All of which have never been the case here! All of the employees I've seen working here are doing their jobs either checking customers out, helping customers in the Benefit brow bar station, organizing things in the aisles, or in the Salon. This Ulta is organized and clean, and I can always find what I'm looking for. I was once in a rush and needed to know where I could find a certain mascara, I found the nearest employee, and she guided me to it herself. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to pay for my items, and all of the cashiers I've encountered have been friendly and attentive (and best of all quick!). I've also made returns here and they're just as good during those too. Parking is always easy to find, as there's a huge lot for only a couple of stores.
