Horrible experience. I only wanted a pedicure done and they don't even take time to try and make your nails look nice. I asked them to just removed the polish bc it looked horrible and no one apologized or let me know if there was anything else they could do. Waist of 30 dollars. read more

My nail tech Anna was fast and did a good job overall. She does not speak much English outside so it's hard to ask questions. I'm not much of a talker otherwise during a manicure. They need more variety for SNS colors. read more

Everyone of the nail techs are super friendly, always making you feel welcome. Leo does my nails. I never leave my appointment disappointed. It is an inviting atmosphere and very clean. I highly recommend Sparkling Nail Spa. read more

This salon is very neat and clean but I decided to try powder dip this time and the tech had the little fans blowing right into my face so I started to get a headache, and had one til the next day. Maybe if I go again I'll wear a mask. The pedicure was good and I liked their chairs. I was able to get a same day apt. I'm only a week out and have had several crack without like constantly doing dishes or cleaning without gloves. It was the first time I had powder so I'm not sure if that was normal or if I just am rough on my nails. I upgraded to a gel pedi and it still looks great. read more

anna is the best i will always go with her! prices are very reasonable. the hot towel and hand messages are such a treat

I had a great experience at Sparkling! The pedicure was top notch, I literally fell asleep in the chair and the hot stone massage was rejuvenating! My nails came out assume and the technician was very skilled. My nails came out just the way I love them! I definitely recommend! read more

UPDATE JUNE 2019 NEW OWERS!!! Ivy is gone. It's not so great anymore. Chloe started to polish my toes before all the old polish was removed. Her 2 minute massage was laughable. She lightly rubbed my legs Callous remover went from $5 to $8. It was $31 for a terrible pedicure. I'll never be back. Worst!!! read more

I been going there for two years now the service was excellent the workers are so friendly they make you feel at home. I don't go anywhere but here they do such a good job read more

worst nail spa i ever went to. In the morning before we went there, my mom called them to make an appointment and she said 2 REGULAR pedicures. They said that each regular pedicure was 30$. She said okay and booked the appointment. I went there with my best friend and we were very excited. we were getting dropped off and my mom was waiting for us in the car. We were picking our colors inside the nail salon and we were getting rushed. We sat down and they demanded us we pick an upgraded pedicure? We were very confused and picked the cheapest one of the padlet. The cheapest one was 38$. As we were getting our toes done, they rushed through everything, were very rough, and very rude. The lady was washing you hands and tools in the foot spa where are feet were. She did not even put a 2nd coat on them and left them sloppy. after we were done and getting them dried, she did not even bother to take off my separator that was made from tissue! When she was getting my sandals and putting them on for me, she dropped one of them and started groaning and sighing and looks at me like it's my fault?!? My mom comes in and we told her about the entire encounter and she goes up to the counter to pay and asks them about the payment error. The man at the counter started yelling at my mom and aggressively explaining to her and none of it made sense. Then after that, another man in a pink shirt, which i assume is the manager of the salon, started screaming at my mom and my mom was very calm and trying to calm down the whole situation. She was trying to tell the man to stop yelling at her in the most polite way possible. They gave her the money back and told her to never come back?!? We left in anger and disbelief. They left me having to pull off my toe nail separator?! had to leave with it on my sandals? Never go here. read more

Very disappointing, I went here a couple weeks ago to get a full set of acrylics. Everything was going okay but then when the lady started to file my nails, it was very rough. My nails looked ok but they definitely could've done better. I don't recommend read more

$90 for acrylic tips & spa pedicure, $75 with a tip. Honestly did not want to tip. Nail technician for my tips was rushing and did a terrible job. Spa pedicure was not really enjoyable and toes don't look neat. I've been going here since they first opened years ago but once new management took over everything went down hill. I usually only use them for a last minute pinch but I am so mad I wasted $90 on nails I am going to have to get redone. Acrylics are angled up, all different sizes and not the right shape. read more

The hardest part about moving is finding a new nail salon that you really like. I was hesitant at first but this place was so clean! And the staff was super friendly to both my daughter and I. I got a gel Mani and regular pedi, it was all decently priced and a free massage too! I will definitely be coming back. read more

Sparkling Nail Spa - Gel manicure, 5 days later - Nail Salons Near Me - Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Went for a pedicure to spend time with mom, they sat us together but only did one person at a time. So what's the point of coming together? The guy was rushing and rude. For $30 He did everything in 15 min. The management should know that this is a relaxing place and girls normally come to spend quality time. So any bad attitude is just ruining the mood. My tips: Make sure you have everything set up before you sit down. And pick girls! read more

