Great experience with Ching. She does a great job, takes her time and always has a smile. I had a gel pedicure with callous removal

I never post reviews, and I used to go to this salon a lot a few years ago. I regret going back this time :( first- I'm very pregnant so I wanted to treat myself to a mani pedi before baby comes. Nail tech ended up making me bleed while doing my cuticles, and I bled A LOT. He had to apply pressure for several minutes to the cut he made on my cuticle/skin. Then he went to do a stone massage, I felt the water and told him it was much too hot. It was way hotter than it should have been. He looked at me and proceeded to pour the bowl of super hot water on both my legs and I even made a noise because it was so uncomfortable. He had me get out of the pedi chair myself, normally not a problem but I am 35 weeks pregnant. it took me a while to get out and he just stared at me the entire time. I even looked at him ready to ask him for a hand but he was really impatient with me. we do the mani and I asked for a simple French, regular polish. things are going better and then he cuts tooo deep on cuticle again and I bleed enough where he has to apply pressure with a small gauze. he did it again on another finger. My cuticles are very red on that hand now. then he doesn't finish the manicure and has someone else do it. this person finishes the manicure in record time but left me to dry at the manicure table for at least 30 mins with nothing drying my nails. eventually I had to ask if I should go over to the drying station instead and someone brings me over. everyone else around me gets a brief shoulder massage but they didn't do that for me. I thought OK they must be busy. I wait a little bit until I'm dry until I look at the time and realize I need to leave so I can eat because I'm starting to feel sick. It's been about 2 hours now (not so bad on a busy day maybe but because I didn't get gel or dip or anything I guess I thought it would be faster) get up and see that my heels are still wrapped in Saran Wrap with callus softener on them even though he finished my pedi!!!! At this point my hormones were starting to make me really emotional and I decided to leave without tipping (I paid a full $75 for the service) the manager chased me out and asked me why I didn't tip, so I told her everything. I've never felt the need to do something like that before. Within an hour of leaving, I not only chip some of the French tip off, my nail CRACKED! I am so disappointed and will have to figure out a way to fix it myself. wanted to do something relaxing before I give birth in a few weeks but it was anything but. :( I'm also feeling a lot of guilt, I've never had this bad of an experience there, and everyone else looked like they got a great service. my mother in law came with me and she was so happy, her tech was so nice and nails look amazing. I guess I got unlucky today. read more

I've been going to the salon for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Cindy, make sure that you are happy with your manicure or pedicure or massage and she always makes good on the services. read more

Absolutely love Cindy and her team! The staff is friendly, the place is spotless, and my nails always come out perfect. Highly recommend!

This place is good when you first go but after a while they don't do things right. I went to get a pedicure and full in. Pedicure was good, ching did it. But when it came time to do my nails the owner Cindy told me to wait 30 minutes while she attended people that had just come in, an hour and a half after I arrived. It was only when I said i was leaving did Cindy say she was going to take care of me. She did a rush job and my nails come out horrific. I will never go back there again. They rush you so they can take as many people as possible. read more

I've been to many nail salons in the area. I love coming here. Cindy and her staff are courteous and kind. The music is relaxing. The salon is welcoming and clean and spacious and bright. They operate with the client in mind there's a cushion for your back (my fav). She warms up the scrub and lotion for your feet so there's never cold liquid on your body! They add a 1 min shoulder massage with every manicure (bonus) Everything about what they do here is thoughtful. My new favorite nail salon by far!!!! read more

Please stay away from this place. Unfortunately several toes were sharpened so low you can see the permanent blood mark. I went and showed hi appeared to be manager but no apology was received. The worker was Susan who kept receiving complaints for errors. Also my partner got a pedicure from the male and now has nail fungus. Horrible business, can't believe some rated it 5 * read more

Wow my first time here and I really like the customer service, plus the time and dedication Katie (I believe that's her name) took for my pedi. . I couldn't have asked for more, took her time, no rush, and gentle. Thank you Katie. read more

I love this place. But because it is great, it books up later in the day, so make your appointment for earlier. It's clean, comfortable and the people are lovely. I've been to nail salons all over the country and this is my favorite. read more

Nice people and clean salon with safety practices in line with covid. They do need a little work in coordinating their schedules to avoid overlapping but have been going here for awhile n have to say they are better than most. read more

I was so excited to treat myself with my $100 gift certificate!! I got the works. The pedi, the full set, the wax.... Only to come to find out when I went to pay with my gift certificate that I'm only allowed to use $10 a month!!!! Thats a coupon, not a gift certificate!!! And since I didn't know I lost out on a month. So my $100 gift certificate turned into $90. What a bummer! I was happy until I found this out. Now I will be getting my nails done elsewhere, bad for business! Big mistake for them. read more

I wanted to get a quick pedicure and decided to give this place a try. I had no idea that I was in for such a treat. Chin took care of me and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great pedicure. She took her time with me and did a fantastic job. read more

I have been going here for quite sometime now and I've never had an issue until the other day. I made an appointment with a certain nail tech. Someone comes in 30 mins after me and says she has an appointment with the same lady at the same time. I assured them I called and made an appointment. She took me but she rushed through mine to get to the other lady who claims she made an appointment. I tried to tell her what shape I wanted and she disregarded it and rushed the appointment. I was not happy with how they came out at all. Unfortunately I won't be going back here again. read more

We made an appointment for 6 and by 6:35 we still weren't seated. Then when they did take us back. We waited another 5 minutes. Then we left cause it was ridiculous. read more

I have been a customer at this salon in Stroudsburg location for a while. I came for the perfect manicure this morning, and ended up with a police report. Worse salon ever, they have no clue what a good manicure is, none of them since their best nail specialist quit. I didn't like the job they done and complained, after trying to take a picture like a proof of my ruined nails (take a look at the picture) inside of the salon "the lady" who did them kicked me out by force. The police came and now she has a record. There were two other clients at the salon at that point watching how she was assaulting me and they were just watching...What happen in America? Such a shame! Don't come here, D&D is just a dangerous place. read more

Appointment times are not honored. Don't bother. Go at an off-time. Some regular clients are given special treatment, while others are not.

Don't waste you're time making an appointment. Made a 4:30 appointment. Got there at 4:15 and checked in. Around 5 they allowed 2 people to just walk in and sit down at the pedicure station. By 6 I gave up when they let those people skip over me and go to manicures. They cater to certain people and will completely ignore others. Will no longer be giving them my service, they do good work but my time and money are worth more than being ignored and skipped over. This is NOT the first time they've done this. Go somewhere where they value ALL their customers. read more

I have been coming here for years. Today I came for mani pedi with the lady I've been seeing for years. Now most techs don't do it all so they alternate but some will try to take someone else's customer for the money. I decline. So the technician Jack screamed and disrespected me to my face and the owner did the same thing. Never allow a man or women to disrespect you. Don't spend your money here. read more
