Fortunately, I got a recommendation to the Laser and Cosmetic Center, and have never looked back. Sandra, Helen, Leisa and team are such pros, and of course the wonderful Dr. Kipervas is a dream come true. They are keeping me looking refreshed and aging well right here in Stroudsburg, PA! Thanks team...love "my people"!

Dione our manicurist was amazing. Did the full spa mani package for my daughter, kept stopping to ask if everything was ok when she was clipping and doing cuticles. Made my daughter really feel like she was a vip. She did pink and pink polka dots on her little hands as requested and it turned out amazing. Overall great experience and would 1000% return and recommend

They have so many different options available, which I love so I can try different services! Meagan gave me the best massage, I had so much tension in my back and neck and she was able to smooth out all the knots and get me back feeling great! The facial was amazing, my skin looks and feels so good and hydrated. The place itself is so cozy and cute. I've had facials and massages at several different places in the past, but Tranquil really knows how to go above and beyond to give you the full relaxation experience!

Very frustrating, but in itself, not the reason for this cautionary review. I made several calls that day and subsequently to this business, but none were returned. I emailed and called Tranquil Moments requesting my money back and was ignored for 2 weeks. Today I called my credit card company and requested a chargeback. I do not care how good Tranquil Moments is at massage if they cannot keep an appointment, and then ignore phone calls, emails and text messages about the missed appointment and requests for a refund. My belief is that this business planned to keep my $110, and hoped that I would just give up. I will never ever attempt to book with this provider again. The landlord told me that he has seen a number of other customers show for appointments only to find the business closed.

To date I have been unable to get in contact with her via email, social media or the telephone I am really disappointed to have not had the courtesy of a response . Very poor business practice .