Used to go here for pedicures, gel manicures, and pedicures. staff is nice and accommodating in booking appointments. However, product could be better and service too. Every pedicure I've gotten would be completely gone within the next week. Gel manicure colors very limited. Got acrylics for one week- was disappointed so got them removed. tech hardly removed them and I'm left with powder on half of my nails. read more

My mother, sister, daughter, and I stopped in for various services. We were all pleased. Johnnie is finishing up my pedicure and getting ready for a manicure. I'm going to rate them with 3 stars, I really want to give them 4 but Helen is why I wouldn't go back. I LOVE Ivy ! I have had to drive back 3 different times the past 3xs I have gotten my GEL mani and reg pedi. Due to nail polish coming off within a day or two. Then when you go back to just have them fix what I paid $73 for they want to tell you to come back when owners there or act like I'm asking them to do 500 people's nails free, after driving 25 to get them done ,originally , then 25 minutes to have them fixed , plus $$ to have them done is a huge inconvenience ! Helen is SO rude and makes me VERY uncomfortable every time I walk in , even if I have to ask for someone else bc seems to me I get stuck with her every time ! I LOVE they give you a. Massage and can pay for 10 min. Massage for $10 !! They do a GREAT job and love the color selection for nails as well !! read more

Best spot I've been to. For the same price as other places, they provide so many more services. 10 minute massage with your pedi. The place is clean & professional. Definitely recommend read more

Clean salon, reasonably priced, and they do a great job :) my nails hold up well and last longer than the last two places I went to.

My pedicure experience was amazing... until the polish on one of my big toes didn't last 3 days. I had a pedicure Sunday afternoon and I noticed on Wednesday afternoon that a huge chunk of polish on the center of my nail had come off. Not sure what the problem was but since I'm not local I can't go back to have them fix it. Otherwise, the service was excellent and I would absolutely go back if I found myself in that neck of the woods again. read more

Not impressed at all with the work from this place, after 5 days of getting my nails done the Polish started peeling, I went back and they fixed no problem but now it's been 3 days and they are peeling again. I will not go back and will not recommend them to anyone either. read more

This nail salon was amazing! I called and got right in. Gina did an excellent job giving me a gel manicure and pedicure. My spa pedicure was an hour and a half long and she really pampered my feet. It even came with a 15 minute leg massage! No salon has ever done a better job. My manicure was also amazing. My nails look fabulous! Would definitely recommend. read more

First visit. I rate a 2 since I'm not used to being on a timer when I'm getting a pedicure. Young man who serviced me rushed the job to stay ahead of timer. I will give this place another try to see if they're deserving of a higher rating. Otherwise the place is clean, staff friendly read more

Do not come here. This place was great when it first opened years ago but since undergoing new management, it's been on a steady decline. I scheduled 2 appointments for mani/pedi today as a birthday treat and after waiting 30 minutes, I asked the owner how much longer we'd be waiting. I was told they couldn't take us both together and if I didn't like it, I could leave. Rude, no manners and no care for scheduled appointments. read more

This is one of the best places to get acrylic nails! I have gone 4 times and absolutely loved it. The people are so nice and they capture exactly what you say you want. I only have two set backs... the price and the wait that occurs sometimes. Of course any place can have a wait but they can be so slow at times. read more

First time I went there I got a gel manicure and it started to peel off within a day and I had to come back to get the few fixed but they would only redo the ones that peeled then the rest started to peel and I had to come back a second time to get the rest fixed. 3 times for one manicure. Two weeks ago I come in for a pedicure and asked how long the wait would be and they said 5 mins, 25 mins later I was still waiting to get a pedicure and all that happened is that I was finally moved from the couch to the pedi chair without anyone running water for me or coming up to me for another 10 mins - when I tried to leave quietly without making a scene a woman yelled from across the room that someone would be right with me and tried making me stay and making a scene. Today I went in for a gel French manicure, my manicure has white streaks all over it and when I pointed it out Ivy told me that I must not have had my hand all the way back in the UV light (I've had my fair share of gel manicures, so no.)- instead of taking responsibility for her own mistake. They offered to redo it but 1. I don't have time, it should've been done correctly the first time 2. I don't have other days off/time of work to spend time going back and forth to the nail salon and my school program does not allow nail polish so this is the only time I can have it and it's ruined. My sisters was uneven as well when we left. A refund was refused. I come here religiously for pedicures because I know they are clean and used sterilized instruments and that's why there are two stars here - and honestly might be their only saving grace for me to come back unless I find another clean salon. read more

