I've been to so many nail salons in my life. None have left me speechless and In awe of their dedication to their art. I've been here twice, and both times I was a walk in. Usually as a walk in I am treated like a last minute, least important client but no matter how many people, they always make me feel important and comfortable. They go above and beyond any other nail salon I've been to. They are gentle and thoroughly take care of you. You do need to be clear about what you need and don't be shy about speaking up. The employees and - who I assume to be the owner- are all extremely friendly and hospitable. I highly recommended stopping by (or better yet, scheduling!) an appointment here! Edit: yes they do take a very long time here, but they're here to pamper you and make you feel great! If you're looking for a rushed job that won't last, this isn't the place to go. The nail tech was so rough with my big toenail that it cracked right in the middle of it. She had to take nail glue to it, and I don't have money to be getting pedicures all the time to go have this fixed. This was the woman with, I believe some red in her hair. And honestly, what sort of person do you have working there, after she did that to me, I went into the smoke shop next-door and saw her arguing with the poor girl at the counter about the price of lotto quick pick tickets. These used tools MUST be thrown away after every use!! With that being said, please take a look at the nail file the tech used on my nails (I noticed this after she filed my nails). It clearly has residue from a pink/red polish and my polish was baby blue!!! So you're telling me you used a used nail file !!???????!!! If they reuse nail files, what else do they reuse and just how sanitary is this place. Distrusting and disgusting. First and last time here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was really upset with the results, they look nothing like what i asked for. On top of it i was overcharged about 25 dollars. They also cut my fingers multiple times with unsanitary tools. Overall the nails look horrible, the french tip is smudged and the top coat is not clear the nails are also very thin and not at all shaped. Would not recommend this place to anyone!! read more

When I first came to get my nails done which was a terrible experience. I showed her this picture of the style I wanted all through out the process and still this is what she came up with. I wrote a review the owner contacted me and asked me to come back to fix my nails in exchange to take my review down. I went back asked for the same style and the tech just repeatedly kept asking what color I wanted even though the picture was right in front of her. So I gave up and got the sparkle color. Finally, nails weren't an ugly color and were no longer hard as rocks they were natural and soft. But! 10 days later two!!! Of my nails broke off. Contacted the shop the owner tells me, "well, that's almost two weeks so that's about right." 10 days isn't two weeks and I've had manicures that's even lasted way longer than just two weeks without my nails breaking off. I would say come here for just a pedicure but they can't even do that right either. I barley got a scrub. She just clipped my nails through on some lotion and left me with a bumpy looking nail color. Paid $55 for bullshit don't come here unless you like the feeling of disappointment. P.S. the opener wrote a response apparently he can't read because not just my polish came off!! Two of my nails came off!!!! Which is different ! And by the way I should heave gotten everything free for harassment and crappy service not some complementary $15 gel manicure. If the tech would have done a good job to being with we wouldn't be in the situation. read more

First of all we were there for like three hours to get a Mani and Pedi, way too long. On top of that the owner tried to charge us extra and the employee had to come and correct her and let her know that she was overcharging us. They only have one girl who can do acrylics. It seemed as though every employee didn't know what they were doing they had to ask the girl who does acrylics what to do for everything. The nail polish took forever to dry and It's been almost 24 hours and this nail polish Will still make marks if it's been touched too hard so that seems weird to me that it hasn't dried yet. Not good experience, ESPECIALLY for the prices they charge. Another girl there was giving me looks and later was moved to sit next to me and whispered " I am never coming here again omg" I thought that was funny I wasn't the only one! I had an appointment booked today at 10:00 and arrived 5 minutes early for a manicure and eyebrow wax. The owner Lynn made the appointment and I usually go there for my eyebrow waxing. When I arrived she had taken another client who she was working on. I had to wait 45 minutes for her to finish with the walk in. At that point I only had time for my eyebrow wax. I asked her why she makes appointments and doesn't bother to honor them. I do not recommend this salon because they don't value other people's time. read more

