This salon has great customer service and the staff is wonderful! Annie, Cindy, Kathy, and the rest of the ladies that work there are terrific! I gave thus place a try 6 months ago on the recommendation of family and was very pleased. This is now the only place I go. And on a side note I happened to be there when Mary F. was there and her overall attitude and behavior towards the staff was appalling. She was dismissive and rude. I would avoid this establishment for any service! After waiting over an hour for a mani/pedi (I had an appt.) I decided to give them another try for gel removal. Worst experience ever! I had an older gentleman who only let my nails soak for a few minutes, then he wondered why the gel wouldn't scrape off. He kept asking me what the problem was. After scraping the heck out of my nails, he used the buffer and caught my skin twice. My nails have deep ridges from the electric buffer and look terrible. Not only did I pay twice as much as I normally pay for gel removal, but walked out with gel still on parts of my nails and damage as well. Never going back-there are too many other, more professional places. read more

Never been treated in this manner for a manicure. I'm 63 and have had many manicures. The technician (middle age ? with short black hair) was out of control....she rushed through my manicure, argued, yelled and refused to do what my daughter and I asked for. I was actually afraid and intimidated by her behavior! After my daughter saw the odd looking French manicure I got my daughter decided to go elsewhere after the tech had barely touched her nails. This insane tech threatened to call the cops if we didn't pay for 2 services, screaming and arguing even after the manager was called up front! I would like to report this business to a Better Business Bureau. Anyone else ever have this technician? read more

Save yourself a trip. Brought my daughter and her friends for her 11th birthday and they told me it would be $5 for each kid and to put on nail polish. When we went to pay, she changed her mind and said it would be $8 each because they weren't younger kids. She said they were older so it would cost more. Unfriendly, rude, screaming, zero customer service skills. They rushed through my service. The nails looked like my 6 year old daughter did them. The quality was absolutely terrible. I went in today and I will never go back. Some of the women were very nice however the gentleman that did my nails from the start did not say one word to me. When gluing on the tips for the acrylics he glued them to my skin causing issues filing them down. This man cut my finger three times with the nail file and never asked if I was okay or apologized to me. He acted as if it didn't happen and didn't bother to disinfect the wound. Once the acrylics were done he got up and left a woman came over to finish painting my color on. She asked if I was ohkay and I explained that I had been cut and her response was oh yeah sometimes things happen. Also they can not take tips on a card but can take payments by card which is super inconvenient as I NEVER carry cash on me. Overall horrible experience and will never suggest to anyone. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am visiting for an wedding from atlanta and this has been the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had! The nail tech was Annie. I think she was mad at the onset since I was only doing a basic pedi. She rushed through it scraped my toe so hard it starting to burn. I asked if I could put in in water and she said no! Not now! I said it's burning she said it's ok .. Um no it's burning. Then I asked her to please do two coats and she snapped back I know that! I said I was just asking. Then the foam toe holders slid up after she was done and hit my nail and it had to be redone! She went crazy. Grabbed the scissors cut the big toe foam parts off at the big toe and cut my skin. No apology no nothing. I would never ever come back here nor would I recommend. My sister was with me to and was waiting for a manicure. They let her sit for 30 min and saw 5 other people before her. Worst nail place. They are so rude. Rush and don't care about personal service, just who's waiting next. They do crappy work. Nails are uneven, not cleaned up, didn't finish my manicure and just look like an 8 year old did them. They talk about you right in front of you and think people don't understand. And I was told my people were the bosses. Yeah, not worth your time and money. There are too many salons around to just settle for shotty work and rude people. I went in for a gel pedicure and a full set. I explained that I wanted a full set of white tips with acrylic powder and a clear gel polish on top. I was than asked if wanted pink and white, to which I said no. Which was followed by did I want gel powder. I knew what I wanted going in and told her exactly what I wanted. Both options I was offered after I already told her what I wanted cost more so I can only assume she was trying to up sell me. Once she got my nails on I let her know I wanted them square. What I have is a weird round shape, some nails have more white than others. I asked again if she can make them more square, but at this point there was not much white left. I also have cuts that are bleeding on 8 out of 10 nails. I actually had to ask her to stop with her tools because she was just ripping the skin away. You could visibly see the blood but she just kept going. On a plus side the pedicure wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I don't mind the $40 paid for the pedicure, however I feel like the $35 I spent on my nails was a waste. I can't wait for them to fall off in 2 weeks to get them done elsewhere. I definitely will not be going back. Wish I would have looked them up on Yelp first :( read more

