I went in here today not having the best day and honestly I expected to be treated rushed through like cattle but boy was I wrong and pleasantly surprised And wowed!!!! Molly did my nails and the customer service I received from her and her husband was hands down amazing! I was worried about doing a new full set bc my previous set was still strongly attached and I didn't want sore fingers after removing them. Molly gently soaked and drilled away little by little the old nails and then proceeded to fix me up with the BEST SET OF NAILS IVE EVER HAD! I gave this place two tries to get it right and both time they failed me. i asked my nails to be cleaned (mani) and they left me worst than how i came with. the guy made me bleed and he didn't even clean up the blood. he started painting my nails with dry blood next to it !!! paid 30 bucks for something i could of done myself. and when painting it there was little cotton residue and he still continue to paint over it so on my ring finger if you look into it there's little strands on the nail polish. waste of money read more

Arrived here on a Friday morning around 10 am for a pedicure. It was good I arrived at the moment I did since 3 other customers came in after me within 5 minutes! Overall the pedicure was alright for $25. There was a lot of foreign-language chatter between the technicians, which always adds some awkwardness to the experience (but I don't think I have ever been to a place in which that's not the case). My pedicure turned out well, but when my tech was working on my heels she would be haphazard with the pumice stone and it was grazing my ankle--- yow! Thought I might have some broken skin after that but it turned out alright. read more

I got tricked into getting the SPA pedicure instead of express because I said basic/regular four times. I just want the most basic $23 and I'm in a time rush. They said yes yes. I brought my daughter with me and 5 different nail techs kept pestering her to get a pedicure I said no multiple times one even grabbed nail polish and kept pushing. I felt like I was in a flea market and kept getting pressured. At the end they just couldn't accept I wanted basic pedicure and charged me more for what I didn't ask for and I even tipped I just left. Horrible horrible customer service. Don't come here unless you want to get bugged and gypt. I ended up paying and left will NEVER return. read more

If I could rate this place a zero star I would. I went at 5:30 and I didn't get attended until 7 PM which is the time that they initially close.It was my first time going to this specific nail spa and will be my last. I went with two other friends and they were getting pedicures and I was getting a manicure, so they went ahead and took them first which is fine. But then I have multiple workers come up to me and tell me that they will take me in "the next five minutes" and that went about for an AN HOUR AND A HALF ‼More people came in after 7 PM and they kept taking their services over Mine. At this point I was already pissed off that I was waiting this long just to get my nails done and on top of that they decide to charge me $90 for a coffin shape full set. What in the actual fuck. I understand that every nail salon has different prices but the average price that I always pay for a full set coffin shape is about $55-$70. I didn't leave the salon until 10 PM, I was tired and it took them nearly 2 hours to do a full set on me which is ridiculous. At this point I think that they are just over charging everyone due to the pandemic to make up for the lost wages, WHICH IS NOT OKAY! My nails are trash and super thick and my fingers still hurt 2 days later. The nail tech made my nails bleed throughout the whole set ! And the owner still had the audacity to ask "do you want to tip today!" Excuse me? I want my money back and take these nails OFF! read more

I walked in was greeted and felt welcomed but I had 3 different nail techs on my hand. The first one glued the nail tips on my skin the second nail tech had the acrylic on my nails so lumpy it looked like he was building mountains on my nails. After being bugged the the entire while about getting eyebrows and pedicure after telling them no they kept asking. They also kept begging me to get gel polish I told them I didn't want gel polish, so after the guy applied the tacky old top coat he then says 43 dollars! Really for a full set that's ridiculous I would never go here again save your money. I had to come home and fix them myself. read more

I went in with my girlfriend to get a regular pedicure which was $30 the guy painted my toes bright orange when I specifically came in and said I wanted bright pink on my nails and my toes then on top of that the lady Molly that did my nails did such a horrible job that I will never go back to this place it looked like somebody did my nails in the dark the powder she used was old and when it was finished my nails look blotchy and spotty and she tried to tell me that she couldn't guarantee how the color would look once it got on the nail!!!! So when I refused to pay for $10 worth of the services rendered I was followed outside by Molly and called a bitch very unprofessional and she's lucky she didn't catch these hands I would never go back here. Went in just wanting a set a bright pink nails and toes for Valentine's Day came out with orange red nails and orange toes do not waste your money here. read more

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I walked in and told them I wanted a spa manicure and pedicure and I proceeded to pick out my color. They sat me in the chair and everything seemed fine at first. They finished my pedicure and tried to rush me out the door. I had to remind them twice I wanted a manicure as well. When they did work on my manicure, they tried to finish it without even painting my nails. By this time, I was furious but I was trying to stay positive and I thought I could have just been overreacting to everything - but then I overheard another customer complain about their poor service. This other customer was their with her mother who was practically in tears from her painful manicure. They pushed this mother's cuticles back and cut them without even soaking her fingers in water first. When I finally got to the counter to pay, the man who was behind the counter acted like he wanted to keep my credit card for himself. I knew he was just trying to joke around with me (at least I hope) but it made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't think it was very professional behvaior. I will never go back to this nail salon and will discourage others from visiting them as well. read more

I am so upset about the pedicure I received today. I have been here several times with out a problem but today was much different. This older man did my pedi and he was just rushing like crazy and they really weren't busy! He was so rough and made so many mistakes I kept telling him to just slow down because he was hurting me. I have 6 out of 10 toes bleeding and red and painful on the sides. He used only 1 towel the entire time and it had callus chemical stuff all over it. Speaking of my calluses on my feet, he rushed through that too so not only do I still have them but they are all rough and jagged now too. The paint job was pretty poor but I wasn't expecting much....I really wanted a relaxing pedi but that is not what I received at all! To top it off the guy at the front quoted me 29 dollars, but when checking out he insisted it was 39. I did some checking to find out he charged me for the deluxe pedi and that is not what I got. He didn't use paraffin wax or anything like that. If you want to come here definitely make sure you don't get this guy becaUs you'll be sorry!! read more
