I've come here 3 times and the first time they did a great job at shaping my nails but couldn't do the design which is ok, they still looked nice. Second time I came, same. Tracey did a nice fill. Not bad. BUT THIS 3rd TIME will be the last chance ‍ I showed the guy doing my nails a picture of ombré nails and since I had been told Tracey is the go-to for designs, I ASKED "is Tracey available to do this? If not, it's ok I can do something else" and he said hesitantly that he can do it. Thrown off by his hesitation I suggested a basic color set but he insisted on the ombré. Cut my nails (too short) When he started with the colored powder, I already knew this was going to be bad... Side note: NEVER GET DARK COLORED POWDER ON YOUR ACRYLICS. It stains your nails and when you get a fill, it always has to be that same color or darker (I learned this later) So as he's putting the powder on my nails I started to tell him I want to change the design it bc that's not how you do ombré "don't worry it's fine" he said "wait until the end" I watch him destroy my nails for 5 more minutes and asked again to change ideas and a woman came over and reassured me again to wait "this is how you're supposed to do it" she said. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ k let's see... 30 minutes later it is not looking any better I cant believe I walked out with my nails like that but I just wanted to leave. Love, love, love this place. I've been coming here for years and would totally make the drive if I didn't live in Pasadena. Luckily for me I live 4 minutes away walking distance! Every single technician does an amazing job and always gives me what I want. My favorite though are the men that do my pedicures because they always put more pressure into the foot rubs, but that's just me because I'm on my feet all day. Super affordable and hardly ever a long wait. (Oh yah I forgot to mention, I have a really weird pointer finger nail on my right hand and they always make it look normal and not weird at all, so I'm super thankful for that) read more

I truly wish there was an option for zero stars. I feel that even that rating wouldn't justify the service that was given. Actually, I should have stated the service that was NOT given. By far the worst customer service and nail experience ever! I was speechless for a lack of better words. It was my first and last time to ever walk into this establishment. Although it was a busy morning and I had in mind that I was going to wait a while, I would never believe to be waiting so long and be given false hopes of being "next". My first clue should have been when someone shouted "what do you want" upon arriving. I was then directed to the gel colors and proceeded to wait. 30 minutes later ... I kept seeing people arriving with appointments and my sister and I kept being bumped further and further down the "list". After mentioning to my sister that it was time to leave elsewhere I get a worried voice wave me down saying "you will be next don't worry". I still waited being that we had already been there over 30 minutes at this point. I quickly search other nail places in my area because I had a feeling I would be let down. Not even 2 minute after I was told not to worry, another person walks in straight to the back and gets seated and they start working on her. I was DONE AND OUT OF THERE! It is beyond disrespectful to waste someone's time. I was there over 45 minutes with my sister and I couldn't be anymore upset. Let me start by saying that getting my nails done and a pedicure is something that I don't really enjoy and I always hope the person I'm paying for doing it will be cautions and soft with the sanding,cleaning of the nails etc. Lily did exactly that, super cautious and soft, the final cost came out a little higher than I expected but my experience was great, next time I will be just getting a regular refill and not gel. I got a full set and pedicure done Sunday before my vacation, and although my nails look nice; the lady who did my toes cut my big toe and it is now swollen oozing puss and very very sore. The lady who did my nails cut a couple of my fingers with the drill and they too are red swollen as oozing puss. This happens from dirty implements and not caring to be careful when doing your clients nails. I've been using hydrogen peroxide since Sunday and they've not gotten any better. I had to do a few clients hair the following day as well and my hands and foot hurt so bad. It's now Wednesday and I'm on my vacation nursing my hands and foot. It's annoying. read more

I had a big debacle with the employees that seemed to last forever over "picking colors that are too light" as if it's my job to know what's "too light" it's their job to let the customer know when a color isn't working out.
