They always have the coolest colors and an incredible selection, and the salon is extremely clean, which is so important to me. Plus, there's plenty of parking, which makes everything easy. I've been coming to Pink Nails for over 10 years, and Molly, Tim and their staff have always been exceptional. They are polite, welcoming, and--something I especially appreciate--they take their time with you. I've been to plenty of salons where it feels like the goal is to get you in and out of the chair as quickly as possible. That has never been my experience at Pink Nails. Yes, some of the ladies speak Vietnamese with one another. Some of the staff are more comfortable speaking Vietnamese than English, and I've never had a problem with that. Assuming that because people are speaking a language you don't understand they must be talking about or making fun of customers is simply speculation. Their prices may be a little higher than some other salons in the area, but to me, they're absolutely worth it. I'd much rather pay a little more and have someone take their time and do a beautiful job than feel rushed out the door. The service is awful. If you don't look like you have money, they don't treat you well. They speak amongst themselves, their language, and it seems like they're talking about the customers and making fun of them. They're racist, and when you ask for something, the manager, Molly, always answers rudely and with a bad attitude. When she should be the example. Been coming here with my wife for a couple months now. Love the service and the job they do. We get an hour to chat and scroll and sort out our toe situations. I need my toenails kept bc I'm running a bunch as I train for the LA marathon. I mean I also come because the pampering is a big plus. My feet feel brand new when I leave. The trim and foot massage are great to take care of my dawgs a bit. Highly recommend the visit here. Call to get your spot secured and then sit back and relax as the massage chairs work on your back and they work on your feet. Love Pink Nails. Old favorite but I moved out of town. Same great quality service with the extra perks included in their tiered packages. I got the Deluxe Mani Pedi for extra callous attention. I added the gel French tips for $27. My total was $85 and $100 with tip. Not cheap but it seems to be the going price nowadays. Might as well get the quality work and the perks like the massage, water, hot washcloth, etc. I know cheaper, closer places and it's a just okay job. read more

I passed by this nail salon and decided to get my mani and pedi here. Nina did an amazing job. She took great care of my nails. I wish I had a "before and after" pics because the difference was truly remarkable. I could see her attention to detail and passion. She wasn't rushed or careless. I really loved it. I've recommended my friends, and they were all very satisfied. Nina is my favorite nail technician she's excellent. However, the only downside was that one of the lady sitting near the cashier kept coming over to check while Nina was working on me. I didn't like the way she did that, it left fingerprints on my nails when she touching it. Then Nina had to clean it for her... as it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I hope she can improve on this. I used to love coming to this nail salon, but now it seems like a dying business. One reason is that some of the estheticians act as if they don't want to do certain customers' nails and toes, and it shows. Although you may not understand what they're saying, but their body language and facial expressions say it all. She was obviously very experienced and she was very professional. She took the average amount of time this would take and I did not feel I was there overly long. I'm not one to write reviews but after my visit today, I felt inclined to share my experience. I showed a reference photo to my nail tech and asked if it could be done since I know this is a newer/ trendier look I was going for. I even said I have other options if it couldn't be done. They reassured me "No, we can do that. It'll be extra $ for the chrome though". I said that was fine and we proceeded to do the nails. He painted my nails white and was then going to put the chrome over. When he did it, it was silver and I asked if that was the final look and he said yes. I said that was not really the color I was going for like in the reference photo. He then started searching for a closer option to the one I wanted. He ended up doing a chunky white glitter and was pretty much like we are doing this one cause there's no other choice. Ended up looking nothing like what I wanted. Got there at 10am didn't leave until 1:15pm and paid $111 not including tip! Moral of the story, I just wish when I first asked if what I wanted could be done, they just said no. I would've had absolutely no problem with that. Instead I wasted my time and money on nails that I will be redoing tomorrow. read more

I've had some good mani/pedi's here. Tends to be a bit slower and more expensive than other salons in the area. Had my mani three days ago and the nail beds are still red, swollen, and sore. The manicure itself was painful; every time she put the alcohol/antiseptic on, I would wince. I will not visit Pink Nails again and I would not recommend for the following reasons -mani/pedi was 1 hour 20 minutes with both gals working. I was the only customer in the salon the entire time -the last time I tried to make an appointment on a Saturday morning and was told they didn't have time (fine, no problem. I understand it's your busiest time) the woman on the phone did not realize she had not hung up and said, "she wants to come now!" and laughed -more expensive than other salons -extremely rough manicure/pedicure. At long last, I have found a clean, affordable nail place close to my house. Pink nail is not only great at doing nails and pampering their clients but it is super clean. They also use disposable files and buffers. (I wish all nail places would practice this). Molly is a perfectionist when it comes to nails. She will file and buff until she gets them all nice and even. She cuts cuticles perfectly and applies polish evenly. The nail polish selection is really good here and I really like how they offer you a bottle of water and wipe off the excess lotion with a heated towel. Pink Nails is open and safe! I haven't been here in a year and they put in all the safety measures (though I've always felt safe here). They added plexiglass shields between you and the manicurist and limited the amount of people. Tim diligently cleaned everything at least twice while I was there. Everyone wears a mask. The foot bath uses a bag now and all the seats are cleaned after every customer. Molly and Tim, owners, are friendly and care about their customers.
