This salon is very neat and clean but I decided to try powder dip this time and the tech had the little fans blowing right into my face so I started to get a headache, and had one til the next day. Maybe if I go again I'll wear a mask. The pedicure was good and I liked their chairs. I was able to get a same day apt. I'm only a week out and have had several crack without like constantly doing dishes or cleaning without gloves. It was the first time I had powder so I'm not sure if that was normal or if I just am rough on my nails. I upgraded to a gel pedi and it still looks great. read more

worst nail spa i ever went to. In the morning before we went there, my mom called them to make an appointment and she said 2 REGULAR pedicures. They said that each regular pedicure was 30$. She said okay and booked the appointment. I went there with my best friend and we were very excited. we were getting dropped off and my mom was waiting for us in the car. We were picking our colors inside the nail salon and we were getting rushed. We sat down and they demanded us we pick an upgraded pedicure? We were very confused and picked the cheapest one of the padlet. The cheapest one was 38$. As we were getting our toes done, they rushed through everything, were very rough, and very rude. The lady was washing you hands and tools in the foot spa where are feet were. She did not even put a 2nd coat on them and left them sloppy. after we were done and getting them dried, she did not even bother to take off my separator that was made from tissue! When she was getting my sandals and putting them on for me, she dropped one of them and started groaning and sighing and looks at me like it's my fault?!? My mom comes in and we told her about the entire encounter and she goes up to the counter to pay and asks them about the payment error. The man at the counter started yelling at my mom and aggressively explaining to her and none of it made sense. Then after that, another man in a pink shirt, which i assume is the manager of the salon, started screaming at my mom and my mom was very calm and trying to calm down the whole situation. She was trying to tell the man to stop yelling at her in the most polite way possible. They gave her the money back and told her to never come back?!? We left in anger and disbelief. They left me having to pull off my toe nail separator?! had to leave with it on my sandals? Never go here. read more

The dip I got done Saturday had to go back Monday because the top coat was chipping and it's happening again (Wednesday). My nails are separating from the dip. I have had to drive back 3 different times the past 3xs I have gotten my GEL mani and reg pedi. Due to nail polish coming off within a day or two. Then when you go back to just have them fix what I paid $73 for they want to tell you to come back when owners there or act like I'm asking them to do 500 people's nails free, after driving 25 to get them done ,originally , then 25 minutes to have them fixed , plus $$ to have them done is a huge inconvenience ! Helen is SO rude and makes me VERY uncomfortable every time I walk in , even if I have to ask for someone else bc seems to me I get stuck with her every time ! I LOVE they give you a. My pedicure experience was amazing... until the polish on one of my big toes didn't last 3 days. I had a pedicure Sunday afternoon and I noticed on Wednesday afternoon that a huge chunk of polish on the center of my nail had come off. Not sure what the problem was but since I'm not local I can't go back to have them fix it. First time I went there I got a gel manicure and it started to peel off within a day and I had to come back to get the few fixed but they would only redo the ones that peeled then the rest started to peel and I had to come back a second time to get the rest fixed. 3 times for one manicure. Two weeks ago I come in for a pedicure and asked how long the wait would be and they said 5 mins, 25 mins later I was still waiting to get a pedicure and all that happened is that I was finally moved from the couch to the pedi chair without anyone running water for me or coming up to me for another 10 mins - when I tried to leave quietly without making a scene a woman yelled from across the room that someone would be right with me and tried making me stay and making a scene. Today I went in for a gel French manicure, my manicure has white streaks all over it and when I pointed it out Ivy told me that I must not have had my hand all the way back in the UV light (I've had my fair share of gel manicures, so no.)- instead of taking responsibility for her own mistake. They offered to redo it but 1. I don't have time, it should've been done correctly the first time 2. I don't have other days off/time of work to spend time going back and forth to the nail salon and my school program does not allow nail polish so this is the only time I can have it and it's ruined. My sisters was uneven as well when we left. A refund was refused. I come here religiously for pedicures because I know they are clean and used sterilized instruments and that's why there are two stars here - and honestly might be their only saving grace for me to come back unless I find another clean salon. read more

I went here for a while, about 8 months and was very pleased with the service. I went to get a fill and the guy who did it did a very poor job and before 2 weeks they were falling off. Decided that maybe it was a fluke and went to get another set put on. When I left I was very unhappy. My actual nail started to hurt about a week later and was very sore just touching things. I took off the fake nail and it just ripped a majority of my real nail off and iv never had that happen before. My nail bed was very irritated and sore for a few days. Then other nails so I removed the other ones. Now here I am with sore nails all peeled and they have a line where he filled them way to low. Some of my nails are dying where he put the file to hard!! I won't be going back here and now I have to wait weeks to get them redone read more

Then I was massaged, I don't enjoy being touched by a random man. I do not. Today I went to the nail salon to get a manicure I pick a bright pink that I thought would compliment my nails. As the nail tech started to paint my nails I noticed that the color was faded. I told the tech I didn't like the color and she continued to paint my nails. After complaining and requesting a different color the nail tech became very upset and stormed to the front of the salon to complain to another employee. Shen then comes back to me and say to change the color it will be an additional fee of 8.00 dollars. The manager was very rude saying that you picked the color and how I should have said something after the first nail was painted which I did, he even called me a liar. The nail salon is immaculately clean and they use New tools on each client. My favorite is Ivy for gel mani and pedi. Jeff the massage therapist is beyond talented! Originally I got a full set from. Chloe and it looked gorgeous but by the second day 2 nails broke! Now I never break acrylics so I knew it had to be applied thin or something to that effect. They seemed annoyed but still fixed it. Not even a day later another nail broke; I went back to get it fixed and again they were upset to fix it. By the third day 2 more broke and I had to just rip them off and get them re done else where. Terrible service because it was rushed and awful for the product breaking so easily. My one friend asked for a simple gel manicure and it took an hour and half while my other friend's fill in took an hour and a half as well. While I sat and waited for 3 hours I never even got my nails done. I came here expecting to get a fill in. 2 other ladies came in(while I was waiting) for a pedicure and the next available nail tech said they get to go first since it's a pedicure. Came for a visit to the Poconos from NJ and realized that I was in need of a pedicure. This place is amazing! The pedicure was so meticulous, and the employees are friendly and professional. Get the 10 minute chair massage! Seriously! It's worth every penny. I walked out feeling so relaxed. It was definitely more than 10 minutes long (I checked the clock). I will never come back to this place ever! I decided to take my boyfriend's daughter to have a mani-pedi here. We sat down at the pedicure seats, they did not fill up the bath for her feet, they filed her toe nails and painted them, far from a pedicure, than they painted her nails at the pedicure seat!!! I could have done this at home! And it gets better... I was getting a pedicure myself and the guy took the pumice so hard to my foot that he ripped the skin off and made me bleed! He never apologized, never acknowledged it and on the way out I complained and all they were concerned about was there dam money!
