They got me in very quickly and I did the 1 hour massage for $73 which I don't think is that expensive! *However side note: for deep tissue massage they do require 20% tip, I didn't have a problem with it but I think it should be known on the website just in case someone doesn't have the funds. My massage lady went to WORK on my back: and I did get a deep tissue massage so I knew what I was getting myself into. She found ALL the knots I had and broke them down while still asking me if I'm okay. She was super professional and was constantly working on my body. As she massaged she knew where I needed more work done. I loved the hot stone part, probably my favorite part! I left this place so relaxed but also so sore because she really did her job. I will definitely be coming back.

The atmosphere is so peaceful, luxurious, clean, and incredibly chic while still feeling warm and welcoming. As a postpartum mom, I've been battling hormonal acne and congestion, and Julianna gave me such an amazing experience from start to finish with my first Hydrafacial. She was incredibly kind, sensitive, compassionate, encouraging, and positive. She truly listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, boosted my confidence, and understood my needs throughout the entire appointment. Julianna is hands down one of the best estheticians I've ever experienced, with such a warm and amazing personality. I'm a singer/artist constantly under stage lights, cameras, heavy makeup, and performing, and this gave me such a huge boost of confidence going into a full weekend of performances. I genuinely have not felt my skin feel this calm, smooth, and uncongested in YEARS. I highly recommend Skin & Body Spa and especially Julianna. I genuinely cannot wait to go back next month. Thank you again, Julianna and Skin and Body Spa!

I will not return to this place. First of all I was bombarded with numerous emails and texts…read morereminding of my upcoming appointment.. totally Unnecessary. They were running a special for 199.00 for a half hour of cryo slimming area of your choice and half an hour of facial cryo....now mind you I only had a little bit of fat on my abdomen..she's telling me that she tells her clients that she recommends 10 treatments,, which makes no sense because not everyone has the same amount of fat on their abdomen...before treatment started she took a tape measure and put it around my waist gave me a measurement etc..she stared doing my treatment on my lower abdomen, not even where she took my measurement. That only took 15 mins when I should have gotten a half an hour.. the she moves on to my face, she never wrapped my hair in a towel, she literally just slopped the gel on my face, moved the wand I will call it, fastly on my face, getting gel all in my hair..and that only lasted 15 mins..when I was supposed to get half an hour..she gave me some spiel on how she likes to see how people tolerate the treatment...I was doing just fine...when you pay for what is advertised you should get just that...so when I get up she takes a measurement again but goes higher up to make it appear I lost some inches, mind you again this was not the area she was working on..it was above my C-section that she was working on. And as far as I know your body takes weeks for treatment to work etc ..then I go and pay her with my care credit card and she says to me."can I take a picture of this because I forgot my machine at home...". Really? What professional leaves it at home.....? I texted her later and asked her to erase my credit card and give me a receipt. She never even mentioned giving me one...my guess is she must have known I probably wouldn't be back...the place was cold, the secretary never even looked at me,and she wasn't even there when I left..she acted like she didn't even want to be there....my guess is if you have a coupon or a special going on and she thinks you won't be a repeat customer, then She will hurry you along...SAVE YOUR MONEY..
