I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I went to get a fill and pedicure. I found a picture of nails I saw online and they they gave me exactly what I wanted. There are plenty of people working there so I did not have to wait at all. I loved the atmosphere of the employees there, they were all very friendly not only to the costumers but amongst each other. The man who manages this location is not that friendly but the ladies who actually do the services are pleasant. The prices were not too bad but be sure to bring cash! credit cards are accepted but there are plenty of signs posted that say they prefer cash. I've been coming here for 2 years but all I want to say is that the past month I've been coming here I had the worst service. The employees really need to talk to each other especially on prices on their services. I came in for dip powder removal and regular mani, prior coming in, I called to ask for prices and they told me 12$ mani for 5$ for removal.. I came in, and I paid 21$, I left content but when I got home I realized I paid more than they told me and to top it off my dip powder wasn't completely off, I called and told them about my over charge and said to come in because he agreed that I got over charged and when I got there a lady told me that the prices where wrongly given to me and it was 13$ for mani and 7$ for removal.. ridiculous because they didn't even do a good job at the service I got. They tried to fix it and this was the outcome (pink mani) ... never coming here again. Lost a loyal customer. read more

Unfortunately not the best experience.. I work close to this nail salon and find it convenient because of my work schedule. I always make an appointment to take advantage of the limited time I have.. but it never fails that I have to wait and see who can assist me. I ask for a gel full set and provide the color I want and I have the nail tech come with a powder option (more cost) after going back and forth that I want gel.. she finally takes my request. The nail tech is in a rush applying the acrylic not only to my nail but to my fingers.. I ask if she can clean it because it was hardening and getting stuck into the cuticle :/ At the moment they only accept cash and the last option.. Venmo. I asked for a short coffin gel set and got charged more than when I've had "longer coffin" shape. I asked why I was getting charged the price I did and all she can say was because they were coffin and added powder... I never once asked for the powder to be placed and still got charged for it! This is unacceptable and I'm not quiet sure why this business is open. They don't seem to care enough as a business for their clients and show more interest in getting more of your money. I came here yesterday (Saturday) to get my nails done, and I am disappointed on how they came out. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure looks pretty good, but I just got a standard nail polish color. For my gel manicure, I requested a flower design on two of the nails on each hand. I showed the manicurist the picture on my phone, and she said she could do it. First of all, the gel polish she used was old or something, because it kept shriveling up on my nails every time she would place my completed hand in the UV light thing. She had to scrape all the polish off and start over, and now there are a bunch of little air bubbles in my polish. The finished design looks like an amateur version of the picture I showed her (just little flowers) and my total was $50. I won't be coming here again. read more

I'm not typically the type to write a bad yelp review but this is beyond me. I booked an appointment late October and I was very disappointed with my pedicure. I got gel x nails by Tracy and they were great however, some other lady did my toes and thats when everything started to go down hill. I asked for gel x on my toes but they didn't have it so I settled for acrylic which was fine because I've gotten it before ( from another place). The first red flag should've been when I noticed she cut my toes down way too short. Halfway through the service she looked concerned and called someone else to do the acrylics. The second red flag was them continuing to put the acrylics right on the skin which didn't give enough space for my toe to grow and breathe . I ended up getting a FUNGUS on my big toe ( as seen in the pic). The rest of my toe nails were also not shaped and the paint job looked rushed. This was not worth the $47 I paid for. Literally paid just to get a fungus. Im beyond disappointed and upset. read more

They get mad when you only want a polish change. Nail technicians have major attitude. They try to force gel manicure or pedicure on you. Then when you get a manicure or pedicure they don't do anything special & they rush. Also they go up on prices whenever they feel like it! Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Came here on a whim because it's right down the street from my apartment and I will definitely be coming back. Made an appointment Saturday morning for 2pm. I walked in to a busy spa and was worried that my 2pm appointment would turn into 2:30p. Nope! I was promptly seated and picked one of their hundreds of gel color selections. I believe Nick did my nails and he sure was thorough. He gave me exactly what I wanted: - short acrylics (I type a lot for work) - square shape with rounded corners - he even oiled my cuticles at the end, which is something I had never experienced unless I was getting a full manicure. He was very deliberate and careful with each nail, which was great. My only complaint is that I was quoted $26 on the phone (for an acrylic fill with gel on top) but it turned into $28 in person. I'm not worried since $28 is actually the going rate at other salons I've been to. All in all, great experience! Will be coming back to test out their pedicure service. read more

