Got a Gel Mani and pedi this place is nice and clean They added plexiglass nails,protective shields for pedicures and all staff were wearing masks and gloves . My nails last for up to a month after getting them done and they still look great after getting a full set. I could never feel happier about spending my money. I decided to come here because I was in the area. I shouldn't have! I was charged 61 dollars for acrylic fill and it was 20 dollars more for the sparkle pink powder. My problem is it hasn't even been a week and my right index broke so I went to get it fixed and was charged 9 dollars to get one finger fixed! When it hasn't even been a week they said there policy is 3 days?? They even told me it was my fault it broke like that When I've had long nails done from other places and last a whole month an never break!!!! Doesn't make no sense! Now it's been two weeks and they keep breaking like nothing in half. Chau is always so sweet when I come in, asks me about my life, how things are going with my family. I went there yesterday Sunday & I called before to ask for the prices then when I got there with my daughter to get a pedicure for myself && a refill for my daughter they changed the prices again I got the deluxe pedicure the massage was nice can't deny that but when the lady asked me what color I wanted she said it was an extra 20$!!! I said no way && I can tell she got very upset so I chose a color from the ones she said I could i chose a blue && she started putting a regular black on my nail even tho I was paying for gel nail !!! I said that's not the color I want && she didn't even bother to remove it then she proceeded to put lilac she put so many coats my toe nails are super chunky l! ridiculous she didn't even paint them well!! && my daughter nails look horrible!! Also she demanded a 5$ tip! When I refuse she starting talking in her language. When i said thank u && was about to give it to her she ignored me ! so did all the other workers !!! RUDE!!! Stay Away! I made an appointment and was quoted $40 for dipping powder. I asked for tips in order to make them even. Although she understood me well she had to be asked several times to put tips on all of them and not just some. Once she put on and cut the tips I informed her that they were longer than I wanted but was told she had to file once she had dipped them. I told her I wanted a natural look however they were very thick and still longer than I wanted. She appeared to be annoyed when I asked her to file them down and make them thinner. With annoyance she asked for a picture. My request was a very simple one but I complied and pulled up a set of nauturally shaped dipped nails on my phone to show her. Again she seemed annoyed yet tried to file them down. Needless to say my nails looked as if child had shaped them and I ended up going home and refiling them myself which of course ment I had to put on another top coat. (Defeated my entire purpose for going to the nail salon) When she finished filing she put a top coat on and said wait for them to dry and she would put on some oil. I asked where the gel drying machine was and she said no machine, just wait 5 minutes, again with annoyance. I have had dip powered used on my nails before and they have always, always used the gel light at the end. One purpose of getting gel polish and powder is to avoid the drying and wait time. Well, as I sat annoyed and they finally dried I went to pay and was told that the cost was $55 even though I was told on the phone that dip power was $40. She then explained that the $40 is only for the dip power, not for color and not for tips, those are extra. I have never heard of charging extra for adding the colored powdered. It's just ridiculous! Who walks out of a nail salon with just clear opaque powder?? I was shocked and annoyed. Don't invest your money in any service offered here unless your intent is to go home and do damage control. I was in the area but the next time I will wait and go to my usual place that charges $40 flat for dip powder WITH color and tips. As one other customer stated, "First and LAST time I go there!" Please Ladies, SAVE YOUR MONEY and avoid FRUSTRATION. read more

I used to love this place...my how things have changed. This was my go-to nail salon for two years running, but the last time I was getting my nails done, I saw just how slimy these workers really are. First off, when I was getting my mani-pedi, and the gal next to me was done with hers...The instruments Alice had just used on another client's feet were then used immediately on the next client with no sterilization. I was simply appalled. When I confronted Alice about these unsanitary practices and the risk of fungal infection she stared at me with a deep glare and said nothing. Then, when she was doing my nail manicure she picked her nose 3 TIMES and continued to work on my hands. I cannot believe this pig sty of a place and a woman. Everything was even more clean and pristine than usual, clear plastic sheets between clients and staff, easy no contact pay method and very careful attention to a limited amount of customers inside. The best hand massage ever... And that's about it. I guess this place is good if you're a regular, because they seem to really take care of you. If you're new, forget about it. Arrived with a coworker at 5:30 on a Thursday. Seated for a pedicure right away- but was burned by the scalding hot water because the girl who started the foot bath 'doesn't know how to work it' said another employee. Pedicure went well, but before they began my gel manicure, the 6pm appointment showed up 20 minutes early and they dropped everything to take them. What sucks is that in those 20 minutes, my manicure would have been almost complete. Instead, I was left waiting in the chair for 40 minutes until someone's niece showed up. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, it seemed like the place went 'oh hell no!' because after that I was reminded by 3 different ladies that next time I should make an appointment. I think next time I'll skip the fancy atmosphere and go somewhere else. It shouldn't take 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure when there's only 1 customer besides you when they begin. read more

I went in here, and got less than I expected. Pillow snatching, bubbly nails, and hasty actions. My grandma was sitting next to me. Not only were the nail jobs less than par, there was attitude and inconsideration. I tried to explain my grandma's concern about the nail polish sticking to her nails. The technician didn't use acetone to remove the lotion from the nail before placing the polish. I was watching, to see if the technician was being careful with cutting her cuticles, too. The technician didn't heed the concern. As soon as I said that, I noticed that my technician hasted in pace. I was getting a gel manicure. It seemed careless, all the buffing. 24 seconds in a low heat UV lamp simply is not enough, but she was going so fast. She forgot if she put the same number of coats on my hands, and now one looks bubbled out on the ends. The girl who gave my grandma her manicure, took the pillow out from behind her back, without so much as a word about why she did it. We were shocked. Here we are, paying for a service, and all this goes on. I know 3 more ladies walked in, but that's no reason to be so inconsiderate. I came here for the first time today. The decor in here is cute and stylish. They have a fairly large variety of colors to choose from. However, all of that doesn't make up for the rude service. The nails techs chatted with each other in their language throughout the entire treatment which is rude, when you are serving an American, English speaking client. No one in here was warm or friendly. On top of that, the actual pedicure wasn't anything special. it wasn't bad but it wasn't GREAT. $18 seems about right... Walked in to get more information on their service offerings and a manicure. It looked slow with 3 girls working, one with the only client in the shop. The other two were busy fussing over their dinner, backs to the door, with all three never once looking up after standing there for minutes after walking in.
