Awful experience. I went in, knowing what I wanted and left with the complete opposite. Andrew had a great personality but totally did not listen to what I asked for. Not only that, but the experience was painful under the UV light. He changed the color telling me it was just a base coat to make it darker but never used the red color I wanted. I asked for acrylic dip and got acrylic builders gel. I would NEVER recommended builders gel because it ruins your natural nails and it was painful under the light! The nails are thick and orange. Then he kept asking me if I wanted a design, after the 8th time asking I finally said okay and it was a press on. Not even artistic. All this for $73! Not worth it. Everyone tells me they look like toe nails... Overall, I will never come here again. I am so upset and can't wait to get these off. read more

I was seated and started getting taken care of at 10:40. I wanted a full dip set with tips. Although she was very nice, the girl had no idea what she was doing. It took about 40 minutes just for her to put tips on and file them into the complete opposite shape that I wanted. They kept falling off also because she was using ones that were too big for my nails. Then the owner came over and took everything she did off and started to redo my nails, I told her that I've already been here for 40 minutes and I might have to come back another day because I had plans after. She assured me it would only take 25 more minutes. Wellll it took another hour. The color I picked out on the Nail swab was not the same color that they put on my hands they are crooked they are thick and they left the glue all over my fingers, and cut one of my fingers really bad while filing. This is my second attempt with this place in the first attempt was not a good experience either. You would think after being in the salon for an hour and 40 minutes they would at least discount my nails but they charge me full price for nails that look horrendous in there not even what I asked for. I'm tired of this salon overbooking itself and then giving me a rushed, half-assed fill that chips and looks awful just a couple days later. The last time I was there, the woman who does my nails was literally doing 3 people's nails at once and the customers weren't even there together!!! It was like a damn assembly line. I'm done. Woke up this morning to find my finger swollen and covered with tiny blisters. Cathy had raked the emery board across that finger prior to soaking off my previous gel manicure. Obviously it's infected. The salon is dirty. Acrylic dust everywhere, instruments that are not sterile, warm (not hot) water, a horrible smell coming from the drain in the pedi basin, etc. I've been going there off and on for many years but won't be back. Waste of time and money. Ruined my nails. While the dip looks good and evenly coated it hides the hideous work that is done to your nails. Within a day it has already chipped the actual nail along with the dip. Leaving my nails uneven and jagged two days after being done. Spent $50 on dip nails that only lasted the 10 hours after they were done. Wouldn't recommended here at all. read more

The place is very outdated and dingy inside. The massage chairs squeak and make loud noises when you are using them. They have no ac in this place. At this point 1 star is generous. Went to get my nails done 2 days before vacation (dip manicure) the day after I had them done 3 nails cracked due to being super thin. Went to the salon that same day to have fixed, they were very rude when I tried to tell them they were all too thin and I was concerned they would continue to break. They cut me off telling me they know how to do their job. And applied gel coat over my nails. The next day. The gel coat was peeling off my nails already. I called the salon told them I donot have time before leaving for vacation to get them fixed again... that I would prefer a refund at this time. They responded "no no no we never do refunds here we have workers to pay and bills and equipment". Now I am stuck with cracked, peeling nails to start my vacation off. And out of $50 plus $10 tip to show for it not to mention the time I wasted getting them done and fixed. read more

Not the biggest fan of this place. I got a powder dip manicure and they came out pretty good, I like the color but the thumbs seem to be uneven which kind of bothers me. I was surprised that she didn't soak the nails and clean up the cuticles, seems she shaved the skin down with the electric buffer which hurt like hell. Never again. The dip mani and pedi was horrendous. The pedi left me with a horriblely cut, infected, and ingrown toe nail I've never had happen (and another salon had to fix) and a dip French mani that was so thick the second salon had to take 30 min and heat to get off. The only good thing is the lady who does waxing is very good. Stay away from the very unqualied men who work here. My nails are a mess. read more

I got terrible service. I will never go back. The only pro is I didn't have to wait. The issues i had: 1. The lady made 2 of my cuticles bleed with the electric tool to file (drummel tool?). They are both currently scabbed. She did not pay attention. She kept looking at her co-workers and talking while using these tools on my nails and cuticles. She also seemed like she was in a rush. In addition, she was not gentle what-so-ever when twisting my fingers to put them in the powder dip or to file them. 2. They all were speaking their language (which is typical) but I felt like they were talking about me. 3. I went back to show them what was done to my cuticles and one person walked away from me, the lady who did my nails said she would put something on it. I told her I didn't want anything put on it, I was taking care of it myself. She walked away from me. 4. I don't think their tools were sanitized, none of them were new. I'm nervous about an infection :( oh... and I also had to file my own nails when i got home because of some sharp areas. read more

