Through pointing and body language we expressed what colors we wanted. Sadly, the color that I picked was see through which I am not particularly a fan of... when I pointed out to the tech she had no idea what I was saying. Then I asked for a new color... she just added a new color on top of old one making quite a combo on my hands. My friend was done first and paid with her Amex card. I was right after trying to pay with mine and was informed salon does not take Amex (?) literally just observed my friend paying with one, but okay When I had my nails redone in San Diego, my poor nail tech spent over 50 minutes trying to get coating off my nails as it was done very poorly..

When I called & VERY nicely explained what happened she actually said, "we tried to tell you not to get that type of polish but you got it anyway." Maybe there was a language barrier or maybe I misunderstood but instead of accusing the customer of being the cause of the awful job done (after they redid the 3 fingernails for only $5) maybe take some responsibility. They lost a customer who tips 25%. I was charged $30 but I paid $40 including tip all for bad job.

I was able to make an appointment online which was super convenient. I showed up on time and was seated immediately. I bring my own polish with me. My manicure was good. I then moved to the drying station and was surprised with a 1 minute back massage. While drying I was looking around and noticed massage chairs. They also do massage. $1.00 per minute so I did a 20 minute massage while my nails dried. I definitely recommend this nail salon on

I was really annoyed because I wanted a pedicure more and if I'd have known that I wasn't going to be able to get one, I would have gone elsewhere. My appointment felt rushed, but she was nice and friendly. My nails were chipping less than a week after I got them done. I so wanted to like this place. The technician was rude from the very start. I was looking through the different nails colors, as I was looking he asks, "if I am done looking." I said, "not yet." He then goes ahead and tells me that I need to hurry up because he wants to show the women sitting down behind me... this was quite surprisingly rude. I then say to the women I am done, would she like to try. She abruptly says that she has chosen her color already. So already, I have had a rude interaction that was completely unnecessary. Against my better judgment, I decide to proceed to go through with this appointment because I was hoping that it would get better and I drove an hour to get here. But I was wrong. He was not pleasant to me while doing my nails and he was rude throughout. When it was time for my pedicure, he took me to the chair and said that my manicure needed to dry. I didn't know that he would walk off and have me sitting in the chair for nearly 30 minutes while he goes off and starts doing a woman's nails who came in after me as a walk in. I sat there waiting patiently, but I couldn't take it anymore. I said I'll pay the manicure but I will not be doing the pedicure now because the lack of respect for me and my time. I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a nail salon. The nail tech treated me like dirt! How can you have someone waiting that long while doing someone else's nails. I was the only person waiting. I regret coming here and not leaving when the nail tech started being disrespectful for no reason.