Terrible experience! The woman who waited on me, Annie was very rude. she did an OK job on my pedicure, but, she only spent 1 minute on my feet/ heals. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She spoke with another employee 2 chairs down in Chinese the entire time and did not communicate with me at all ( very short quick statements when she needed me to put my feet in or out of the water). Then, when I cashed out she did not thank me for the 20% tip that I handed her. Lastly, she told me to go to the dryer and when I asked her how long I should stay there she said, " I don't know an hour two hours whatever you want"and then I asked her if she had nail drying spray and she said "no" and that was the end of my experience. I had a pedicure done there on March 3rd. First of all it was the quickest pedicure I've ever had that I didn't even realize that she was done and then I left my phone by mistake. When I called about it I was told that they asked around the salon and someone said it was theirs and took it! Trying to get an understandable answer out of the owner was impossible. He could not understand me when I told him that the phone should not be visible when asking if it belonged to someone. He left me a message on the number I told him he could reach me at. I couldn't understand if he was telling me they found the phone or was telling me that I lost the phone. Needless to say, the message was that the phone was not found. If you go to this business, please be very careful as they obviously have no policy for a safe lost and found. Now, I am out a phone that was bought after Christmas. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. read more

I've been going here for almost a year now, however after my last experience I will not be returning. The only nail tech I've had a bad experience with is the older, middle aged man who I am assuming is the owner. The first time I had him, he cut off too much of my toe cuticle and then when I told him it hurt me, he said I had an ingrown nail (fyi, I don't). He finished the pedicure then passed off the polishing part to another girl. The second time I had him, he was again not very friendly and only spoke to me to make two insulting comments, and then proceeded to speak in a foreign language after my answers. The first question was "No work today?" (3pm on a Tuesday), and the second comment was "You have a lot of callous on your foot." I bartend, which would explain why I was there for a pedicure. Now, the reason I won't be returning is because after he filed off the dead skin on my foot, he lifted the towel and intentionally dumped all of the dead skin in the sink where my feet were soaking! I was appauled. He again, stopped the pedicure after the spa part and let someone else paint the polish. The pedicure itself was good, but I will not go back to be insulted when I'm trying to get my toes done. read more

The salon was clean and spacious. I walked straight in and was seated immediately. I had a picture of how I wanted my nails to look and Annie was able to duplicate in flawlessly. I will be returning in two weeks to get my nails redone. I also received an eyebrow wax and it was perfect. I didn't come in for an eyebrow wax but she did an excellent job. I had a pedicure done and I was putting on nail Polish, boy did I get the looks. I felt very uncomfortable. I felt violated. They don't talk to you. Super disappointing. The salon was very clean and everyone was super nice, but the tech did a horrible job with my gel manicure. Rough edges, paint is sloppy. She was in a hurry, she didn't even finish the manicure correctly. We had an appointment at 6 pm and she was just rushing. I went there with a bridal party and I thought I would have a much better experience that what I did have. I used a gift card that was giving to me and for the $80 that I spent, the services were not worth it in comparison to being rushed. So upsetting :( read more

Would highly recommend saving your time and money. 1) they do not accept tips on credit cards 2) there is a very young blonde female who is highly unprofessional and based on performance may not even be a licensed nail technician.
