Im very dissapointed in my recent experience here. Ive been going here for a long time and Ive always thought it was decent until my recent experience here. I called ahead on tuesday to ask how much a full set of french tip acrylic was. He said 57 dollars. I bring 68 dollars with me to pay. Tell me how it ends up being 70 dollars? 10 dollars to remove the previous set I had that TOOK 5 MINUTES TO REMOVE??? You having to be joking. Then when I was very upset and just wanted to pay the 70 and leave no tip, she told me there is a minimum of 10 dollars for card? Since when??? I ended up spending 80 dollars here. Quality was not good I waited for probably like 20 mins no one said a word to me and one lady just kept walking back n forth then one came told me to pick color and then another one came over like 10 mins later n did my nails and the tips she put on were to big and looked almost like duck nails which was not what I asked for she didn't speak to me once and then 2 nails fell of the first week and then continued to fall off after that the price was reasonable but I see why it was such a low price quality from this particular woman was not good. read more

I'm not sure why the rating is so low. Maybe they were walk ins on a busy day. They don't over charge. It is less if you pay cash because they are charged a fee by the credit card companies. I have tried several nail places in the area and NO ONE does nails better than Nail Indulgence. It doesn't matter which technician you get they are all really good. I walked in everyone is immediately rude. This guy tells me to sit at table ten and this lady asks what I want and when I explain she proceeds to do NOTHING. She sits in her chair and watches videos on her IPAD. I'm sitting in her chair for an hour and she says she's waiting for something in the table behind me.. the client leaves and she doesn't do anything. she starts sitting and then she gets up and walks all the way to the back and just SITS there I've been sitting in the chair for an hour. I've watched 3 customers leave and I've yet to get my nails done. then a customer walks in and immediately gets her nails done and the lady that told me to wait starts watching her do the clients nails.. Very disappointed I usually love coming here and my nails stay perfect for three weeks but today was the second time I was over charged. I said twice my daughter was just getting a color change yet they charged me $40 for a manicure. They were also very rude when we walked in arguing over who was going to take us and then my simple dip color change took an hour and 20 minutes I never complain but the over charging us won't and I unfortunately will not be back. read more

I have gone here a few times and have been wow'd by the cleanliness and the work ethic of this salon. I normally get dip nails and a pedicure. I love that you can choose different options on the pedicure which allow for a more in depth experience. I would definitely highly recommend Lisa. She takes her time and is meticulous and making sure that you leave happy with gorgeous nails. If I could choose one salon in the Bedford area for nails it would most definitely be Nail Indulgence!! The manicure itself was nothing special (clean nails, cut, shape, polish, lotion) & the selection was not very large. The sample pallets were old and peeling. My manicure took less than 30 minutes. He did a sloppy job on my nails Nail swatches are outdated and peeling, colors are not updated. Horrible. Took off my shellac manicure with a drill which made my nails all lumpy. I shouldn't have trusted her to do French, the nail shapes are uneven. She didn't even take off all of the old shellac which was a color, I had to tell her multiple times there was still old nail polish on my nails that would be seen through the clear. She wanted to use pink as a base for the French and pink bottle was literally EMPTY and she kept painting it on my nail as if it was coming out. Horrible customer service!! I have been loyal and coming to this salon for years. When I pay $45 for pink and white nails and I'm not happy with them, because they have streaks of old red polish beneath them they should do whatever it takes to make it right! So very disappointing!! The owner sat and talked in his language to tell his employee what to say to me instead of getting up and talking to me himself and making it right, is just pathetic. He has no problem talking away on the phone while he's doing people's nails, but can't talk to me directly and address a problem. When I called back the next day to again give an opportunity to fix my nails so they looked better, he told me that they did what I asked for pink and white and that the nail technician spent the hour with me, I got what I asked for. How unfortunate that he (this nail salon) does not stand behind it's quality, product and it's customers happiness, it's simply a cash payment into his account. Went in today for a basic pedicure and a sns nail dip- I was told it would be $58. I got a pedicure that lasted half the amount of time as my friend beside me- and then my nail dip was a mess!!! For my pedicure nothing came from a sterilized pack or case- and she used a callus remover file on my foot- a metal type not the normal one I've always had used on me, and she didn't even put the top coat on my polish; I had to ask for it later after my nails were done. I had red polish on in which I offered to take off myself but she just shook her head..... and then she left a red line around my cuticles. Then I end up getting my nail beds and cuticles drilled off with a previously used rotary file- not to mention she did quite the chop shop job! And then when the total came I was charged $73. I was not happy, I could have done a better job myself! She gave me a $5 coupon- I just left it on the window as I left- I will NEVER go back! Hopefully I do not develop an infection!! So two days after this terrible experience I ended up having to see my doctor because one of my cuticles that had been filed off was hot and uncomfortable- turns out it was infected! I had to start on a script of Bactrim antibiotics! Maybe it was a coincidence?! Nope last week a coworker of mine went there and ended up with the same infection! I ended up returning to let the owner know about the pool of bacteria that their spreading and he couldn't have cared less! read more

