I've been to this shop a few times before and have never experienced this rudeness and unprofessionalism I received yesterday. I showed Anh what I wanted done and she confidently agreed she could do the designs. My nails were rushed the entire time during the design part. What was suppose to be an ombré French tip, was not. I calmly stated to her that it did not look ANYTHING like ombré. She simply took the tip of a brush and just dabbed dipping powder on top, then she immediately became dismissive and rude once I explained to her the design wasn't accurate. She rolled her eyes several times and scoffed repeatedly while finishing and correcting my nails. Once finishing my nails, Anh went to the back room of the shop instead of immediately checking me out. I stood up front waiting to be checked out longer than I should have after an unprofessional service. I will NEVER be back to this shop for the way I was treated yesterday.As a registered nurse, I take pride in how people are treated. The lady who performed my pedicure was so kind and attentive. From the minute I sat down, she was focused on me and didn't seem rushed. Her work was extremely clean--one of the best gel pedicures I've had. They also offer a paraffin wax pedicure, which I'd never experienced and decided to try out. It felt wonderful. I probably wouldn't get it every time I get a pedicure, but it would be a nice treat every once in a while.