I get my nails done here every two weeks. I enjoy the staff they're very kind or at least the ones that I've had interactions with. The prices are reasonable. They have a massage chairs which is nice. Sometimes they do get a little bit busy. But I've never seen more than four people there at a time. read more

My pedicure is GREAT and I would probably go back here for pedicures with the same woman. I don't know her name but she's the youngest one working there. My toenails look awesome after several days of running and even yard work - and the price is fantastic. HOWEVER. Do not get waxing here. I knew better and I let her do it anyway. You know better too. One other thing: I hate loud TV's playing the horrible, horrible news in nail salons. I had the worst experience possible here and I would not recommend this place to anyone! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE. I had an appointment for 5 to get my gel nails removed. The women left my nails soaking for an entire hour while she helped other people. When she came back she filed very little and then helped another customer. By this time it had been an hour and a half and I had to ask someone else to help me. I sat in this place for nearly 2 hours by the time I was leaving. I will not be coming back here. read more

Extremely disappointed. Not only did it take almost 3 HOURS for a regular pedicure and a dip mani, the quality of the service is very poor. My dip manicure chipped the NEXT DAY after the service. Additionally, there is very little color selection for dip. The pedicure was fairly standard, but cuticle care was very lacking as I still had dry skin around my nails. The dip manicure was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. The woman doing the manicure had to pull up instructions on her phone because she clearly did not know how to do the dip manicure. I had to ask her to clean up my cuticles before she started, otherwise she would not have done that step, which is essential for a manicure! Then, because she was so new at this type of manicure (don't advertise it if you can't do it!) she had to redo each finger at least twice. In the end, the nails don't even look nice! To make matters increasingly annoying, she would stop randomly between steps (which is bad since dip manicures are a time-sensitive process) to chat with one of the other women and mess around with some new nail design printer they had (it doesn't work). For this 1 star experience I paid $63. Not going back and don't recommend. read more

I used to come here when I wanted my six year old to also be pampered due to them having the kids spa chair. Apparently they are under new management and no longer have it. I broke a nail (pink and white) and went in to have it repaired. I usually go to Glendale to get my nails done but didn't want to drive for one broke nail. Bad idea... the pink is NOT pink at all, it looks clear, very wide and NOTHING like my other nails. The nail tech was very nice but did not do a good job. I will NOT be coming back to this nail shop. I got my mani pedi done. The pink color bubbled on my hands and feet, and I asked that they redo it but I had to use a different color because all their polishes are old. Arrived at agreed upon time and was told Allison is in Vietnam, but there is someone else who can do it... went against my better judgment and stayed. I wanted a basic French tip gel manicure ($30). Linda had a difficult time with smudging, but she was very kind. She tried her best. I told her to just paint them a solid pink... that became a task. Other listed colors were unavailable. The massage chair was comfortable enough, but did not work well, so I turned it off (no stars lost for this, it's not a massage place, but the chair should work). Linda did my pedicure. She was quiet (great) and fast, too fast (not so great). 30 min from start to finish. From google, regular pedicure: A simple treatment that includes foot soaking, foot scrubbing with a pumice stone or foot file, nail clipping, nail shaping, foot and calf massage, moisturizer and nail polishing. Lost 2 stars: no foot soaking, she started working on them 2 minutes after I sat down. Nails not shaped. She trimmed my nails, but hardly worked on the corners (nails or skin). No foot or calf massage. The massage part of the pedicure was a joke, there was zero pressure applied. Massage lotion left my skin irritated and with a slight burning sensation. Parts of the nails are not covered by the nail polish and uneven layering. Uneven nail edges, she spent a few seconds on the cuticles. Here is a pic, 1 day after the pedicure. Most nails don't look great, but especially the middle toe (right corner). Maybe the other pedicurists are better, so I am giving it 3 stars, instead of 2 for the service that Linda provided. read more