I went here for a while, about 8 months and was very pleased with the service. I went to get a fill and the guy who did it did a very poor job and before 2 weeks they were falling off. Decided that maybe it was a fluke and went to get another set put on. When I left I was very unhappy. My actual nail started to hurt about a week later and was very sore just touching things. I took off the fake nail and it just ripped a majority of my real nail off and iv never had that happen before. My nail bed was very irritated and sore for a few days. Then other nails so I removed the other ones. Now here I am with sore nails all peeled and they have a line where he filled them way to low. Some of my nails are dying where he put the file to hard!! I won't be going back here and now I have to wait weeks to get them redone read more

This is my third time here and I regret it every time the only reason I come back is because it's convenient being right in front of panera bread I've been waiting 45 minutes they said 20 minute wait and two people have gone ahead of me they all look pissed every time a customer walks thru the door I'm not coming here again read more

I was really excited to try this place since I've read such good reviews. I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was awesome and the woman really took her time and did a fantastic job. I thought I found my new salon - until about a week later ALL my fingernails and toenails started chipping. Every gel manicure I've gotten elsewhere I can go 4+ weeks without them even chipping! Super disappointed. read more

So I went spur of the moment for just a gel mani. I was expecting an actual manicure with it for the price. But all I got was a simple ass file and then I was painted total of like 10-15 minutes. Then I was massaged, I don't enjoy being touched by a random man. I do not. Then when I went to pay I didn't feel like the service I had received was anything worthy of more of my money, so I paid tried to walk out then a guy followed me out saying what no tip for him and continued to force me to tip. I will not be returning. I can go to my normal nail tech to get a gel mani for half the price and a better experience. What a joke. read more

Today I went to the nail salon to get a manicure I pick a bright pink that I thought would compliment my nails. As the nail tech started to paint my nails I noticed that the color was faded. I told the tech I didn't like the color and she continued to paint my nails. After complaining and requesting a different color the nail tech became very upset and stormed to the front of the salon to complain to another employee. Shen then comes back to me and say to change the color it will be an additional fee of 8.00 dollars. The manager was very rude saying that you picked the color and how I should have said something after the first nail was painted which I did, he even called me a liar. The manager is very rude and unprofessional poor service and their nail polish is old and filled with nail thinner to make it spread. read more

I love this place! I recently moved to Stroudsburg from NYC and tried quite a few places before I found this place. They are amazing! The nail salon is immaculately clean and they use New tools on each client. My favorite is Ivy for gel mani and pedi. Jeff the massage therapist is beyond talented! He truly belongs in a Spa with his skills! Best chair massage of my life! I highly recommend this luxurious but yet affordable nail salon. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER COME HERE. They take way too long. My 2 friends and I came here to try it out. My one friend was seated right away and my other friend had to wait 30 minutes. My one friend asked for a simple gel manicure and it took an hour and half while my other friend's fill in took an hour and a half as well. While I sat and waited for 3 hours I never even got my nails done. I came here expecting to get a fill in. 2 other ladies came in(while I was waiting) for a pedicure and the next available nail tech said they get to go first since it's a pedicure. (This pedicure took an hour by the way). I've been sitting here waiting this whole time and when she was done her pedicure she got a manicure and had no appointment. unprofessional, non accommodating and have no sense of time management or proper etiquette SO DISAPPOINTED. read more

WORST PLACE EVER! I called 4 days in advanced to make an appointment for an acrylic tip set and a pedicure. When I got in there, they gave me my pedicure (not a very good one may I add) and then when I proceeded to tell them what color gel polish I wanted on my acrylic nails they told me they didn't have time to do my nails....They told me that I messed up my appointment and never told them I wanted tips which I CLEARLY DID... This was for my wedding TOMORROW, that I now don't have my nails done for. read more

Originally I got a full set from. Chloe and it looked gorgeous but by the second day 2 nails broke! Now I never break acrylics so I knew it had to be applied thin or something to that effect. They seemed annoyed but still fixed it. Not even a day later another nail broke; I went back to get it fixed and again they were upset to fix it. By the third day 2 more broke and I had to just rip them off and get them re done else where. Terrible service because it was rushed and awful for the product breaking so easily. I will never go back. read more

I will never come back to this place ever! I decided to take my boyfriend's daughter to have a mani-pedi here. We sat down at the pedicure seats, they did not fill up the bath for her feet, they filed her toe nails and painted them, far from a pedicure, than they painted her nails at the pedicure seat!!! I could have done this at home! And it gets better... I was getting a pedicure myself and the guy took the pumice so hard to my foot that he ripped the skin off and made me bleed! He never apologized, never acknowledged it and on the way out I complained and all they were concerned about was there dam money! The worst customer service I have ever seen, the worst nail place I have ever been too. They get zero stars horrible horrible horrible read more
