This place was horrible. I am not sure of her name but she called me at around 9pm trying to reschedule my appointment! And when I got there, I booked for a mani and pedi, but I had to wait since the place was full of boxed and was extremely messy! When I did get to go do my pedi, the seat next to me were full of boxes and the nail tech kept on getting gel on my cuticle! I hope I don't develop contact dermatitis . When i got my manicure, the nails looked amazing, but, the prices are insane. All the polices make it hard to understand. Refused to cut the tips shorter even though I asked several times to have them shortened. When I paid, they charged me $5 extra for "long nails" (it was stated that it was $55 for tip + full set for dip, and they charged me $60) ... cut my cuticles several times with the drill & I had blood all over my fingers. They were so long and wobbly and wonky that I literally went home and soaked them off immediately. So disappointed. read more

Then when I told her I will come another time and I wanted my money back she wouldn't even give it back to me until the cops showed up. i had a pedicure here today....besides only lasting less than 15 minutes from start to topcoat, there was minimal work done on my feet! The massage was with hot stones but the rest was less than enjoyable! No cleaning of the nail bed, no work on my calluses..... I also had a fill with French polish....in and out in under an hour for both service.....and included while I waited, during my fill, for her to wax a gentleman! and $102.00 later, I will not be returning! only giving one star because she used the hot stones read more

I've been coming to this salon since May and have been satisfied with the service. My experience with the fluctuations in pricing is another matter. Each time for a fill, gel polish depending on who I go to the price could be $45-$57 for the service. Never exactly know. This also happened with a pedicure experience where I wanted a basic pedicure and then was charged $60, and told it was written in the book. The price lists often tells a different story. It would be nice if the business could be more clear in the pricing vs not. read more

Been coming here for years but had to switch salons because the customer service declined severely (now I go to iPolish salon in windham, NH and it is SO much better). The nail techs complain about you to other customers after you call to make an appointment the second you hang up the phone. They also get mad if you choose which technician you want to go to. Further, they make it seem as though you are an inconvenience to their day. Going to the nail salon should be relaxing but it was the opposite every time I came here. On top of everything, their dip prices increased and they claimed it was because they were throwing small amounts out after each use and that was not the case. Do yourself a favor and find another salon. read more

I went here with my family and it was a wonderful experience! My sister and I had to bring our two infants during our mani pedis and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. It's been difficult to treat myself now 3 months postpartum and this was such a relaxing experience that left me feeling my best. I called to see if they would be able to fit me in for a walk-in pedicure to make sure they would have time since it was 5PM. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she told me a pedicure would be $38 so I agreed. She told me they could only take me if I got there in 15 minutes so I rushed there and then no one was available to take me so I waited 25 minutes after my arrival time just for someone to address me. When she finished she told me it would be $57 including the fee on my card because she did the gel. I'm not argumentative by nature but I of course asked her about the price since I made it a point to clarify on the phone. This was a $19 difference....for gel. Which I never asked for. Of course she assumed I wanted it. She became extremely defensive and told me that was the final price. I felt completely ripped off and the pedicure was not great at all. read more

NT is the best in Londonderry. It's clean, the nail techs are all so so nice, and they do an amazing job each time. My nails last for weeks before I have to either peel them off myself or go back and get them redone. Recommend booking an appointment ahead of time :) thank you NT! read more

We bought a gift certificate there for my daughter's birthday (12 days ago). They took name, amount and total of gift certificate and recorded it in their binder. We misplaced it and they will not replace it and said "what binder are you referring to." We have a credit card statement to show the charges. $70.00 read more

Rude. Clearly always rushing and doing the bare minimum. I scheduled a spa pedicure and realized about 5 mins in she was giving me the rushed, basic treatment as usual. Asked for the spa and she just silently got up and got the extra stuff for it. Start to finish it was about 19 minutes and it cost me $57 dollars. I'm done going here. read more

NT Nails is great! I've been going there for years. Nina is very sweet and always does a great job. I can usually get in for a gel and or pedi within same day or next! They do have a $2 charge for credit cards and obviously prefer cash. read more

They don't allow for 0 stars or that's what they would have gotten , very unprofessional and rude , they have one thing in mind and it's get your money ! My wife left in tears and will never return, we had our own salon years ago and would never treat cli like they do , unfortunately one of the good techs Nina moved from a great place to be closer to home hopefully she returns to the other salon 4 miles away . I wasn't impressed with my experience at this salon. I'm very into acrylic nails and have been to many different salons. After wanting to try something new, a friend recommended NT. I did not have an appointment, not knowing that it was frowned upon to not have one. The service was mediocre, i felt like a burden the entire time. The technician checked her phone multiple times, made phone calls, even stopped what she was doing to my nails to take a customer who walked in for her eyebrows. Everything from start to finish was just uncomfortable. I would never return. read more
