I'm a local business owner located near this Salon. I've been here before and had medium to ok service but today, today was the worst of all the days. I came in for a pedicure and I was assigned this older lady who spoke no English so I couldn't communicate my needs. Her pedicure was rushed and not done properly. Basically didn't remove cuticle, didn't remove callus even though I asked her and pointed, nothing. Yo top it off she put lotion on my legs then wiped it off. I am 49 years old and have been getting pedicures since my early teens. This was absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had! I will never ever come here again. They have so many options for services and the nail color selection is unbeatable no matter what you get done. Can easily communicate with the majority of staff and you can always make an appointment with whoever you like. I gave her artistic control and she chose a beautiful ochre that paired so well with my skin tone and the design she did is so beautiful. I just moved to the area and there's not alot of nails salons around here! the first time it wasn't a great work but I made the decision to give them another chance because I have a wedding tonight so I really needed my nails and toes done! The girl doing my toes never ask me how I wanted my nails shaped and just assumed I wanted them short and rounded!!! She started shaping the big toe nail and right away cut it short I jump and told her no I want them as they are she say sorry sorry I was like ok whatever! On top of that the work looks terrible I strongly believe it was her first time doing nails!! I'm so upset even told the owner of the salon how bad it looks and how upset I was! Yeah ok she did not care at all! I also got my nails done a full set in get which it done look as bad as my toes but you can tell is a crappy work! At the checkout I was assuming that my toes where gonna be for free because of how bad it looks well I was wrong I was charge $105 for my toes and nails!! So disappointed!!! Went in with my two daughters for three gel manicures and all of them were horrible. The nails weren't filed consistently, some were squared others nails were round as if each finger belonged to a different hand. The cuticle cleaning and nail polish application were also terrible. I had a picture of what I wanted done and I asked the technician if he could do it.. he did and the final product was beautiful.. they charged me $90 which I Wouldn't have minded if the nails didnt all break.. I tried crazy gluing them back on but ended up losing some so I went back for a nail repair.. So I went and got my nails done five days ago. I wasn't happy with the outcome to begin with because they just looks terrible. they aren't all the same length, the tips are uneven, and the application and sanding are all poorly done. not to mention the tech had to redo application at least three separate times between poorly laid acrylic and polish/top coat. the top coat has bubbles and specs of dust in it so they look terrible. the artwork is a 2/5. the tech did nothing for my cuticles and didn't smooth out the acrylic towards them. I had nail glue, acrylic, and polish all over my fingers afterwords. the worst part was that they charged me $80 for nothing complicated. I've gotten way more done on my nails for $20-30 cheaper at the same place. I still tipped and was going to let it go until yesterday my nails started lifting and today one just popped right off as if it was a press on nail. i'm extremely disappointed and never going back. This is the only review I came back to edit. Literally a week later I'm having to clip all of my nails off bc of how terrible they are. Almost all of my nails have started lifting and became painful. I'm pissed. I paid $80 (plus a $20 tip bc I wanted to support a local Asian business after the attacks that happened a couple weeks ago) just for them to be the shittiest nails i've ever had. They should last at the very least 2-3 weeks before getting to the point that they're at. Do better and run me my fucking money. read more

I will NEVER come back here. My best friend booked us an appointment for 12 on Wednesday September 1st. We wanted to get our nails done for her wedding that was coming up. When we got there, they were able to sit us right in the pedicure chairs which was a great start. However it went downhill after that. The place is dirty. Really dirty. The tech doing my toes literally dipped her supplies in my foot water to rinse them off and put them back in her caddy!!!! My friend had her foot cut from the one lady doing her pedicure with a pumice stone! I've encouraged my friend to also leave a review of her experience since we both left very unhappy. She had to wait 30 mins while they found someone who could do French tips on her toes, how hard is it do for white lines on toenails. They also didn't do the hot stones for her like they did for me but still charged us the same. Also had to wait while they found an additional UV light for my toes. They only had 2 or 3. I had moved on to my manicure at this point while she was still waiting on her French tips. I told them I wanted dip. I didn't get that, I got acrylic. I'm not confrontational so I didn't say anything that's on me but when I realized they had already started doing it. Then she finishes getting the acrylic on, she tells me she will be back in 5 mins, literally left the store and didn't come back for half an hour! I sat there for half an hour not knowing what was going on with half finished nails. She comes back around 2pm, my friend still hasn't gotten her nails started until then either. We had an appointment at 12 we didn't leave till almost 4. I paid $142 total $52 of that was the pedicure $90 for the acrylic nails. My friend paid the same, and remember she didn't even get the hot stone part of the pedicure. The lady doing my nails took the next customer at the station my phone and purse was at, next to where my friend was sitting before I even had a chance to grab my stuff, she didn't clean her tools, didn't clean the station at all. Nail dust was everywhere, fake nail clippings were all over it's absolutely disgusting. I was too shy to say anything in person but this experience has left me so upset I had to warn others to not get ripped off like did or possibly cut up like my friend did. I honestly can't remember what that horrible ladies name was who tried to do my nails but she sits in the first seat right behind the cash register I asked for a coffin nails and a specific design while she was making the nails coffin she cut my skin and I immediately started to bleed. She finished filing the nails and then began to paint it them she finished painting them and said done. The UV nail polish was on my skin glitter was everywhere and I could still see the black nail polish through the design. I told her I'm not done and pointed out what was wrong and her first response was I can cut them off. I said I want to know what I'm paying 95.00 for. She said I'll cut them off. So this place ripped me and my daughters off twice now. The first time they overcharges me for a pedicure that was listed on their website at $45 They charged me $65. Today my daughter went for a basic mani /pedi. They charged her $45 which is correct for the pedi but charged her $35 for a basic manicure reg. Polish. When my daughter questioned it the rude manager got very loud and rude with her. When another employee who decided to butt into the conversation then attempted to show her on the website the price he was unable to show her. I just attempted to look it up and the website has been taken down which makes me suspect that was done purposely as soon as she walked out of the salon telling them she was going to report them. They seem to make up the prices as they go and have multiple price lists which vary greatly. I will never go back to these rip off artists and we will be making a complaint to the Department if Consumer Affairs, whoever licenses them and the BBB. read more

No worries I'm flexible. I got there at my new scheduled time, 3pm just to sit for an hour and have walk-ins and a 4 pm appointment get seated before me. I left and won't be coming back.
