You can imagine my panic of who was I going to find in the mountains right? BECKY at Salon E. She actually did a color correction after I made the mistake of going to a 'high end' stroudsburg shop. Becky took her time, was very meticulous, and patient. She even corrected the cut I got. I didn't feel rushed or like the shop was just trying to fill the chairs. The hair washing was important as well, she got in in scalp and scrubbed. Some places it feels like they don't even get down to the scalp. They take their time and the styling was also important. Becky took her time to dry a section at a time and curl. I loved it. Shop is small but very cute. And what they may not have in the size of the shop they certainly have in skill. Definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

My stylist name was Tina! ( found out throughout our time together she was the owner). VERY professional, took me too the shampoo chair as she greeted me. Her shampoo skills are phenomenal, super relaxing, my hair and scalp felt super clean! Proceeded to walk to her chair, sit down, she made small talk, which is nice we had a great conversation, I felt so welcomed and felt like I was a regular! The prices are reasonable . One thing I noticed and appreciated was there accommodations for clients with disbailitys ! They had a handicap ramp that goes right into the salon, they were able to move the salon chair and make room for the client with the wheelchair. Everyone is super friendly, clean and professional. I came in for wash, cut and blow out and I was SO happy with my results & to meet these WONDERFUL women in the salon! I will definitely be back next time I am due for another haircut! HIGHLY recommend this salon.

It's a big improvement not only did she take me right away but the place was clean and bright and her service was excellent. She asked me several times if I was happy and what else she could do . The second thing was how freaking nice EVERYONE is! The third thing was there are no hair books which I found a little odd...at first. Fast forward to yesterday (7/24/21), I wanted to do something drastic and chop my hair off. All I did was tell Nikki what I wanted and she amazingly captured my ENTIRE vision. That is when I understood WHY there were no hair books. When you are a trained stylist all you have to do is LISTEN to your client. Needless to say I cried the happiest tears because I love my new look. Nikki is the best and not because we share the same name AND spell it alike (+ for me) she is genuinely the nicest person. Teena and her team are the best! The young lady (Jess??) eating the Vietnamese Pho soup will have you cracking up, lol. Go ahead book an appt now they will not disappoint! Love you guys. Cya soon! I'm sorry but I forgot the girl's name (first chair on the right.) She was totally attentive, was focused on my hair, asked for feedback throughout the entire cut, and ensured I was completely happy with my cut before I left. Also, I explained how I was on my way to a client's and couldn't afford to have any hair clippings fall into the food. She concluded my experience with a full wash, to make sure that all was good! I only have one complaint: the price charged for my experience was definitely lower than the experience and service I received. I made sure I tipped her enough to equal the value I feel I received. I don't plan on being back in the area any time soon, but I will definitely drive the extra distance just for the experience! So for 7 years I drove to my stylist that I first met at DePasquale Salon, which is rated 20 round trip to continue to go to my stylist that I have using for over 30 years. I have called different salons in this area and wouldn't get a good vibe. Well, I was desperate to get my hair done for New Year's Eve, and Hot Heads had "GREAT" reviews!!!