We used to like this salon but have been disappointed the last few times. Every time I chose a color, they were out. The technician doing my pedicure cuts the nails too short and they feel raggedy in a few days. When we pay, it's as if she is making up prices. It's always different and gets pricier each time (never what is listed on the menu they hand you). They endlessly try to upsell to you, such as creams. The first two times i went here it was great, I had a male taking care of me both times. I went last week for a mani pedi and the first lady kept looking around and not really caring for my pedi. The lady doing my manicure cared more about her clothes and jewelry getting dirty that she put my nails on crooked. She also messed up multiple times with the powder and was not even flattening it evenly. The cost was $70 and I gave her $80, instead of saying "Would you like any change?", she says "this for me, thank you!" I got back $5 because I did not think she deserved it. read more

Nails looked nice but the cleanliness of this salon leaves a lot to be desired. To the untrained eye it appears clean but to anyone in the know, their hygiene practices are quite lacking. They went from pedicures to manicures on different clients and I did not see one person wash their hands, neither staff or customer. Giving nail indulgence in Bedford NH a one star review is generous. My nail technician did not even cut my cuticles. After I had to ASK for a simple thing to be done which is done at every nail salon they explained it wasn't included. I was so confused and shocked that they wouldn't even take two seconds to cut them down which would make the manicure look 10 times better. They still were not doing it after my friend and I asked severeL times. It got to be a heated battle back and fourth. I didn't understand why it was such a big deal. I ended up crying at the salon because they were being so aggressive and defensive towards me. It's common practice for cuticles to be cut. Every girl knows this. At this point there were 3 nail technicians yelling at us. So the argument became more heated. All I wanted was a cuticle cut. If this wasn't included I don't know why they wouldn't have explained that in the beginning. Others in the salon agreed why wouldnt they just cut them after the first time I asked. Never going to come back here which sucks because this was my go to place for nails! When they finally agreed they said they were doing me a favor. A favor. Yup. I went here about 3 weeks ago for a pedicure and a fresh set of acrylics. My pedicure came out great, but my nails are not the best. I noticed after I left that some of the nails were glued on crooked, but I'm not super picky so I was okay with it, but I would prefer it to be better. They also never told me that the color I chose was a gel color until they pulled the LED light thing out (I'm not sure what it is called) and of course gel polish is an up charge. The real thing that upset me though is that all of my nails are falling off after only 3 weeks. I knew it was time for a fill, but acrylics should not literally be falling off after 3 weeks. I've had acrylic sets last me 6 months. I guess I'll just be sticking to my usual place, where my acrylic sets have the ability to last more than 3 weeks. read more

I am don't really understand the negative reviews of this salon. First off I have followed the owner of this place for over a decade because of the quality of his work! Where ever he goes I will follow. Not only is the quality of his work the best, he is one of the few that continues getting training to be certified in the new products on the market. If I ever don't like a color or something with my nails I let them know and they fix it. This salon is always super clean which is a top priority for me! They are not the cheapest or the most expensive. However, price is not as important to me as not getting an infection or getting hurt from someone inexperienced. I wouldn't choose a doctor because they are cheap so why would I with a salon that is taking care of my hands and feet? Best place in town hands to feet! read more