Not thrilled about this place. Pedicure was subpar, and overpriced for what you get. They charge you extra for what would normally be included in a pedicure. Felt dirty compared to other places I have been. No signs of sanitation treatments, which was concerning. The technician was not friendly, probably due to poor english, and she did not even thank me for her tip. I will not return. read more

Went here because I was in the area and needed to fill some time before picking up my son. BAD idea. I sat with one woman (who was very sweet) then some man came and moved me. He was dirty, had what appeared to be Cheetos or spaghetti sauce in his nails. He very aggressively filed and buffed my nails, he cut so much of my cuticles off that Im pretty sure he removed part of my actual fingers. He cut me twice, one of which is infected now. He kept digging his Cheeto nails into the side of my nails to remove the polish. Ill honestly be surprised if my fingers dont fall off. I come to this nail salon regularly until today sadly. The last two times I have been rushed through my appointments. Today was the tipping stone as I had an appointment at 11a and had to wait until 11:45a to be addressed, then had a 'manager' push the nail technician (who I was excited to get) out to prioritize another customer's pedicure only to then take over my manicure and rush it (10 mins tops) with no attention to detail and paint on side of nail, on my skin. I have never written a review for something on YELP but I was so disappointed by my dip manicure today that I felt it necessary. The staff was very nice but my manicure took over an hour and half which would have been fine if it actually looked like a professional did it. My cuticles have polish all over them, I had to pry my skin from the the polish. The surface of my nails does not look smooth, though difficult to capture in the photos. The color I chose for my ring finger nail was not the same as how it looked on the sample nail (it was very glittery and matched my other color well). I would have said something while I was there but I had my 3 year old with me and just did not have the time. This was my first time here but I will not be back. I hate that I'm writing a bad review because my first experience here was phenomenal. I went in today, Friday, for a gel pedicure and a dip full set manicure. I sat down and was told it would be five minutes before someone came over to me... It was 45 minutes of waiting. Once my toes were done, which ended up being regular polish instead of gel, I went to go do a nude Dipset. I wanted the round shape and I am leaving with something that looks like it came off the cast of Jersey shore. These are so sharp I could cause somebody's eyes out. I understand they're very busy, the phone was ringing nonstop and there were only 2 of them but if you don't have the time to take the time with a person don't tell people yes it's fine sit down. I went in at 12:30 it's currently 320 and I'm just leaving. I will probably go back I still tipped over 20% because of my first experience but if this were my first experience I would not be going back. read more

Worst experience ever. I have come here for years and it was recently taken over by new people and renovated. The renovations look great but the service is now terrible. I walked in for a fill and was seated next to someone who was halfway done with her nails and could only assume I was next after her as no one else was there. The place was a mess... nails were all over the floor and they make no attempt to clean it up. Very pushy to try and get you to get more done/ do anything that costs more. They charged me incorrectly (by a dollar or two) and chased me out to my car to make sure I paid them an extra dollar that they forgot to charge my card. They make you feel like they just want to rush you in and out. The pedicure was ok but definitely not worth the awkward, dirty experience. I've been going for some time to this salon because the pedis are usually pretty good. Once I was made to wait for 49 minutes in a foot bath instead of telling me to come back. Not all the workers have the same consistent training. I've had a couple of bad experiences with both dip & gel manicures. Dip & gel was being ripped off my nails. The dip manis have been bumpy with bubbles & looked awful but I couldn't stay & fix it. There should be a top line training session or they will lose customers. All services should be consistent and gentle. I'm actually doubting I'll be back. read more

The staff is very accommodating even on a busy Saturday, but my gel manicure only lasted about three days before chipping off. I feel that is more of a reflection on the products they use than on the staff. I received an adequate manicure with less than adequate product. read more

I don't usually get my nails done here but in a pinch last Tuesday I stopped in. The gel polish on my nails lasted less than 5 days. One thumb chipped off on both corners and the other thumb just peeled off like it was tape on my nail (see picture). In all the years I've been getting my nails done I've never seen this happen. I went back to them the morning after the polish peeled off my nail and there were 2 other women in there complaining about the polish peeling off their nails as well!! One of the women had hr nails done just 2 days before and 9 of her nails had peeled. Something is obviously off here... subpar products, skipping an important step... I don't know but this is unacceptable. On top of this they re-did the 2 nails of mine that were peeling/chipped at the time and in just 4 days one is already chipped again. I NEVER see this with gel polish from any other salon I've visited and can wait 3 weeks before getting them done again and usually just because they have grown out so much, not because the polish needs changing.
