I tried to make an appointment for a pedicure at around 8:30 am on a Friday & received a confirmed appt for the same day at 10 am. V happy w the appointment time considering my late request on a Friday morning. The salon was very clean; the pedicure chairs were very comfortable, clean & up to date w excellent auto massage options. My technician listened to my requests & cut my nails v short & included a satisfactory calf/foot massage (would have liked a longer massage, but probably needed to pay for it) w my treatment. She was super attentive to cleaning & cutting & filing my toenails as much as possible. Her skills were excellent & the polished result was lovely. I was lucky to book a treatment at this salon during their soft opening & my basic pedicure cost $30 plus the tip I added to the technician. I would absolutely return to this location for subsequent pedicures & recommend that others do the same. I parked on the adjacent public parking garage & only paid $1 for one+ hours. read more

Found my new go-to nail spot! When I walked in, I was greeted with the drink menu and got a matcha latte with almond milk. I showed my nail tech my inspo, we talked through it, and picked out my colors together. Since they just opened last month, all their equipment was new and clean. I got Gel X with a custom Sailor Moon theme design, and the attention to detail was next level! My nail tech was super patient and took time to make sure the shape was exactly what I wanted. The Japanese gel finish looks so smooth and glossy in person. This has to be my new favorite nail shop in Pasadena. Right when I walk in I am greeted by the friendly staff and asked what services I wanted. After I sit and waited while they prepared my spa chair and prepare my complimentary matcha. I love my manicure and pedicure service. The pedicure felt so relaxing and I felt so clean afterwards. My manicure was top notch, Katie executed the shape and design flawlessly. I love the ambiance of the shop was warming and inviting. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Glad I randomly found this nail salon as I was walking around Old Town Pasadena! I made an appointment and managed to redeem the soft opening promo for 25% off any service (ends the last day of June). I got a gel mani today with Kelly. She was gentle, meticulous, and professional. They also offer everyone a complimentary drink which is a nice touch. I got a viet iced coffee which was pretty good. I've been looking for a new nail place in Pasadena , my mom recommended this place so I decided to go with her. The place is really nice and clean inside, staff was friendly however my nail tech wasn't too friendly. She was very rough and seemed like she was in a rush. My nails came out pretty however, once I left I noticed there was a piece of lint in one of my nails (under the polish) which I wasn't too happy about since I spent about $90 on them. I truly enjoyed the newly renovated nail salon now called Cleo. The wooden panels with inserted lights make the place look very modern and sleek. They even added a cute mimosa bar. My mom and I got free drinks on our visit. They are offering free drinks for the first week of their soft opening. I got a the tropical passion fruit (no alcohol). The ladies did a great job on my nails. I got a regular pedicure $47 and a gel manicure $65 I had broke one of my nails and the tech added a nail extension for $5 Total I paid $117 I had my nails done by Ashely and Leah. Hi, I had a nail appt for a gel mani + gel pedi (upgraded to deluxe pedi+ gel) Sunday July 12 12PM. It had been about a week since that service and already my nails had started to chip and the gloss was dull at the tips. I've done gel manis for over 10 years at the same salon and they have usually lasted about 4 weeks, with no chipping whatsoever & gloss still vibrant. The reason why I went to this salon was bc I couldn't get an appt last minute at my usual place and this place seemed to have really great reviews and I saw other girlies post about it. I am disappointed that in about one week my gel mani has stared chipping. I had booked an. The staff took their time, and the entire appointment felt relaxing from start to finish.
