The reception area is welcoming, and the interior is always clean and decorated tastefully and themed for the appropriate season. Beverages and candies are always available, and light snacks upon request. The esthetitian staff here are highly skilled and very cordial. The service rooms are downright luxurious, with thoughtful ambiance and extremely comfortable beds! Cassie and Donna are my forever-favorites, but overall the staff members at this spa & the partner salon (especially Erin from Natural or Not) are skilled and accommodating. Book here if you are looking for an experience which surpasses local establishments.

We were then brought to our room and everything was clean and decorated beautifully. There was sparkling wine and a platter of fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us. We were given plenty of time to wind down and change before our service started. Cassie and Donna are very skilled and kind. They gave us back massages and exfoliations that felt divine and facials that left us both feeing amazing. I suffer from stubborn blackheads on my nose but Debbie got rid of every single one. I was amazed! Thank you for making my birthday feel special!

NOT ABOUT FRENCH THIS ABOUT THEIR OTHER SALON VIVID NAILS ON AMHERST!!…read moreI literally got my nails filled yesterday. And I told the lady doing my nails that a lot of them were loose and needed to be fixed. She did not fix them. She told me it would be fine that the fill would make it not lift. An hour after I left one of my nails popped off and while I was doing the dishes all of the rest of the nails started to lift up. It was too late to go back and have her fix it. So I called immediately when they opened in the morning. I came in and the whole time she accused me of slamming my hands around and it all being my fault. she told me she will just put a little bit of glue on there. And I should be fine for two weeks. When I'm missing a whole nail and all my nails are lifting. Then, she refused to fix them until I paid her extra 30$ on top of the 70$ I paid her the day before to fill my nails. I was very annoyed and disrespected, and she was laughing and talking to her coworkers. In another language about me, because she kept lifting up my hand and showing the other lady my hand while she was working. Then, she kept telling me this is a lot of work over and over and she should be charging me more. First off, it wasn't done correct the first time.So I shouldn't have been charged anything. It should have been fixed for free.Because it hadn't even been a whole twenty four hours and all of my nails were lifting and one fell off not just one or two. I did not slam my hands aroundOn anything nor did I rip my mail off. They actually were very cute even though she doesn't know how to do designs and struggled to make a simple spider Web. No, matter what i'm doing, that should not have happened. I played it cool and respectful while I was there because I really needed my nails done. So I paid her the extra money that she wanted. Unfairly, just to have my nails fixed. She refused to do them The length that I wanted them and force me to get very short nails, which I don't like. Her coworker kept telling her to be nice and give me a break and she kept saying no, because she needs money. But if you mess up somebody's stuff, you're supposed to fix them without being charged. Especially with it being less than 24 hours after you did the job. I have been coming to this place since it was colorful Nails. So I've been a loyal customer for a very long time. And this is the first time I have ever been disrespected overcharged, talked about And refused to be fixed when it was done wrong.Unless I paid more money. I'm not happy with my nails at all.And I wanted a full refund, but she tells me the company doesn't give refunds. They just fix the nails. I would have gladly taken my money and gone to french nails and had them do it correctly. I have never had this woman Cindy do my nails I have always had somebody else Do my nails including her daughter, which does an amazing job. Because of this horrible interaction and the fact that you stole my money when it was you that messed up.I will no longer be giving my services to this company.Because clearly they don't have morals respect or care about their customers. They only want money and that was made very clear today. And don't get me wrong.I get it.I don't get regular shaped nails nothing crazyThat isn't able to be done because I go to french nails And I bring my own tips, and I have never had a problem with them.Popping off or lifting or anything. So this was solely cindy's fault, and she put all the blame on me, would not take accountability. And charged me again. This is unprofessional in every way, and a lesson learned. And I may only be one customer that may not be coming back. So that's not a big deal to you guys, but I have been a loyal customer for years. So I should have been treated With respect, just like any other person that comes through that door. She should not be doing anybody's nails. If she's going to overcharge people or make them pay twice for HER mistakes. These nails that she did aren't even good either. CINDY DID MY NAILS AND DOESNT TREAT CLIENTS WITH RESPECT OR LISTEN.

The manager at this spa located in Salem, NH is horrible. Before I made an appointment, I called…read morethe front desk and asked about a discount since I was staying at the hotel and they said there was a 10 percent discount. When I went to the spa for a facial I was offered a hydro facial service so I went ahead with it and even purchased product afterwards. I noticed that the discount was not applied after checking out and the front desk said they would have it corrected when the manager came in. However, the manager said that due to a special on the hydro facial they would not honor the discount that was discussed prior with the front staff. This is not a place that I can recommend to anyone. The manager refused to talk about righting this wrong and said they would not discuss this any further due to their belief that the service had a discount and they could not apply the 10 percent discount that was promised earlier with the staff. The manager also used the excuse that the staff was new and did not know the policy. I should not have to write this review, but am doing it to warn others of bad management at this place.
