I have been going her me for some time and today has been the worst experience for me. My toes were done horribly. I have a scheduled appointment with Lucy which she did not show up for, someone else did my toes and did a horrible job acrylic was all my toes, shape was horrible, polish was even worst. Do not go to Lily! The nail quality doesn't match the high prices charged. Paid $165 for a full set with a bumpy finish. Made an appointment on 3/13 for a fill. She asked me to send her the styles ahead of time. Once I got there, she told me, she couldn't do the styles I wanted. I had to settle for plain polish at $90! My started lifting before the week ended. I Contacted her yesterday on Instagram about the issue, but she blocked me without acknowledgment. Disappointing to pay so much for poor quality and wasted time traveling to the salon. Do not let Lily waste your time or money! You should be upfront and honest with people if you're not able to do the styles that they're requesting. read more

Run....far far away..... Don't stop, do not pass go, do not collect $200! The sanitation standards of this place are deplorable-raggedy linens, cross contamination of tools amongst customers, hella gnats, OLD OLD polish, etc! Attention to detail is simply below general standards. Professional is minimal given they speak on their cell phones and just do whatever without asking before hand if you don't specify. And to top it off they have no price list posted anywhere in the shop so you feel like you may be scammed given the prices for poor work. The only reason they get a star is because they greeted you and genuinely were cordial. Overall, just not worth it. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more

Overall my pedicure looks nice unless you're looking closely. The edges are not clean and i'm hoping they do not lift even though its gel. I walked in maybe 20-30 mins after they opened and they were busy, but they were able to take me in. I got a guy i didn't catch his name, but omg he was fast! I barely had any clipping for my cuticle. He trimmed & used the shaver on my toe nails & buffed the edges with a file. Next part was a super fast scrub down what felt like sandpaper on my legs and feet. He used those brushes that you use to clean under your nails. If you are worried about sanitation it did not come out of a plastic bag or clean container. Same thing with the pumice stone and the clippers. Im from the bay area and usually they are in sterilized bag or a machine. Anyways he did a base, 2 layer, and top. My nails weren't under the light for a min because he paints so fast and switches to the other feet. I was out like in 20-25 mins lol which isn't even spa like. Back home its usually about 45-60mins. That can be a pro if you're in a hurry. Its only a con because often times this is where i treat myself to mani/pedi and you want to be able to relax. I do wanna say I'm often worried about ppl cutting my big toe bc I'm prone to infection. Hopefully my toes will last at least two weeks & not infected since it looks a lil red. 070722: Update! When I come for a fill in, I'm in and out within 40mins - even when I get a design! I go every 3 weeks but my nails have lasted as long as 6 weeks without breaking and I always get long nails. Not a very clean place in which to get your nails done. There was so much dirt, dust and debris I would have left had she not started working on my nails. The fill in was also a mess. She kept yanking my hands and bring rough the entire time which did not make for an enjoyable experience. She also rushed with my top coat which left some of my nails without a top coat. Never again. This honestly was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. The shop opened at 11am & I arrived at 11:17am. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. There were at least 5 people in the pedicure chairs and one person getting her nails done. The lady who greeted me passed me one ring of pre-polished nails so that I could choose my color. I asked her did they have more colors since there weren't many to choose from nor any from the brand I prefer. She proceeded to tell me no. Then when I said ok and was ready to leave she pulled out a box of OPI (about 15 colors) for me to look at. That should've been sign to run. Who hides polish at a nail salon. Well I chose a pink but also wanted a yellow. She then went a found a yellow that she had just bought in the back. She proceeded to tell me to sit in the chair so she could file my nail polish off. I sat down and she filed the polish of half of one nail(pictured) and then she got up. It wasn't until later I realized that she went to do a pedicure instead of finishing what she was doing. Another lady saw my face and stated she would be with me soon. I proceeded to watch Netflix... and before I knew it 30 minutes had gone by. Now I was super annoyed because I had a half filed nail on a Sunday afternoon. What else could I do other than wait. If I went to another shop I would be further down the list and I refused to go to work the following day like that. Finally almost an hr after my arrival I was assisted. Apparently they only had two nail techs ( one who only took appointments and the other did walk-ins) in the place that day and the other 5 people only did pedicures and manicures. If they would've told me that then I would've left immediately. During my nail service I had to coach the lady in polishing my nails (wouldn't go over to the sides) And to no surprise by Monday evening I was back because my polish had chipped. Even as I'm writing this I'm sure I will be getting my nails redone with in a week. Needless to say I won't be returning... they need to work on their communication with the customers. If you are to busy it's ok to say come back in hr . Don't just have people waiting. read more

She and the rest of the staff are quite patient and friendly. Welp, my polish was too thick on one of my nails and got smudged. Went back and there were only 3 techs, all busy. I said someone else could service me since I need my nails done ASAP. she assigned me so someone else who refused me service because I asked her was she confident in doing a simple French manicure instead of the design I requested with lily.. I guess she didn't want me to ask questions since I was being charged $120. lastly, I find it very strange how your nails are always lifting and popping off as soon as you reach that two week mark. I have never been treated like this at a nail salon like this before EVER! I went in to this nail salon yesterday around 6:50pm, I wasn't aware they closed at 8pm until I looked once i sat down. I was asked for my services apon walking in, (which is always expected) i told them full set and pedicure, they told me to sit in a pedicure chair. All of which is expected when you go into a nail salon. 20 mins go by, i'm looking at my colors, waiting my turn patiently. 30mins go by still haven't been serviced, i wasn't even asked anything about my services or told how long the wait was going to be, or that they are even about to close. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING, i was in that nail salon for a whole hour and nobody serviced me, nobody spoke to me until after they saw me putting my shoes on!! this is THE WORST EXPERIENCE i've ever had, im not exaggerating when i say this. It was a complete waste of time, if i was told prior about the wait or even when i sat down i could've planned accordingly.
