but today I was turned away so.rude it was embarrassing! Last time I come here

Terrible. Just terrible. Terrible with kids. Terrible with communication. Will not return. I went with my daughter to get mani and Pedi's for Mother's Day. My daughter has had Pedi's before. They said no pedi for the kid. Paint only. Well the "paint only" was all off before she went to bed. Terrible. read more

Great service and amazing eyebrow waxing. The waxer was super nice, my only complaint is that they dont have zinc oxide or any other ointment for sensitive skin. I broke out in crazy rashes 2 days later. If they had that ointment then i wouldnt complain. La nails in the mall has the ointment for skin but terrible waxing! read more

Over the past 10 years I have tried various salons in the area and have always come back to Nail Trix (both in the mall and near Sonic). True, that during their busiest times they sometimes say "10 minutes" when it's really half an hour... but I try to during off hours (first thing in the morning on weekends 5:00 rush on weekdays) and just before the and hardly ever have any wait. You can also make appointments with specific technicians. The price and speed is competitive and they know what they are doing! I see a few different people when I go, but Bea & Kim always do my waxing. They also do my pedis (you have to ask for the razor if you want it). Duke is very talented, and Jen does amazing Nail Art. Unless you are looking for a day spa type of setting, I would recommend Nail Trix!!! read more

I'd love to give a zero. I am a positive person though, so let me start with the positive- Jurassic park was playing in the salon when I went for my manicure. Unfortunately that's where it ends. The nail polish selection was doo, and the nail polish I chose ended up being pure tar. The man doing my nails (for reference and to avoid my mistake, it was the man with a full head of blonde highlights) filed my nails into little slides (very crooked) so I asked him to trim my nails "a little bit." He then cut them down to the nubs! Then HE WENT IN on my cuticles, making my pinky bleed... and then proceeded to put glue on the cut. Whaaaaaat, really?!?! Then the real torture began... he started polishing my nails and did this weird shwoopy circular motion. At first I thought "oh maybe he's just a really experienced nail technician who has a special technique" .. but then I looked down. It looked like my 5 year old niece did my nails. The nail polish was so thick my fingers looked like bubble letters. There was nail polish EVERYWHERE! All over my skin and cuticles, and he didn't fix it! I sat for 20 minutes under the dryer and they still didn't dry, and the polish got very bubbly. I brought this to his attention and all he did was put more clear polish over top... which required me to wait another four-thousand years to dry. I figured I'd cut my losses there and just leave. An hour later I could smush the nail polish off of my nails... that's how thick and tar-like it was! I wish I took a picture of it, so you could see how truly bad it was... but I had to remove it. For $4 less you can go to different nail salons in the area and get WAY better service with higher quality. BEWARE!!! Overpriced and SO SO bad!! read more
