First and last time I ever come here. They started off all friendly little did I know the lady that did my "fill" didn't even know how to do nails . Something they Could've started off with since the beginning. I left being so unhappy with my nails they were horrible. I'm not the one to usually complain so I finally decided to come in the next day the owner offered me a new set over the phone but still wasn't the best. The owner came in like an hour after I complained and still didn't own up to her being the owner . She should've not lied and been the face of the business. Her job should be teaching her employees on how to do nails or to not Work on anybody if they don't know to do nails properly .Ladies save yourself time & money . What really annoyed me was that they did not tell me their credit card machine was down when I came in for the service and then after I got my service and went to pay, the owner or manager lady blamed the other workers for failing to mention it. Hello? You were the one who greeted me and told me to go pick a color so YOU should have told me it was cash only that day and I would have saved myself the trouble and gone elsewhere. This has happened before here. Now I recall why it's been so long since the last time I came. Not sure why their payment system is so faulty but I won't be back. I've only been here twice but so far it's one of the best nails salons I've been to, which is why I will be back again and again. The staff here is really friendly and they they do a great job. Julie did my pedi. My favorite part was the hot stone massage that's included in the delux package. Everyone here knows what they are doing and treat you like a king or queen. read more

I have never had such a terrible experience. I went in with even nails. Wanted a dip. Kept making them too thick. I expressed they were uneven and thick as we went along. Then she used the file machine and made nics and chunks. Then redipped. Then added gel color to try to fix it. Still charged me. Hands don't match. One mail was filed down completely and doesn't match the length or shape of the others. Absolutely terrible salon. read more

First and last time I go here! I made an appointment for 7pm and I waited like 30 minutes to be attended. I did not like my nails at all. Prices are different when you're actually there then over the phone, they charge more then what you ask for and they don't even conversaré with you to feel welcome at their nail salon. This one - albeit, fingers crossed for no chips - may be my new go-to from now on. Every time I come there's a new nail lady, and last time this lady who did my pedicure, she did such a sloppy polish, I had to tell her to fix it. She didn't even massage my feed, she only put a little bit of lotion on my ankle, and that was it! Especially after removing callus, you can't just leave the feet without any lotion! **3.5 stars for nail lounge** I've been here twice, once for a classic manicure back in January and most recently for a gel manicure. The classic manicure was good, I went with a deep plum color and the lady who did it was nice. It lasted for maybe a week, not bad for the standard manicure. They also had a good amount of colors to choose from. The classic mani was $12 which is a steal because I was going to bellacures for $20-$25. The best part is Nail Lounge is spotless and they have modern furniture/comfy chairs with pillows. During my most recent trip, I went with a glittery pink for the gel manicure ($29) and the girl who did them was incredibly sweet. She did a good job. My only complaint was the UV light to dry them. I love that the lights are under the table, but they were HOT!!! I could feel my hands burning. This was my second time getting gel polish ever, and it was way hotter than bellacures. I couldn't wait to pull my fingers out, fearing I'd look like ET. :( My nails looked great but my hands were kind of wrinkly. Next time I'll say something, I'm hoping it can be turned down a bit. Overall, I love that this place is so close to home and the prices are really good for what you get. Parking is also easy and I was able to walk-in both times. read more

I'm feeling so grateful to Nail Lounge for being open! Times are tough and a mani/pedi is a special treat right now. Boy did my cuticles need some extra love! Even during Covid and a heat wave, these ladies did a lovely job on my nails. They take your temp and offer hand sanitizer upon arrival. Everything is set up right out front on the sidewalk. Loving the gold gel color!! Pro tip, go in the afternoon to avoid direct sunlight outside. This was my first time going, and IT WAS AMAZING. Kaylee did my cute Easter nails - I highly recommend her! She added extensions to my natural nails, did a dip powder pink ombré, and painted an adorable Easter bunny on my ring fingers. Coughing and eating cough drops *** Nails with a side of attitude. The woman rushed through a gel manicure and didn't cover the whole nail. She rushed me to pay $29, even asking me twice to sign before my nails were done. Pretty expensive- considering my gel nails chipped In less than a week. Add $20 to the price of a regular pedicure for gel. Spa pedicure + gel is $89, which is way more expensive than other salons. Also, am I the only one who appreciates the manicurist moving from left to right chair when moving from working on left hand to my right hand? It's so much more polite then me uncomfortably reaching over my boobage to make her comfy so she doesn't have to move. Those small things matter to me. UPDATE: My nail beds and plain fingers rejoiced when I found out they were allowed to reopen. I called Chou for an appointment and she let me know what to expect when I came in. I was so happy to see Lily who greeted me and the masks could not hide the excitement we had. She took my temperature, sanitize my hands, had me sign in (in case of emergency notifications), and then helped me choose a color from the gel choices. I did some fun colors for summer/I couldn't make up my mind. There were just a couple of other people getting their manis and pedis and they did a great job with spreading out the customers and I felt like I was getting VIP treatment. After she worked her magic, I paid in cash and made my appt to come back for a pedicure. There also accepting venmo and zelle, just no cards. This shop works so hard to keep their clients happy and more importantly right now, safe! I've been coming here occasionally for a few years because it's convenient. I think this time will be my last. Every time I come there's always at least one thing that isn't quite right. One time the polish pedicure polish was messy, another time the leg massage was as if she didn't want to touch me, she barely lightly ran her hands up and down my legs. This time was with somebody I hadn't seen before, she was so rough. She trimmed one of my nails with the cuticle cutter, and it seriously hurt. Usually I've been able to sit there for a bit while the polish dries. This time she turned off the massage chair right after helping me put my sandals on, basically saying it's time to leave.
