I get the pink colored powder bc I prefer that over white, it's $10 more but imo worth it. Most recently I also got a lash lift; WOWEE. She proceeded to scream at me over the phone about how it was rude to get a refund because someone spent time on my hair already. (um...WHAT?!?) she also told me that my hair would grow back and then she screamed that I was not a good fit for the salon when I had frequented for years to have Hannah color my hair (Hannah was the best and did not do this haircut). Avoid Shear Design at all costs. A word of advise to the owner, Jean - the managing director of the salon - should probably be put through SEVERAL customer service trainings.