On checking the their board the french tip was actually $35. As much as I want to like this place and the friendly staff. I just can't rate it any higher. I was attended to an open pedicure chair and left with my feet on nice warm water and the massage chair on. But the fact that I was just left alone for more than an hour (at one point I had to remove my feet from the water because they were pruning up.) also take in mind there were only four people ahead of me and when I was lead to an open chair three more people came in. I had to turn off the chair because at this point the massage was actually hurting. At the end I loved how my pedicure came out but the wait and my back pain were the worst time. I popped in yesterday evening for a pedi and left so pleased. I didn't catch my nail tech's name before I left but she did an amazing job. I'm five month pregnant so my feet have been neglected for a few weeks. Despite this, the nail tech was so deliberate in removing all the dead skin from my feet. I chose a spa add-on that was so inexpensive that I had to confirm the price twice ($6.00). It felt like a $60.00 massage. On top of it all my polish is perfect. I went there for a regular clear manicure and pedicure. I was not disappointed but I was not impressed either. Very basic service, it felt rushed and I was left with leftover paint from past manicure. My cuticles were not cut as clean as other places . My nails usually need very little maintenance because I regularly get pedicures and manicures perhaps this was the reason I received an ok, not as expected manicure. overall the facility is clean and the workers are very polite and friendly but the hot towel they use on my legs was atrocious. I decided to give this place a shot based off of the glowing yelp reviews. Overall I had a good pedi! $18 is a good deal for a no frills, but satisfying pedicure. I was tended to quickly and in and out within an hour. Their massage chair is pretty nice and I welcomed the opportunity to view daytime TV/news. They do accept credit cards, but charge an extra $1. I have mixed feelings about this place. Some okay things but too many bad things that I have to think about going back. To start off, I got there around 2pm and it was quite busy so there was a bit of a wait, understandably. I wasn't too bothered especially because the gentleman running the front was very polite about it. After about a half hour of waiting I get sat in a spa chair for a pedicure, to then have to wait some more. Again he was very apologetic so I didn't let it get to me. Once it came to my pedicure the lady who did my nails was extremely nice I will give her that, but I found it so gross that she used the same pumice stone on my feet as she used on the girl next to me, mind you I'm sitting there so I did see it. Not only that but as well as the old nail file (I know it's used because it was white before she used it on me). I couldn't seem to understand why she was using the same stuff on me when I could see she had new stuff in her bin. After that whole reuse situation, she the starts to cut my nails and ended up cutting my pinky, I didn't say anything to not cause a scene but my pinky still hurts 3 days later. She tried to cover it up by spraying lotion and acetone on it I guess so I wouldn't notice but I sure can. I also got a full set that day, and although the girl was again very nice and polite there are parts of my nails that are missing paint or the acrylic isn't completely covering my whole nail. 5 star customer service but the quality and cleanliness just wasn't there for me if it had that I would say 5star. read more

Great Acrylic Fill and Pedi! Lily did my fill and it was pretty much perfect and of course I'm really picky! Nice thin nails and the polish was perfect. I've been to other salons where the polish goes on like a child did it. They were busy the day I went and they stayed late to make sure I got my pedicure after my fill. The pedi was great as well. Add to that the general low cleanliness- my seat had nail dust all over it and they appear to reuse tools across people without sterilization- not so happy of an experience. Notably, several ppl who came in requested Michael or one of the other guys who worked there. If I go back, bc of the low price, I'll request one of them probably. I literally LOVE this place! I've been coming to this nail salon for about 7 months now & I leave happy every time! So I finally decided to do a review, the location of the shop is a bit shady/ghetto but the outside has nothing to do with the inside it's super cute & professional in side, they have their own "Lee's nail & spa" menus & chairs. I usually get an acrylic full set or fill & pedicure every time I go, & hands down my favorite person to go to is Lei Lei, she takes her time & does exceptional work, every other nail technician is just as careful & does a great time as well. The prices are great a med/long full set is $27 while a fill usually cost me $16-18 depending on how long my nails are. Pedicures are $13-15, and massages are pretty cheap too. Took me in 30 mins before closing on Sunday for a mani-pedi. Didn't guilt trip me for that (and thank you!) 39 bucks for mani-pedi with (very basic) callus removal and buffing for my fingers. Pros: friendly, great fingernail buffing and toenail paint job, cheap and close to home. Cons: left big parts of calluses on both feet, missed some cuticle roughness, a bit grubby in terms of shop cleanliness, almost no massage, and a male manicurist (I just don't feel as comfortable; which is admittedly MY problem). Decent clean-up of my hands and feet, satisfied enough in a pinch. Good to have around, and very nice staff! read more

I arrived at 9:30 (the time they open) I was seated at a spa chair by the one person who was at the salon. I had to wait for about 25 minutes until the rest of the employees started to trickle in. The manicurist started to work on my feet (pedicure). The reason I am writing this review is not because I had to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to arrive and do my pedicure but because as the lady doing my pedicure was finishing up with me, the lady next to her asked her for the pumice sponge she had just used on my feet, the lady rinsed it, and proceeded to use it on another client's feet to scrub the bottom of her feet. I have had many pedicures in my life and I have never seen anyone reuse the pumice sponge. Normally they use it once and they toss it in the trash. Not this place! Beware people, based on my experience today, this place does not appear to be sanitary. read more

Now i don't know who you are or what your position there at Lee's nails, but thats completely unprofessional why bother? First off I was being honest when I took those pictures, in case you didn't read some of those pictures were taken 9 days after my visit at Lee's nail salon. I was aware that mimi charged me a regular pedi instead of a full gel pedi BUT I have complained about gel peeling and chipping MANY times before.I assumed mimi would do me the favor of not charging me because the gel pedi or mani DID NOT LAST. Lastly I recall the incident of witnessing one of the nail techs poking a hole in the lotion bottleand and pushing curticles with the SAME END OF THE CURTICLE TOOL.WHY EVEN USE THE SAME TOOL IT IS VERY UNSANITARY REGARDLESS TOOLS USED ON CLIENTS SHOULD NOT BE USED TO OPEN LOTION BOTTLES.I will never come back to Lee's nail salon.
